នៅថ្ងៃពុធ១៤រោជ ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ដល់ ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១កើតខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១២-១៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦, ក្រោមការគាំទ្រផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុពីមូលនិធិកុមារពិភពលោក (World Childhood Foundation) អង្គការ អូ អាយ ស៊ី កម្ពុជា បានសហការជាមួយអង្គការកុមារក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងមន្ទីរសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ដើម្បីរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេលបីថ្ងៃក្រោមប្រធានបទ«ការប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ផ្អែកលើរូបភាព ដើម្បីជួយកុមារដែលមានពិការភាពផ្នែកទំនាក់ទំនង នៅក្នុងកិច្ចការពារកុមារ»។
ដោយបានការអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកកម្មវិធីរបស់លោក ប៉ែន សុវណ្ណនី ប្រធានមន្ទីរសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។ លោកថ្លែងមតិស្វាគមន៍ទៅកាន់អ្នកចូលរួម និងបានពាំនាំនូវការសួរសុខទុក្ខយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅជូនចំពោះ លោក ឃៀល លាង នាយកប្រតិបត្តិនៃអង្គការ អូអាយស៊ីកម្ពុជា លោក ចេក ចាន់នីប្រធានកម្មវិធីនៃអង្គការកុមារក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងព្រមទាំងក្រុមការងារ សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ដែលបានអញ្ជើញមកពី ស្រុករំដួល ស្រុកស្វាយជ្រំ ក្រុងស្វាយរៀង និងមន្ទីរសង្គមកិច្ច។ លោក ប៉ែន សុវណ្ណនី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់យ៉ាងខ្លាំងនៃសិក្ខាសាលានេះ សម្រាប់បុគ្គលិកសហគមន៍ជួរមុខ ដែលរួមមានសមាជិកគណៈកម្មាធិការទទួលបន្ទុកកិច្ចការនារី និងកុមារឃុំ/សង្កាត់ (CCWC) អ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំ បុគ្គលិកមណ្ឌលសុខភាព និងគ្រូបង្រៀនមត្តេយ្យសហគមន៍ ។ សរុបទាំងអស់ ៣៨រូប (ស្ដ្រី ៣១រូប) វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះធ្វើឡើងនៅសាលាប្រជុំមន្ទីរសង្គមកិច្ចខេត្តស្វាយរៀង។ ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះផ្តល់ឱ្យបុគ្គលសំខាន់ៗទាំងនេះ នូវជំនាញចាំបាច់នានាក្នុងការជួយសង្គ្រោះកុមាររងគ្រោះដោយការរំលោភបំពានផ្លូវភេទ និងការប្រើប្រាស់ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនូវឧបករណ៍ទំនាក់ទំនងជំនួស ព្រមទាំងទម្រង់នៃការរាយការណ៍ ដើម្បីជួយគាំទ្រដល់កុមារដែលមានពិការភាព។ បណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះមានគោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗ៖ យល់ពីមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះនៃពិការភាព, ស្វែងយល់ពីការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង, វិធីសាស្ត្រក្នុងការជួយគាំទ្រដល់ជនដែលមានពិការភាព, ចេះប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍ជំនួយបន្ថែម និង ជំនួសការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទង (AAC) ។
On August 12-14, 2026, backed by financial support from the World Childhood Foundation, OIC Cambodia, in collaboration with Children in Families (CIF) and the Svay Rieng Provincial Department of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, organized a training course on "Using Picture-Based Reporting Forms for Children with Communication Disabilities in Child Protection."
Mr. Pen Sovanny, Director of the Svay Rieng DoSVY, presided over the opening ceremony. Welcoming the attendees, he extended his warm regards to OIC Cambodia’s Executive Director, Mr. Kheal Leang, Mr. Chek Channy, Program Manager of Children in Families, his team, and all participants gathered from Romdoul District, Svay Chrom District, Svay Rieng Municipality, and the Department of Social Affairs. Mr. Pen Sovanny emphasized the vital importance of this workshop for frontline community workers—including CCWC members, Commune Council volunteers, health center personnel, and community preschool teachers. There were 38 participants (31 female), and the event was held in the meeting hall of the Svay Rieng Provincial Department of Social Affairs. The training provides these key figures with the essential skills needed to rescue child victims of sexual abuse and effectively utilize alternative communication tools and reporting formats to support children with disabilities. The objective: Understand the fundamentals of disability; understand communication and communication development; understand methods for supporting persons with disabilities; know how to use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) tools; and understand the use of reporting forms and information sharing to support children with disabilities.
