in Cambodia, through joint young intellectual efforts with the assistance of the scholars. This formation was prompted by sad effects of civil conflict, social injustice and corruption in Cambodia, which has resulted in social disharmony and socio-economic setbacks. To these effects, a good deal of physical violence, extra judicial killings, intimidation, humiliation, and looting, ra**ng and gross human rights violations have aggravated the social instability in the country. Coupled with this, the devastating effects of dictatorship and a shift from the rule of law to rule of man have also frustrated the ailing situation in the country. Its aim is to contribute to the promotion of social justice, democratic governance, rule of law, peace and sustainable development of Cambodia, following the 2030 agenda: SDG #5 (gender equality), and #16 (peace and justice and strong institutions). Despite being a new organization, YEDP’s highly committed youth, together with experienced staff, resource personnel and partners, have achieved a number of remarkable outcomes. These include increasing awareness of issues that affect youth and their communities, organizing youth debates as well as inter-generational and inter-ethnic dialogues, running a national youth forum, enhancing awareness of fundamental freedoms, provision of good governance training, and driving advocacy campaigns.

ឱកាសទទួលបានកញ្ចប់ជំនួយថ្មីសម្រាប់អាជីវកម្មបរិយាប័ន្ន និងអាជីវកម្មដែលកំពុងស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយចំពោះបញ្ហាប្រឈមដល់សង្គម។
