កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងតំបន់ដើម្បីជំរុញវិស័យកសិ-ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម

លោកស្រី​ លាវ គឹមណា នាយកប្រចាំប្រទេស CPSA បានចូលរួមជាមួយអ្នកចូលរួមពីវិស័យឯកជន សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ​និងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗផ្សេងទៀតនៅទូទាំងមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ (GMS) នៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់លើវិស័យកសិ-ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលគាំទ្រដោយធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៥-២៦ ខែឧសភា នៅទីក្រុងវៀងច័ន្ទ ប្រទេសឡាវ។

ធ្វើបទបង្ហាញក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះ លោកស្រីបានលើកឡើងពីទិដ្ឋភាពរួមនៃស្ថាប័នហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដែលបម្រើដល់វិស័យកសិ-ពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា យន្តការហិរញ្ញវត្ថុប្រកបដោយភាពច្នៃប្រឌិត និងគំរូសម្រាប់ការទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានសម្រាប់កសិ-ពាណិជ្ជករ។

សិក្ខាសាលាក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីឱកាសដើម្បីពង្រីកលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានហិរញ្ញប្បទានផ្នែកឯកជនរបស់ ADB ដោយជួយដោះសោការវិនិយោគ និងកំណើនកាន់តែច្រើននៅក្នុងវិស័យកសិពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងតំបន់។

CPSA Country Director, Kimna Leav, joined participants from the private sector, chambers of commerce, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders across the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) in the GMS Agribusiness Sector Consultation Workshop supported by the Asian Development Bank on 25–26 May in Vientiane, Lao PDR.

Speaking at this multi-national event, she highlighted the financial institution landscape serving agribusiness in Cambodia, innovative financing mechanisms, and models for agribusiness access to finance.

The workshop also spotlighted opportunities to expand access to ADB’s private-sector financing, helping unlock greater investment and growth in the region’s agribusiness sector.

On 8 May, we launched our fireside chat series with Stephanie Orlino of PLDT and Smart, exploring what it takes to build the digital infrastructure smallholder farmers need to successfully adopt digital tools.

The conversation made one thing clear: infrastructure is only the starting point. The real challenge is what comes next — moving digital solutions from platform to farm gate.

Technology alone doesn't scale adoption, delivery systems do. Cooperatives, extension networks, lead farmers, financing mechanisms — these are the critical intermediaries that bring digital solutions the last mile. Yet across ASEAN, this delivery layer remains fragmented and under-resourced.

In Episode 2, David Chen of AgriG8 sits down with Erika Balzarelli from The Sustainable Smallholder to explore what it takes to build real delivery capacity at the field level: from designing for diverse realities - gender, age, and digital readiness, to leveraging risk-sharing and climate-resilience tools that enable sustained adoption.

(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មបានសម្រេចចុះបញ្ជីជាផ្លូវការនូវផលិតផលសក្តានុពលចំនួន ៤ មុខបន្ថែមទៀតជា "ម៉ាកសម្គាល់ភូមិសាស្ត្រទំនិញ (Geographical Indication - GI)" ដែលជាជំហានសំខាន់ក្នុងការជំរុញ ព្រមទាំងលើកកម្ពស់កេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះនិងអត្តសញ្ញាណផលិតផលខ្មែរលើឆាកអន្តរជាតិ ការពារសិទ្ធិកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញារបស់សហគមន៍ផលិតករ និងបង្កើនសក្តានុពលសម្រាប់ការចុះបញ្ជីនៅទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិនាពេលអនាគត។

ផលិតផលទាំង ៤ រួមមាន៖
១. សូត្រមាសភ្នំស្រុក (Phnom Srok Golden Silk)៖ ផលិតផលសិប្បកម្មត្បាញដោយដៃ មានសរសៃសូត្រល្អ ណែន ភ្លឺរលោង និងប្រើពណ៌ធម្មជាតិ ពីដំណើរការផលិតដែលគ្មានសារធាតុគីមី។
២. ក្តាមថ្មកោះកុង (Koh Kong Mud Crab)៖ ក្តាមទឹកប្រៃពីតំបន់ព្រៃកោងកាង មានសាច់ណែន ស្វិត និងរសជាតិផ្អែមឆ្ងាញ់ពិសេស។
៣. ស្វាយចន្ទីកំពង់ធំ (Kampong Thom Cashew Nut)៖ គ្រាប់ធំ សាច់ពេញ ស្រួយ ក្លិនឈ្ងុយបានយូរ និងមានរសជាតិឈ្ងុយបែបប៊ឺ ឬទឹកដោះគោ ដែលមានគុណភាពខ្ពស់។
៤. ស្វាយឧត្តរមានជ័យ (Oddar Meanchey Mango)៖ ស្វាយមានសាច់ណែន ស្រួយ មានទឹកដម និងរសជាតិជូរអែមឆ្ងាញ់ អាចកែច្នៃបានច្រើនប្រភេទ។

ផលិតផលទាំងនេះ ត្រូវបានផលិត និងប្រមូលផលនៅតំបន់ភូមិសាស្ត្រជាក់លាក់ ដែលមានលក្ខខណ្ឌធម្មជាតិ និងបច្ចេកទេសផលិតជាក់លាក់ បង្កើតឱ្យមានអត្តសញ្ញាណ និងគុណភាពពិសេស ហើយមានសក្តានុពលក្នុងការទទួលស្គាល់ និងការពារនៅលើទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ។

សូមជម្រាបជូនថា តាមរយៈការចុះបញ្ជីជាម៉ាកសម្គាល់ភូមិសាស្ត្រទំនិញនេះ នឹងនាំមកនូវអត្ថប្រយោជន៍សំខាន់ៗ រួមមាន៖
• ការការពារផ្លូវច្បាប់៖ ទប់ស្កាត់ការក្លែងបន្លំ និងធានាប្រើប្រាស់ឈ្មោះផលិតផលត្រឹមត្រូវតាមតំបន់ភូមិសាស្ត្រ

• ការបង្កើនតម្លៃទីផ្សារ និងនាំចេញ៖ បង្កើនតម្លៃផលិតផល និងពង្រីកសក្តានុពលប្រកួតប្រជែងលើទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ

ការពង្រីកគំរូកសិកម្មតាមបែបសុខភាពតែមួយ និងការលើកកម្ពស់យេនឌ័រដើម្បីពង្រឹងភាពធន់របស់សហគមន៍ជនបទនៅកម្ពុជា 🌾🌾

នៅសប្ដាហ៍នេះ លោកស្រី លាវ គឹមណា នាយកប្រចាំប្រទេសរបស់អង្គការភាពជាដៃគូដើម្បីចីរភាពវិស័យកសិកម្មកម្ពុជា បានចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិស្ដីពី «ការសិក្សារវាយតម្លៃលើគម្រោងអាហ្គ្រូ៖ ការពង្រីកគំរូកសិកម្មតាមបែបសុខភាពតែមួយ និងការលើកកម្ពស់យេនឌ័រដើម្បីពង្រឹងភាពធន់របស់សហគមន៍ជនបទនៅកម្ពុជា» រៀបចំដោយវិទ្យាស្ថានបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល និង ស្រាវជ្រាវដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់តំណាងក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល ស្ថាប័នអប់រំ និងដៃគូផ្សេងៗ។

ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងវគ្គ «វិធីសាស្រ្តវាយតម្លៃផលប៉ះពាល់» លោកស្រី លាវ គឹមណា បានលើកឡើងពីការផ្តល់អំណាចដល់ស្ត្រីតាមរយៈអាជីវកម្មកសិ-ធុរកិច្ច ដែលមិនប៉ះពាល់ដល់អាកាសធាតុ ជាពិសេសគឺលទ្ធផលពីគម្រោង AGREE ដែលជាគម្រោងភាពធន់នឹងអាកាសធាតុរបស់អង្គការ Grow Asia។

លោកស្រីក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់ពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការវាយតម្លៃក្នុងការអនុវត្តគម្រោងកសិកម្ម ដើម្បីធានាថាកសិករទទួលបានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ច្រើនបំផុត។

ដោយមានគោលបំណងបង្ហាញពីរបកគំហើញ និងអនុសាស្ត្រគោលនយោបាយ និងសម្រួលដល់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹង សិក្ខាសាលានេះបានបង្ហាញលទ្ធផលថាការរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នានូវវិធីសាស្រ្តបរិមាណវិស័យ និងគុណវិស័យ ដែលបានផ្តល់ភស្តុតាងថាកម្មវិធីកសិកម្មរួមបញ្ចូលគ្នាដែលឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងយេនឌ័រអាចធ្វើអោយប្រសើរឡើងនូវជីវភាពកសិករនៅជនបទ។

Scaling a One Health and Gender-Responsive Agricultural Model to Strengthen Rural Resilience in Cambodia 🌾

This week, CPSA's Country Director, Kimna Leav, joined the Cambodia Development Resource Institute (CDRI), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fishery, academic institutions, and local NGOs in the national dissemination workshop on the "Scaling a One Health and Gender-responsive Agricultural Model to Strengthen Rural Resilience in Cambodia".

Speaking in the “Impact Evaluation Methodology” session, Ms. Kimna Leav highlighted the women empowerment through climate-friendly agribusiness, notably the impacts from the AGREE project, Grow Asia’s climate-resilient project. She also highlights the importance of research and evaluation in implementing agricultural projects to ensure that farmers receive maximum benefits.

Aiming to present evidence-informed policy implications and facilitate knowledge exchange on impact evaluation, this workshop showed the result that combined quantitative and qualitative methods, which provided evidence that integrated gender-responsive agricultural programs can significantly improve rural livelihoods.
