Youth Program | Project-Based Learning - កម្មវិធីយុវជន

ថ្មីៗនេះ អ្នកចូលរួមយុវជន TFCF កម្ពុជាបានពង្រឹងជំនាញរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងការវិភាគទិន្នន័យ ការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណបញ្ហា និងការធ្វើផែនការគម្រោង។ តាមរយៈការរៀនសូត្រជាក់ស្តែង ពួកគេបានអនុវត្តការរៀបចំទិន្នន័យ ការធ្វើការវិភាគមូលហេតុដើម និងការអនុវត្តសូចនាករបែបវៃឆ្លាត (SMART) ដើម្បីបង្កើតដំណោះស្រាយជាក់ស្តែងសម្រាប់បញ្ហាប្រឈមរបស់សហគមន៍។

នៅពេលរសៀល អ្នកចូលរួមបានចូលរួមទស្សនកិច្ចសហគមន៍នៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ផ្ទាល់ ជាកន្លែងដែលពួកគេបានសង្កេតឃើញបញ្ហាក្នុងស្រុក ប្រមូលព័ត៌មាន និងភ្ជាប់ការរកឃើញរបស់ពួកគេទៅនឹងគំនិតគម្រោងរបស់ពួកគេ។ សកម្មភាពនេះបានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ការគិតត្រិះរិះពិចារណា ការធ្វើការជាក្រុម និងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាក្នុងពិភពពិត។

Lately, TFCF Cambodia youth participants strengthened their skills in data analysis, problem identification, and project planning. Through hands-on learning, they practiced organizing data, conducting root cause analysis, and applying SMART indicators to develop practical solutions for community challenges.

In the afternoon, participants joined a community field visit in Peace II, where they observed local issues, collected information, and connected their findings to their project ideas. The activity encouraged critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving.

What did they learn and receive?
+ Improved data analysis and project planning skills
+ Strengthened teamwork and leadership abilities
+ Increased understanding of community issues through field observation
+ Developed practical project ideas to address local needs

The next step is project proposal writing.
