អ្នកចូលរួមចំនួន ៤៥នាក់ រួមទាំងសមាជិកចំនួន ៣១នាក់ នៃបណ្តាញអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្នាក់ខេត្ត មកពីបណ្តាញខេត្តចំនួន ៤ រួមមាន ខេត្តកំពត ខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ ខេត្តកោះកុង និងខេត្តតាកែវ បានចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់តំបន់ស្តីពី “ការអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ស្តីពីសមាគម និងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល” នៅថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយអង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) សហការជាមួយក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ និងអាជ្ញាធរខេត្តកំពត ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយក្របខ័ណ្ឌច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងបង្កើនការយល់ដឹងអំពីការអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ស្តីពីសមាគម និងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល។

45 participants, including 31 members of Provincial NGO Networks from 4 provincial networks including Kampot, Sihanoukville, Koh Kong, and Takeo, participated in the Regional Workshop on “Compliance with Laws on Associations and Non-Governmental Organizations”, on 29 May 2026.

The workshop was organized by Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior (MoI) and Kampot Provincial Authority to disseminate relevant legal frameworks and raise awareness about compliance with the Law on Associations and Non-Governmental Organizations.

ជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោង CCC–CPS ការកសាងសមត្ថភាពលើការកសាងសន្តិភាពគឺជាមួយក្នុងចំណោមសកម្មភាពអាទិភាព។ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តនេះ CCC បានធ្វើការ គាំទ្រក្នុងការចូលរួមក្នុង "វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលការកសាងសន្តិភាពប្រចាំឆ្នាំ" ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយ វិទ្យាស្ថានកសាងសន្តិភាពមីនដាណាវ (Mindanao Peacebuilding institute) ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង ជំនាញ និងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងនៃវិធីសាស្រ្តការកសាងសន្តិភាព ក្នុងចំណោមអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល។ អ្នកចូលរួមមានចំនួន ៦ នាក់ក្នុងចំណោមសិក្ខាកាមចំនួន ១០១ នាក់ ត្រូវបានគាំទ្រឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ក្នុងវគ្គសិក្សាផ្សេងៗគ្នា នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានកសាងសន្តិភាពមីនដាណាវ (MPI) ក្នុងទីក្រុងដាវ៉ោ ប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន។

As part of the CCC–CPS project, Capacity Building on Peacebuilding is one of priority activities. To strengthen this commitment, CCC is supporting participation in the “Annual Peacebuilding Training” in which organize by Mindanao Peacebuilding institute foundation that aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and practical application of peacebuilding approaches among civil society actors. There are 6 out of 101 participants was supported to participant in the training in the different course at MPI, Davao city, Philippines.

ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំសម្រាប់សមាជិកលើកទី២៨២នៅថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អ្នកចូលរួមសរុប៦៣នាក់ ដែលមកពីអង្គការសមាជិក នៃអង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក)បានចូលរួម និង គ្រោះយោបល់លើយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីអង្គការ គ.ស.ក (២០២៧-២០៣០) និងការប្រមូលធាតុចូលសម្រាប់វេទិកាភាពជាដៃគូរវាងរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល។

កិច្ចប្រជុំបានដំណើរការយ៉ាងរលូន និងទទួលបានលទ្ធផល ប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កា ដែលបង្ហាញពីការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មរបស់សមាជិកក្នុងដំណើរការកសាងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររបស់អង្គការ គ.ស.ក ដើម្បីធានាថានេះជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររួម និងមានលក្ខណៈពេញលេញ ដែលឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីអាទិភាព និងតម្រូវការរបស់សមាជិក ទាំងរយៈពេលខ្លី និងរយៈពេលវែង។

សូមអរគុណដល់សមាជិកទាំងអស់សម្រាប់ការគាំទ្រឥតងាករេក្នុងដំណើររបស់អង្គការ គ.ស.ក នាពេលកន្លងមក ហើយយើងនឹងរួមគ្នាធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជាវិជ្ជមានបន្តទៅទៀត។

At the 282nd Bi-Monthly Members Meeting on 22 May 2026, a total of 63 participants from member organizations of the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) participated and discussed the strategy for the CCC program (2027-2030) and gathered inputs for the Partnership Forum between the Government and Civil Society Organizations.

The meeting was smooth and fruitful, demonstrating the active participation of members in the CCC strategy-building process to ensure that it is a collective and comprehensive strategy that reflects the priorities and needs of members, both short and long term.

Thanks to all members for your unwavering support in the journey of CCC so far, and together we will continue to make positive changes.

ក្នុងបរិបទការងារបច្ចុប្បន្ន ដែលមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស ការពង្រឹងរបបសន្តិសុខសង្គមដ៏រឹងមាំ និងប្រព័ន្ធវាយតម្លៃសមិទ្ធិផលការងារដែលមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពគឺជាកត្តាសំខាន់ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍកម្លាំងពលកម្មឱ្យមានស្ថេរភាព ស្មារតីល្អ និងសមិទ្ធិផលខ្ពស់។ ដោយមើលឃើញពីសារៈសំខាន់នេះ គណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំវេទិការៀនសូត្រស្តីពីការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្សលើកទី៥៣ លើប្រធានបទ“អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ និងវិធានការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្តីពីរបបសន្តិសុខសង្គម និងការវាយតម្លៃការបំពេញការងាររបស់បុគ្គលិក” នៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានមនុស្សសរុប១១៥នាក់(ស្រី៧២) បានចូលរួមដោយផ្ទាល់ និង៥០នាក់ផ្សេងទៀតបានចូលរួមតាមអនឡាញ។

In the current rapidly changing work environment, strengthening a strong Social Security scheme and an effective performance appraisal system are key factors in developing a stable, motivated, and highly productive workforce. In light of this importance, the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) organized the 53rd Human Resource Management Learning Forum on the theme “Benefits and Implementation Measures under the Law on Social Security schemes and Staff Performance Appraisal” on May 21, 2026, with a total of 115 people (72 women) participating in person and 50 others participating online.

ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីអនុលោមភាពស្របតាមច្បាប់ស្តីពីសមាគមនិងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល អង្គការគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) សហការជាមួយនឹង ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ គណៈអភិបាលខេត្តរតនគិរី និងបណ្តាញអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលខេត្តរតនគិរី បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់តំបន់ស្តីពី “អនុលោមភាពច្បាប់ស្តីពី សមាគមនិងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល” នៃថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុប៥៣នាក់ (ស្រី១១នាក់) ជាតំណាងបណ្តាញអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី រតនគិរី ក្រចេះ និងស្ទឹងត្រែង។

អ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាបានស្វែងយល់អំពីច្បាប់ស្តីពីសមាគមនិងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងរបៀបចុះបញ្ជីសមាគមនិងអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ។

To disseminate relevant legal frameworks and raise awareness about compliance with the Law on Associations and Non-Governmental Organizations, Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior, the Ratanakiri Provincial Authority, and the Ratanakiri Provincial NGO Network, organized a regional workshop on “Law on Associations and Non-Governmental Organizations” on May 19, 2026, with a total of 53 participants (11 female) representing the provincial NGO network of Mondulkiri, Ratanakiri, Kratie, and Stung Treng.

During the workshop, participants learned about the Law on Associations and Non-Governmental Organizations and how to register associations and non-governmental organizations online.

ក្នុងសប្តាហ៍នេះ អង្គការ គណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានចុះជួបអង្គការសមាជិកនៅតាមបណ្តាខេត្តកំពង់ធំ (HOM, AFD, and COWS) និងសៀមរាប (TLC, Salabai Hotel School, Water for Cambodia, and BLO) ក្នុងគោលបំណងស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមអំពីកម្មវិធីអនុវត្ត ឱកាស និងបញ្ហាប្រឈម ព្រមទាំងស្វែងយល់អំពីសេវាកម្មសំខាន់ៗអង្គការគ.ស.ក ដែលបានកំពុងផ្តល់ជូនដល់អង្គការសមាជិក។

ជារួម អង្គការសមាជិកសម្តែងនូវភាពរីករាយ ចំពោះកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់អង្គការ គ.ស.ក ដែលបានរួមចំនែកអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាព ការផ្តល់ព័តមានថ្មីៗទាក់ទងមូលនិធិអភិវឌ្ឍ និន្នាការអភិវឌ្ឍសកល ការអនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ និងជាពិសេសតួនាទីរបស់អង្គការគ.ស.ក ក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួលតួអង្គសំខាន់ៗសម្រាប់បរិយាកាសអំណោយ និងរួមចំនែកការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

During this week, the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) conducted field visits to its member organizations in Kampong Thom (HOM, AFD, and COWS) and Siem Reap (TL, Salabai Hotel School, Water for Cambodia, and BLO) in order to gain a deeper understanding of program implementation, opportunities, and challenges, as well as to learn about the key services provided by CCC.

Overall, CCC members expressed satisfaction with the organization’s efforts in contributing to capacity building, providing updated information on funding, global development trends, and legal compliance, and, in particular, its crucial role in coordinating relevant stakeholders to foster an enabling environment for Cambodia’s development.

នៅថ្ងៃទី១១ និង១២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការ គណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីឧបករណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់ នៅខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុប១៩នាក់ (ស្រី១៣នាក់) មកពីបណ្តាញអង្គការសមាជិកមកពីខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងកំពង់ធំ។ សិក្ខាសាលារយៈពេលមួយថ្ងៃកន្លះនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដើម្បីអោយ អង្គការសមាជិកបណ្តាញយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមអំពីគោលការណ៍មិនបង្កទំនាស់ ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង និង ពិចារណាក្នុងការអនុវត្តប្រើប្រាស់ឧបករណ៍នេះ ដើម្បីវិភាគអន្តរាគមន៍របស់កម្មវិធីក្នុងការកាត់បន្ថយផលប៉ះពាល់ជាអវិជ្ជមាន និងបង្កើនផលជះជាវិជ្ជមាន ពេលដែលអនុវត្តកម្មវិធី/គម្រោងសកម្មភាព របស់បណ្តាញអង្គការខេត្ត។

On May 11-12, 2026, the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) hosted a Do No Harm Exposure Workshop in Battambang with 19 participants (13 female) to NGOs network from Battambang province. This 1.5-day workshop is design to enhance NGO networks to understand of the Do No Harm principle, and to provide space for reflection and consideration on how to apply this tool in practice and use the tool to analyze program interventions in order to minimize negative impacts and maximize positive outcomes when implementing programs/projects and activities of the provincial NGO networks.
