Dear His Excellency Mr. Antonio Guterres

, UN Secretary General, the Asia Regional People’s Assembly calls for action on four urgent demands:

• Ensure universal, publicly funded social protection and invest in essential public services.
• Cancel external debt and reform the global debt architecture.
• Deliver accessible, grant-based climate finance to vulnerable communities.
• Protect civilians and uphold international humanitarian law.

These demands are part of the Asia Regional People’s Declaration, adopted on 1 October 2026 by the Asia Regional People’s Assembly, where community members, civil society organizations and academics from across Asia came together. The Declaration was endorsed by 30 civil society organizations.

We urge the UN to hear these voices and act.

កិច្ចសន្ទនាបានលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងអំពីសិទ្ធិការងារ ព្រមទាំងកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់និយោជក និងកម្មករនិយោជិត ដោយមានការចែករំលែកអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងសមិទ្ធិផលនៃការត្រួតពិនិត្យការងារ និងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ការងារ ការផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីសេវា និងអត្ថប្រយោជន៍របស់ ប.ស.ស។

To enable the discussion, experience sharing, and cooperation among the government, private sector, civil society, trade unions, workers, and development partners, Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC), Farmers and Nature Net Association (FNN), the Youth Resource Development Program (YRDP), and the Cambodian Agricultural Workers Federation (CAWF)—in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training—organized a National Dialogue on "Labor Market Opportunities and the Promotion of Rights and Occupational Safety for Workers in Cambodia." Held on October 8, 2026, with more than 200 participants—including representatives from civil society organizations, provincial NGO networks, workers, and youth—to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities regarding the promotion of decent work and the well-being of workers in Cambodia.

The dialogue raised awareness regarding labor rights as well as the obligations of employers and workers with sharing on the progress and achievements of labor inspections and labor law enforcement, and disseminating details about NSSF services and benefits.

ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ខែកញ្ញា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈកម្មការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (គ.ស.ក) បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីការសរសេរសំណើគម្រោង និងរបាយការណ៍គម្រោង ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៣៣នាក់ (ស្រី ១៥នាក់) មកពីបណ្តាញអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន ក្នុងខេត្តបាត់ដំបង និងខេត្តសៀមរាប។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពអង្គការសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន ដើម្បីអាចចូលរួមកាន់តែសកម្មក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សំឡេង ព្រមទាំងរួមចំណែកធ្វើឱ្យជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់សហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋានកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើង។



From 29 September to 1 October 2026, Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC) organized a training on Proposal writing and report writing, bringing together a total of 33 participants (15 women) from Provincial NGO networks and community-based organizations (CBOs) in Battambang and Siem Reap provinces.

This training was conducted with the objective of strengthening the capacity of community-based organizations, enabling them to play a more active role in amplifying community voices and contributing to improved livelihoods and well-being in their local communities.
