affic law and rights of others on roads heading towards peace and zero
traffic crash fatalities; and it is to provide coordination, information
facilities and networking for road safety efforts in Cambodia. CRY has implemented a Road Safety Network Project with Handicap
International since 2010. Currently the network consists of 147 members from
many different institutions including international/local NGOs, private
companies/associations and other universities, etc.). The project aims to
reduce injuries and death caused by work-related road traffic accidents,
initially within partner organizations and later the wider community,
through safer driver behavior by establishing a network to promote internal
road safety policies and regulation and safe fleet management. Moreover, RSN
project encourages public and private organizations including the United
Nations agencies, specifically the UN Decade of Action for Road Safety
2011-2020 to have vehicle fleets, which is the policies and practices that
will reduce crash risks for vehicles occupation and other road users. CRY has recently received funding to continue RSN project and the team wants
