AIP Foundation អង្គការមូលនិធិបង្ការរបួស អាស៊ី Head Safe. Helmet On. These programs include school-based Helmets for Kids, Safe Routes to School, Click on Safety, and mass media public awareness education.

AIP Foundation creates public-private partnerships, develops mass media education and school curricula, and implements school-based helmet use and traffic safety education programs. Our efforts to improve road and road user safety also include advocacy, the provision of technical assistance and expertise, and the provision of high quality, culturally appropriate and affordable helmets to the marke

t. In 2009, AIP Foundation, in collaboration with the FIA Foundation and the World Bank Global Road Safety Facility, launched the Global Helmet Vaccine Initiative, an international movement with the objective of “putting a helmet on every head in the ‘Decade of Action for Road Safety.’” The Initiative brings AIP Foundation programs to developing countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America, and will work to reduce the projected number of road traffic crash deaths and injury by 50 percent by 2020.

កម្មវិធី Poss បានចាប់ផ្តើមអនុវត្តការស្ទង់មតិមូលដ្ឋាន ស្តីពី KAP ជាមួយកម្មករ អ្នកបើកបរ និងសហគមន៍នៅជុំវិញ។ អ្នកប្រមូលទិន្នន័យបានចាប់ផ្តើមប្រមូលទិន្នន័យនៅរោងចក្រគោលដៅចំនួន 30។
The POSS Program has reached out to the Baseline Survey on KAP with workers, drivers, and the surrounding community. The survey data collectors start collecting data at the 30 target factories.

អង្គការមូលនិធិបង្ការរបួសនៅអាស៊ី មានសេចក្តីរីករាយក្នុងភាពជាដៃគូថ្មីមួយជាមួយមូលនិធិសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍របស់អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (UNRSF) នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ យើងនឹងបន្តអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ជាមួយនឹងបទពិសោធន៍ជោគជ័យក្នុងរយៈពេល ២៥ឆ្នាំកន្លងមកនេះក្នុងការ អនុវត្តកម្មវិធីសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍ផ្លូវគោក និងពង្រីកកម្មវិធីសុវត្ថិភាពការធ្វើដំណើរទៅមកបំពេញការងារសម្រាប់កម្មករនិយោជិតនៅកម្ពុជា។

To wrap up the study tour on the last two days, our team accompanied the Cambodian Government delegation to tour the Starite International Vietnam Ltd. factory in D**g Nai Province and to visit a tactical urbanism design on Le Duan Boulevard in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key highlights from the factory tour include:
✅ Meeting with factory management to learn about the factory’s initiatives and challenges in improving commuting safety for its workers
✅ Observing the travels and traffic management of workers (via motorbike and collective transport vehicles) departing to go back home during rush hour.
📌We are so grateful to have facilitated this Study Tour, which was filled with knowledge-sharing and the fostering of connections between Cambodia and Vietnam as well as enhancing knowledge on safe school zones and road safety measures.

📌As part of the second day of the Safe School Zones study tour to Vietnam, the Cambodian government delegation traveled to Pleiku City to explore the implementation of safe school zones more in-depth.
Key Highlights from the second day included:
✅Meeting with the Pleiku People’s Committee and the Gia Lai Traffic Safety Committee and exchanging knowledge and experiences
✅Visiting two model safe school zones in Pleiku to learn more about how to successfully implement safe school zone interventions.

✈️This is an exciting week for us at AIP Foundation as our team welcomes a Cambodian Government delegation as part of the Safe School Zones Study Mission to Vietnam.
Yesterday, our team in Ho Chi Minh City, met with representatives from the General Secretariat of the National Road Safety Committee, the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, General Commissariat of National Police, Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Highlights from the first day included:
✅ Introduction to AIP Foundation's work on safe school zones in Vietnam
✅ A deeper dive into the Star Ratings for Schools methodology
✅ Visiting a Road Safety Park in Ho Chi Minh City
🚦Next stop for delegation: Pleiku City to learn more about school zone safety enhancement. Thank you to the FIA Foundation for making this study tour possible.
