បណ្តុះផ្សិតពីអង្គការលំអង។

គាត់បានចាប់ផ្តើមប្រមូលផលផ្សិតលើកទីមួយ ដោយមានការជួយជ្រោមជ្រែងពីឪពុកម្តាយផងដែរ។

នេះជាលើកទីមួយផងដែរ ដែលគាត់បានប្រមូលផលផ្សិតចំនួន១០គីឡូក្រាម បេះក្នុងមួយថ្ងៃ ដោយក្នុងមួយគីឡូ គាត់លក់បាន ៦០០០ រៀល។ គាត់សប្បាយរីករាយក្នុងការប្រមូលផល និងបានចំនូលបន្ថែម ទោះពេលនេះមិនទាន់
បានច្រើនតែយ៉ាងហោចណាស់ជួយបង្កើនចំណូលនិងបានសម្រាលជីវភាព
បានមួយកម្រឹត។ មិនត្រឹមប៉ុណ្ណោះ ផ្សិតជាអាហារមួយប្រភេទដែលមាប្រយោជន៏

Meet our project beneficiary, Chhoeurn Theary, a 6-month pregnant mother from a desperate family in Koun Thnoat Village, Chey Commune, Kampong Svay District, Kampong Thom Province.

She recently completed our mushroom cultivation training. She has started her first harvesting season, with her parents helping her at home to manage the mushrooms. Her first harvest yields about 10 kg of mushrooms daily, each selling at KHR 6,000, equal to USD 1.50.

Now, she enjoys her harvest and generates daily income, improving her family’s livelihood and providing a nutritious product in high demand in her community.

Without this initiative from Lom Orng Organization, this would not have been possible. She is grateful to Lom Orng Organization for providing her this valuable skill.

Recently, our Lom Orng Programme Manager, Mr. Annavyn, spent two days in Kratie Province to monitor project progress and follow up with trainees. The visit assessed the motorcycle repair, barbering, and mushroom growing courses to understand trainees’ needs, challenges, and how we can continue supporting them during and after training.

We sincerely thank our alumni trainers for generously contributing their time and expertise. Their dedication helps orphans and youth from marginalized, vulnerable, and underprivileged families gain skills, build sustainable livelihoods, and create income opportunities.

We wish all trainees continued success in their future endeavors!

ជួបជាមួយ ធីរា (Theara) ជាសិក្ចាកាមម្នាក់ក្នុងចំណោមសិក្ខាកាមផ្សេងទៀត មកពីស្រុកសន្ទុក ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។

គាត់មានសេចក្តីរីករាយយ៉ាងខ្លាំងដែលបានចូលរួមជាមួយ អង្គការលំអរង (Lom Orng Organization) ហើយគាត់ក៏មានការកោតសរសើរ និងអរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះឱកាសដែលបានផ្តល់ឲ្យនើចូលរួមក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដាំផ្សិតដ៏មានអត្ថប្រយោជន៍នេះ ដែលជាមធ្យោបាយមួយសម្រាប់បង្កើតចំណូលប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។

តាមរយៈការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ធីរាបានទទួលជំនាញជាក់ស្តែង ចំណេះដឹង និងទំនុកចិត្តកាន់តែខ្លាំងឡើង។
