កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក វ៉ន វណ្ណាល់ ប្រធានសមាគមអ្នកនាំចេញនាំចូលម្ហូបអាហារកម្ពុជា (CamFeia) បានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគុណភាពជាតិ (NQI) លើកទី២ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានស្តង់ដារកម្ពុជា (ISC)។

តាមរយៈសេចក្តីសម្រេចជាផ្លូវការចុះថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក វ៉ន វណ្ណាល់ ប្រធានសមាគមអ្នកនាំចេញនាំចូលម្ហូបអាហារកម្ពុជា (CamFeia) ត្រូវបានជ្រើសតាំងជាសមាជិកនៃក្រុមការងារហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគុណភាពជាតិ ដោយរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍។

ការចូលរួមរបស់ប្រធានសមាគម CamFeia ក្នុងក្រុមការងារថ្នាក់ជាតិនេះ នឹងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងភារកិច្ចស្នូលដូចជា៖

Under the official decision dated July 29, 2026, Mr. Vorn Vannal, President of the Cambodia Food Exporter Importer Association (CamFeia), has been officially appointed as a member of the National Quality Infrastructure Working Group by the Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation.

CamFeia's representation in this national working group will actively contribute to key mandates, including:

Coordinating and promoting the implementation of the roadmap on standards, technical regulations, and conformity assessment procedures to harmonize with regional and international frameworks such as ASEAN, RCEP, and the WTO.

Providing technical guidance on policy, regulatory, and institutional reforms related to standards and conformity assessment.
Promoting training and enhancing the engagement of the private sector and MSMEs through transparent consultation mechanisms.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សមាគមអ្នកនាំចេញនាំចូលម្ហូបអាហារកម្ពុជា (CamFeia) ដឹកនាំដោយលោក វ៉ន វណ្ណាល់ ប្រធានសមាគម និងលោក យន់ ភិរុណ អនុប្រធានសមាគម បានសហការរៀបចំកម្មវិធី "Quality Talk and Customer Visit" យ៉ាងជោគជ័យនៅសណ្ឋាគារកាំបូឌីយ៉ា ក្រោមការគាំទ្រពីគម្រោង PTB និងក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ (MISTI)។

គោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗនៃកម្មវិធី៖

ការលើកកម្ពស់សេវាកម្មក្នុងស្រុក៖ ជំរុញការយល់ដឹងអំពីសេវាវិភាគសាកល្បង ការវាស់វែង និងការបញ្ជាក់គុណភាពក្នុងស្រុក ដើម្បីជួយអាជីវកម្មកាត់បន្ថយការចំណាយ និងសន្សំពេលវេលាក្នុងការបញ្ជូនសំណាកទៅក្រៅប្រទេស។

ទស្សនកិច្ចស្វែងយល់ជាក់ស្តែង៖ ចុះពិនិត្យដោយផ្ទាល់នៅរោងចក្រកែច្នៃម្ហូបអាហារក្នុងរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ពីប្រតិបត្តិការ តម្រូវការគុណភាព និងការកសាងទំនុកចិត្តរវាងស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ និងវិស័យឯកជន។

Quality Infrastructure (QI) Institutions Quality Talk and Customer Visit

On August 27, 2026, the Cambodia Foods Exporter Importer Association (CamFeia), led by President Mr. Vannal Van and Vice President Mr. Yun Phyrun, proudly co-organized the "Quality Talk and Customer Visit" at Hotel Cambodiana. This vital initiative is supported by the PTB project in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation (MISTI).

Key Event Highlights:
Bridging the Gap: Facilitating direct dialogue between agriculture and food businesses and Cambodia's four key QI institutions (NMC, STINL, ISC, and GDAC).

Empowering Local Services: Raising awareness about domestic testing, calibration, and product certification services to help businesses avoid the high costs and long turnaround times of sending samples overseas.

On-Site Engagement: Conducting a hands-on visit to a food-processing facility in Phnom Penh to understand real-world operational needs, build trust, and identify pathways for future collaboration.

Enhancing Competitiveness: Equipping local food and agriculture producers with the standardized quality infrastructure needed to scale efficiently and access global markets.

Participation in the Joint Discussion Meeting between the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Mines and Energy

On the morning of Wednesday, August 26, 2026, Mr. Yun Phirun, Vice President of the Cambodia Foods Exporter Importer Association (CamFeia), proudly represented the association at a high-level discussion meeting between the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Mines and Energy, held at Wing Tower.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក វ៉ន វណ្ណាល់ ប្រធានសមាគមអ្នកនាំចេញនាំចូលម្ហូបអាហារកម្ពុជា (CamFeia) បានតំណាងឱ្យសមាគមចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារ (WG) និងផែនការអនុវត្តផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវ STRACAP ឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣២ ប្រកបដោយមោទនភាព។ សិក្ខាសាលារយៈពេលមួយថ្ងៃនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅសណ្ឋាគារខារ៉ាវ៉ាន់ (Caravan Hotel) រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដែលជាព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏សំខាន់មួយក្នុងការជំរុញសមត្ថភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាតិរបស់យើង។
ក្នុងនាមជាសមាជិកសកម្មនៃក្រុមការងារហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគុណភាពជាតិ (WG-NQI) សមាគម CamFeia ប្តេជ្ញាធានាថាវិស័យនាំចេញ និងនាំចូលម្ហូបអាហាររបស់យើងនឹងរីកចម្រើនក្រោមកម្រិតស្តង់ដារគុណភាពខ្ពស់បំផុត។

On June 22, 2026, Mr. Vannal Van, President of the Cambodia Foods Exporter Importer Association (CamFeia), proudly represented our association at the STRACAP Roadmap 2026-2032 Implementation Plan and Working Group (WG) meeting. Held at the Caravan Hotel in Phnom Penh, this crucial one-day workshop marked a major milestone in advancing our national trade capabilities.
As an active member of the National Quality Infrastructure Working Group (WG-NQI), CamFeia is dedicated to ensuring our food export and import sectors thrive under the highest standards.

Strategic Action: The workshop focused on translating the STRACAP roadmap into a structured, time-bound implementation plan, targeting priority "quick wins" for 2026-2027.
Collaborative Growth: WG members collaborated directly with H.E Chan Sopha, Director General of the Institute of Standards of Cambodia (ISC), to map out activities and assign responsibilities.

🚀 Elevating Cambodia’s Export Potential in ASEAN
សមាគមអ្នកនាំចេញនាំចូលម្ហូបអាហារកម្ពុជា (CamFeia) កំពុងចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការរៀបចំអនាគតនៃការត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងតំបន់ និងការតភ្ជាប់ខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់។

- អ្នកចូលរួមកំពុងពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងសកម្ម និងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការអនុវត្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ATIGA នាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។
- របៀបវារៈគ្របដណ្តប់លើទិដ្ឋភាពពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលកំពុងលេចឡើងថ្មីៗ រួមមាន ការតភ្ជាប់ខ្សែច្រវាក់ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ សហគ្រាសមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម (MSMEs) ព្រមទាំងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងបរិស្ថាន។

This critical workshop is organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Cambodia, in strategic collaboration with the ASEAN Secretariat and the ASEAN-UK Economic Integration Programme - Open Trade Pillar (AEIP-OTP). The event is scheduled to take place in a hybrid format in Phnom Penh from June 16-17, 2026.
📌 Key Strategic Focus Areas
-The primary objective of the workshop is to elevate knowledge and prepare member states for the implementation of the ATIGA Upgrade.
-Participants are actively discussing and addressing the current operational challenges surrounding existing ATIGA enforcement.
- The agenda covers critical emerging trade landscapes, including Supply Chain Connectivity, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), and Trade and Environment.
- Detailed technical sessions focus on vital export mechanisms, specifically the Rules of Origin (ROO) Chapter and new options for Self-Certification by exporters.
- The event highlights essential digital and procedural trade facilitation tools, including the Matrix of Actual Cases, ASSIST, and the ASEAN Tariff Finder.

Equipping our members with the right systems and up-to-date trade intelligence is vital for scalable international results and sustainable growth in the food export sector.
