KYA is a pleasure to lead, alongside CCYMCR, in bringing together youth from different organisations to share their viewpoints and address the issues. It is a great honour to discuss with His Excellency Dominic Williams British Ambassador to Cambodia, the British Ambassador to Cambodia, who always creates a safe space for everyone. Your presence reflects a strong commitment to listening to and empowering the youth voice.

This meeting also provides an opportunity for our youth ឯក ម៉ានីឡែន and the Gender Equality Ambassador of the Girls in Stronger Action project through Plan International Cambodia to raise their voice and share best practices with the Ambassador.

KYA truly appreciates Mr. Reaksmey Hong, the county director of Save the Children Cambodia for arranging the meeting.

The Quarterly meeting of the ASEAN Green Generation Network (AGGN) in cooperation with ActionAid Cambodia, the Cambodian Youth Network, and the Youth Council of Cambodia to discuss key challenges, and solutions, including sharing youth experience in the project

The POT meeting aimed to strengthen the Asian Green Generation Network with coordination by ActionAid Cambodia. Additionally, the partners KYA, Cambodian Youth Network (CYN), and Youth Council of Cambodia (YCC) updated the progress and the implementation plan for 2026. They specifically discussed the fundraising plan and ways of working—strategic partnerships and collaborations.

KYA is very appropriate for Plan International Cambodia, which provides support to all partners, and the Khmer Youth Association, offering valuable learning and technical support. From 17-19March, our staff had a meaningful opportunity to learn about the Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Capacity Strengthening regarding the key points below:

1- Result-Based Management and the value of M&E
2- Result and result framework
3- Identifying and Defining an Indicator
4- M&E Framework

KYA conducted a quarterly staff reflection meeting for the We Protection Project (WePP), along with a capacity-building session on project interventions with CAY, CCI, and CBP. As a result, staff strengthened their understanding of project strategies, improved coordination among partners, and identified key lessons learned to enhance implementation. Additionally, a comprehensive project intervention plan will be developed for the next fiscal year.

That's wonderful cooperation for youth and society.

We are pleased to announce that Jobletic has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Khmer Youth Association (KYA), Cambodia, marking the beginning of a meaningful regional partnership for youth empowerment. Through this collaboration, both organizations will work together to strengthen youth employability, promote skills development, and create opportunities for leadership and cross-border knowledge exchange between young people in Bangladesh and Cambodia.

We sincerely appreciate Khmer Youth Association (KYA) for joining hands with us in this shared vision. Together, we look forward to fostering inclusive opportunities, encouraging youth participation, and building a stronger future for young leaders across the region.
