យើងខ្ញុំមានកិត្តិយសយ៉ាងក្រៃលែងសូមជម្រាបជូនថា អង្គការ ណូមី ណេតវើក កម្ពុជា (NNC) បានបន្ត អនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ជាផ្លូវការជាមួយ ក្រសួងការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ នៅថ្ងៃទី​១៥​ ខែឧសភា​ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦!

ភាពជាដៃគូនេះគឺជាគ្រឹះដ៏សំខាន់សម្រាប់ការងាររបស់យើងខ្ញុំនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ តាមរយៈការ បន្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះ យើងកំពុងពង្រឹងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់យើងក្នុងការបង្កើតពិភពលោកមួយ ដែលស្ត្រីគ្រប់រូបអាច ស្វែងរកឃើញនូវសក្តានុពលពេញលេញរបស់ពួកគាត់។

បេសកកម្មរបស់យើងនៅតែរក្សាភាពច្បាស់លាស់៖ គឺការបញ្ចប់ការជួញដូរមនុស្ស តាមរយៈការ បង្កើត មាគ៌ាឆ្ពោះទៅរកការងារដែលមានសុវត្ថិភាព និងការផ្តល់ភាពអង់អាចដល់ស្ត្រី និងក្មេងស្រី ដើម្បីបំបែកវដ្តនៃភាពជា ទាសករនៅក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ។

We are honored to announce that Nomi Network Cambodia (NNC) has officially renewed our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation on 15 May 2026!

This partnership is the foundation of our work in Cambodia. By renewing this agreement, we are strengthening our commitment to creating a world where every woman can know her full potential.

Our mission remains clear: to end human trafficking by creating pathways to safe employment and empowering women and girls to break the cycles of slavery in their families and communities.

យើងខ្ញុំមានសេចក្តីរំភើបរីករាយសូមជម្រាបជូនថា ស្រ្តីងាយរងគ្រោះចំនួន ១៥៤ នាក់ នៅក្នុងខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ និងខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ បានចាប់ផ្តើមដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅរកអនាគតដ៏ភ្លឺស្វាងហើយ។

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ៤ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅនេះ អង្គការណូមីណេតវើកកម្ពុជា​ (NNC) បានបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះ បណ្តាលថ្មីចំនួន ៦ ក្រុម ដែលផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការពង្រឹង «ជំនាញទន់» ដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរជីវិតរបស់ពួកគាត់។ ក្នុងរយៈពេលមួយខែនេះ ស្ត្រីទាំងអស់នឹងសិក្សាយ៉ាងស៊ីជម្រៅលើមេរៀនដូចជា៖

We are thrilled to announce that 154 vulnerable women in Banteay Meanchey and Tboung Khmum provinces have begun their journey toward a brighter future!

On 4 May 2026, Nomi Network Cambodia (NNC) launched six new cohorts dedicated to mastering the “Soft Skills” that change lives. Over this month, they will dive deep into:
-Self-Awareness & Emotional Well-being
-Effective Communication & Relationship Management
-Team Work and Leadership
-Planning and time management
-Problem solving and decision making
-Financial Literacy
Additional Skills: Hand sewing and coloring!

By equipping the women with the above soft skills, we aren’t just teaching classes—we’re building stronger communities.

នៅក្នុងខែមីនា និងខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សមាជិកក្រុមការងាររបស់អង្គការ ណូមីណេតវើកកម្ពុជា​ (NNC) ប្រចាំខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ និងខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ បានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំខែរបស់ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំ។ ពួកគេបានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពជូនអង្គប្រជុំអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព សមិទ្ធផល និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាក្នុងការអនុវត្តគម្រោង។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនោះ ពួកគេក៏បានឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងសំណួរនិងកង្វល់ផ្សេងៗដែលត្រូវបានលើកឡើង ដោយអ្នកចូលរួមផងដែរ។ពួកគេបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន សម្រាប់ការគាំទ្រជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ និងការប្ដេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការធ្វើការងាររួមគ្នាជាមួយអង្គការ NNC ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពសមាជិកសហគមន៍។

In March and April 2026, the field team members of Nomi Network Cambodia (NNC) in Banteay Meanchey and Tboung Khmum provinces attended the monthly commune meetings. They updated on the progress, achievements and challenges of the program implementation. They also addressed the questions and concerns raised by the participants. They sincerely thanked the local authorities for their ongoing support and commitment to working alongside NNC to empower the community members.

ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យដែលស្ថិតនៅជាប់ព្រំដែនប្រទេសថៃបានរងផល ប៉ះពាល់យ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរដោយសារជម្លោះប្រដាប់អាវុធ។ កាលពីពេលថ្មីៗក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះមានការផ្ទុះអាវុធ រវាងថៃ និងកម្ពុជាដែលបណ្ដាលឱ្យប្រជាពល រដ្ឋកម្ពុជារាប់សែន នាក់ត្រូវផ្លាស់ប្តូរទីលំនៅ(ភៀសសឹក)។ ក្នុងនោះដែរផលវិបាកនៃ ការកាន់កាប់ដីធ្លីពីសំណាក់កងទ័ពថៃ បានធ្វើ ឱ្យមានការបាត់ បង់ទាំងផ្ទះសម្បែង និងមុខរបរចិញ្ចឹមជីវិតរបស់អ្នកទទួលផល របស់អង្គការ ណូមីណេតវើក កម្ពុជា មួយចំនួនផងដែរ។

នៅថ្ងៃទី ២១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ អង្គការណូមីណេតវើកកម្ពុជា បានបោះជំហានដ៏សំខាន់មួយក្នុងការស្ដារជីវភាពឡើងវិញដល់ស្រ្តីដែលរងផលប៉ះពាល់ ដោយបានផ្តល់ជំនួយ ដល់ស្ត្រីចំនួន ២០ នាក់ មកពីស្រុកថ្មពួក និងស្រុកស្វាយចេក។ ស្ត្រីទាំងនេះ ទទួលបាននូវ ម៉ាស៊ីនកៀបទឹកអំពៅ និងសម្ភារសម្រាប់ចិញ្ចឹមមាន់ (ដូចជា ធុងទឹក និងសំណាញ់ដែក) ដើម្បីជួយបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពដល់ពួកគេក្នុងការរកប្រាក់ចំណូលសម្រាប់គ្រួសារ។

Located on the Thai border, Banteay Meanchey has been deeply impacted by armed conflicts. Recently, there were armed conflicts between Thailand and Cambodia. Thousands of Cambodian people were displaced, and some of the NNC beneficiaries lost both their homes and their livelihoods to the Thai army’s occupation of the area.

On 21 April 2026, NNC took a step toward restoration by providing livelihood support to 20 affected women in the Thmar Pourk and Svay Check districts. Beneficiaries received sugar cane juice machines and chicken-farming materials, empowering them to generate income for their families.

ក្នុងខែមិនាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការ ណូមី ណេតវើក កម្ពុជា (Nomi Network Cambodia) ប្រចាំខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ បានរៀបចំការ​បណ្តុះបណ្តាល វិជ្ជាជីវៈដល់ស្ត្រីងាយរងគ្រោះចំនួន ៦០ នាក់ នៅក្នុងស្រុកត្បូងឃ្មុំ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ទាំងអស់ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ជូន ដោយគ្រូបង្គោលដែលមានបទពិសោធន៍ ច្បាស់លាស់ ក្នុងជំនាញផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ពួកគាត់។

ស្ត្រី ៤៨ នាក់ បានបញ្ចប់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញលើការចិញ្ចិមសត្វ ដែល ក្នុងនោះស្រ្តី៣៩នាក់ជ្រើសរើស មុខជំនាញចិញ្ចឹមមាន់ និងស្រ្តី៩នាក់ជ្រើសរើសមុខជំនាញការចិញ្ចឹមជ្រូក។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផ្តោតលើការ ជ្រើសរើសពូជ ការផ្សំចំណី ការចាក់វ៉ាក់សាំង អនាម័យ និងការសាងសង់​ទ្រុងជាដើម។

ស្ត្រី ៩ នាក់ នឹងត្រូវចំណាយពេល ៣ ខែ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងជំនាញកាត់ដេរ។
ស្ត្រី ៣ នាក់ នឹងត្រូវចំណាយពេល ៦ ខែ លើវគ្គសិក្សាកែសម្ផស្សយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ ដើម្បីប្រែក្លាយចំណង់ចំណូលចិត្តផ្នែកសម្រស់របស់ពួកគេ ឱ្យទៅជាជំនាញកម្រិតអាជីព។

សូមចូលរួមអបអរសាទរ និងផ្តល់កម្លាំងចិត្តដល់ពួកគាត់ នៅពេលដែលពួកគាត់ចាប់ផ្តើមដំណើរថ្មីនេះ!

In March 2026, Nomi Network Cambodia (NNC) in Tboung Khmum province organized vocational skill training for 60 vulnerable women in Tboung Khmum district. All the training courses have been offered by the trainers with solid experience in their respective fields.

48 women completed specialized training in animal raising, including 39 women chose Chicken raising and 9 women chose Pig raising. The training was focused on breed selection, feed making, vaccination, hygiene and coop/pigsty construction etc.

9 women will have to dedicate 3 months for mastering Sewing
3 women will have to spend an intensive 6-month Salon course, turning their passion for beauty into a professional career.

នៅក្នុងខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ អង្គការ ណូមី ណេតវើកកម្ពុជាបានផ្តល់ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញចិញ្ចឹមមាន់ ជ្រូក និងជំនាញកាត់ដេរ ដល់ស្ត្រីសរុបចំនួន៦២នាក់ (ក្នុងនោះ៤៥នាក់រៀនជំនាញចិញ្ចឹមមាន់ ១២នាក់រៀនជំនាញ ចិញ្ចឹមជ្រូក និង៥នាក់ទៀតរៀនជំនាញកាត់ដេរ) នៅក្នុងស្រុកព្រះនេត្រព្រះ ខេត្តបន្ទាយ មានជ័យ។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេសចិញ្ចឹមមាន់ និងជ្រូក ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងរយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃ ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការជ្រើសរើសពូជ ការចាក់វ៉ាក់សាំង ការសាងសង់ទ្រុង និងការ​ ផ្សំចំណីសត្វជាដើម។ ដោយឡែកសម្រាប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញកាត់ដេរវិញ មានរយៈ ពេល ៥ ថ្ងៃ ដែល ផ្តោតលើជំនាញប្រើប្រាស់ម៉ាស៊ីនដេរឧស្សាហកម្ម។ស្ត្រីម្នាក់ៗនឹងទទួល បានថវិកាដើមទុនដើម្បីចាប់ផ្តើមអាជីវកម្មផ្ទាល់ខ្លួននៅតាមសហគមន៍។

In March 2026, Nomi Network Cambodia (NNC) provided the training in chicken and pig raising and sewing to a total of 62 women (45 for chicken raising, 12 for pig raising and 5 for sewing) in Preah Netr Preah district of Banteay Meanchey province. The training in raising chickens and pigs was conducted for two days, focusing on breed selection, vaccination, coop/pigsty construction, feed making etc while the sewing training lasted 5 days, focusing on sewing machine operator skills. Each of them will be awarded with seed funding to start their microbusiness.

នាថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក រ៉ុង រតនា នាយកប្រចាំប្រទេសនៃអង្គការ ណូមីណេតវើក កម្ពុជា (NNC) បានចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តម គន់ រត្នមុុន្នី អភិបាលរងខេត្ត រួមជាមួយតំណាងមកពីមន្ទីរពាក់ព័ន្ធនានាជុំវិញខេត្ត។

ជំនួបនេះមានគោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗដូចជា៖
-ការចែករំលែកសមិទ្ធផល៖ បង្ហាញពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងលទ្ធផលការងារដែលសម្រេចបានកន្លងមក។
-ការពិភាក្សាលើបញ្ហាប្រឈម៖ លើកឡើងពីឧបសគ្គនានាដែលបានជួបប្រទះ ដើម្បីស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយរួមគ្នា។
-ផែនការសកម្មភាពឆ្នាំ២០២៦៖ លោក រ៉ុង រតនា ក៏បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីទិសដៅការងារ និងសកម្មភាពសំខាន់ៗដែលត្រូវអនុវត្តក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះ។

បន្ទាប់ពីបទបង្ហាញ អង្គពិធីទាំងមូលបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរមតិយោបល់ និងផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍យ៉ាងផុសផុល ដើម្បីកែលម្អ និងបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ សំដៅជួយដល់ស្ត្រីងាយរងគ្រោះ នៅក្នុងសហគមន៍ឱ្យចំគោលដៅ និងប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។

On February 24, 2026, Mr. Rong Rattana, Country Director of Nomi Network Cambodia (NNC), held a courtesy call and consultative meeting with the Tboung Khmum Provincial Administration. The meeting was presided over by H.E. Kun Rathmony, Deputy Governor, with the participation of representatives from various relevant provincial departments.

The primary objectives of the meeting were:
-Sharing Achievements: Showcasing progress and the impactful results achieved to date.
-Discussing Challenges: Identifying obstacles encountered in the field to find collective solutions.
-2026 Action Plan: Mr. Rong Rattana presented the strategic direction and key activities set for implementation throughout 2026.

Following the presentation, participants engaged in a dynamic exchange of ideas and recommendations. These insights aim to refine and enhance the effectiveness of program implementation, ensuring that support for vulnerable women in the community is targeted, impactful, and sustainable

នៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែកុម្ភៈឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការ ណូមីណេតវើកកម្ពុជា ទទួលបានលិខិតសរសើរពីរដ្ឋបាលខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ចំពោះការរួមចំណែករបស់អង្គការក្នុងការជួយដល់ស្ត្រីងាយរងគ្រោះនៅក្នុងខេត្ត។ នេះគឺជាការទទួលស្គាល់មួយដែលផ្តល់នូវការលើកទឹកចិត្តយ៉ាងខ្លាំងដល់ក្រុមការងាររបស់អង្គការ ណូមីណេតវើកកម្ពុជា ។

On 12 February 2026, NNC was granted a letter of appreciation from Banteay Meanchey provincial administration for NNC’s contribution to serving vulnerable women in the province. This is one of motivating recognitions for the NNC team.

អង្គការណូមីណេតវើកកម្ពុជា បានបើកវគ្គបង្រៀនជំនាញទន់ដល់ក្រុមគោលដៅថ្មី៦ក្រុម (២៥នាក់ ក្នុងមួយក្រុម) ដែលមានស្ត្រីងាយរងគ្រោះចំនួន ១៥០នាក់ នៅស្រុកព្រះនេត្រព្រះខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ និងស្រុកត្បូងឃ្មុំ​​ ខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ ដោយចាប់ផ្តើមពីថ្ងៃ៩ ខែកុម្ភៈឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ នៅក្នុងរយៈពេលពីរសប្តាហ៍ ស្ត្រីទាំងនេះ នឹងរៀនជំនាញដូចជា ការស្គាល់ខ្លួនឯងនិងការគ្រប់គ្រងអារម្មណ៍ ការប្រាស្រ័យទាក់ទងប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព និងការគ្រប់គ្រងទំនាក់ទំនង ការរៀបចំផែនការនិងការគ្រប់គ្រងពេលវេលា ការធ្វើការជាក្រុមនិងភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ការសម្រេចចិត្តនិងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា និងចំណេះដឹង ផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។ លើសពីនេះទៅទៀត ពួកគាត់នឹងរៀនជំនាញពីរផ្សេងទៀតដូចជា ការត្រៀមសម្ភាសន៍ការងារ និងមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះកាត់ដេរដោយដៃ។ ជំនាញទាំងនេះមានសារៈសំខាន់ខ្លាំងណាស់សម្រាប់ការរស់នៅរបស់ពួកគាត់។

Nomi Network Cambodia (NNC) launched 15-day soft skill training on 9 February 2026 for 6 cohorts (25 for each cohort) of 150 vulnerable women in Preah Netr Preah district of Banteay Meanchey province and Tboung Khmum district of Tboung Khmum province. During this 15 day period, the women will learn specific skills such as self-awareness and emotional well-being; effective communication and relationship management; planning and time management; teamwork and leadership; decision making and problem solving and financial literacy. In addition, they will learn two more skills, specifically job interview and basic hand sewing. These soft skills are essential for their lives.
