CFC is main mission of 10 years plan (2014-2023) to relief and protecting to 160 children’s abused under deprive living pressured become good children and growing up to be personality and responsibility by respecting Kingdom of Cambodia Constitutional Laws and United Nations of Child Rights declaration. In 10 years plane are assisting and supporting them as;

- Children’s music and dance program.
- Focus nutrition and health care program.
- Health visit and checking care program.
- Focus children’s leadership and management program.
- Focus children’s advocacy program.
- Sport and Fine Art program.
- Children’s basic vocational skill training program
- Improving hygiene and sanitation task program.
- Support deprive families program.
- Focusing good parenting and regulating training program.
- Providing small business initiative to parenting without interest rate program.
- Focus basic business skill training program.
- Hand productions by nannies and children produces program. CFC is increasing program to relief and support the 160 children abused who are 4 to 17 years old with 78 girls ‘abused. They are deprive living pressured with main business of garbage dump picker, garbage picker by home, street and market and some begging on the street, market and home and other children were cleaner or washing worker in market or home to get profit support their families under depriving problem. All of these children have no chance to study in school and some have little chance to study because they have 13 to 15 years old that their families stopped them and assigned them to garment factory worker or beer garden, massage and KTV guide to get profit to solve family problem, especially the girls who were 13 to 15 years old easy abused and victim by exploitation and trafficking. The 160 children are hunger with high innutrition with slow growing body and intelligent weakness with menthol health crises that easy contagious diseases when they were hard working on the garbage dump picker and begging on the street that they tired with staid and slept on the dump and on the pavement under hunger and thirsty pressured. The programs above are very important and immediately to assist and support the 160 children and families need but CFC has not enough fund to manage all and CFC is selecting priority program to assist the 160 children of Basic Education Program (BEP) that very necessary and important to all the children to public school integration and study in center because of these children no chance to study that their family compelled them to help family by child exploitation task under illiteracy, hunger and health weakness of dark life pressured. According to the main problem of the children situation worked on the garbage dump, begging on the street and heavy caring vegetable in the large pond these children. In 2014 CFC was collecting the 160 children in 4 villages in urban sector of Phnom Penh city to stay in center to protect and welfare to them of the assisting immediately because they high hunger, thirsty with innutrition, health weakness and never chance to study in school or some children school abandoned long. After collected them to center with providing food reducing hunger and thirsty and health checking care immediately because they have skin and insane problems and never protect long time and provided home clothes and shoes to them used that they were surprised and happy gotten new materials they need and CFC has been providing study time to them study in center and on October 30 2014 CFC is integrating them to study in public school. This proposal is submitting you support a small grant fund to manage and recognize Focus 160 Children’s Abused Education Development (FCAEP) in Phnom Penh center for improving basic education to 160 children’s abused with the active plan as the following as;
Integrating to public school:
CFC is integrating the 160 children to public school as;
1 – Learning level 1 in primary school as 5 to 6 years old.
2 – Learning level 2 to 6 in primary school as 6 to 14 years old.
3 – Study level 7 to 9 in secondary school as 13 to 17 years old.
4 – Study level 10 to 12 in high school as 15 to 17 years old. At this public school is studying part time only and everyday CFC is renting Tuk Tuk riding and mini bus driving to pick them go and back school in center and after study public school, they are learning and studying in center. Leaning and Studying in Center:
The 160 children divided two parts as morning group who are studying afternoon time at public school and afternoon group; they are studying morning time at public school. CFC is recognized non formal curriculum editing to teach them for improving basic education skill to them complete what they don’t understand from public school and the study program as;
9 Basic English writing, listening and speaking practically.
10 Mathematically practice and exercise task.
11 Khmer writing and reading practically.
12 Basic drawing and song.
13 Morality and decency lesson.
14 Hygiene and sanitation practically.
15 Basic fine art and music practicing
16 Watch Video every weekend to children. All the lessons above that improving all the children basic education skill because they are low of knowledge and intelligent weakness but they happy to study and able to do in public school what they are completing in center. CFC is diving 8 classes a day with 4 teachers to the 160 children study and the children are studying and learning by level that limited to them learns as;
17 Level 1 is teaching to the children from 4 to 5 years old.
18 Level 2 is teaching to the children from 6 to 8 years old.
19 Level 3 is teaching to the children from 8 to 14 years old.
20 Level 4 is teaching to the children from 12 to 17 years old. CFC was cooperating with Project Abroad Cambodia and Cambodia Volunteers Foundation to give some foreign volunteers to work with CFC for helping the children in center. And all the teachers are coordinating with foreign volunteers to teach and play with these children during of their good time volunteer at center and all of the foreign volunteers follow by CFC education curriculum to them teach and train them. Most important they interest and pity to play and teach with little kids who are low intelligent and disable kids. CFC is recognizing 2 classes for foreign volunteers teach and play with the kids of nursery and kindergarten classes of 23 kids (disable, low intelligent kids of kindergarten class). And other children are teaching by professional teachers improving CFC lessons of curriculum because some children are completing primary to secondary, completing secondary to high school and diploma examination on 2014-2015 plan. CFC is recognizing kid’s club after their free time in school to learn and study music and happy talking play about child advocacy and child rights to know the main abused and victims to the children and more important to show them how is contacting and confirming to the police or CFC counseling to relief them when they happening by bad guides or someone violence or force on r**e or domestic to them and most important to manage and recognize children’s leadership and friendly solving problem task. And every weekend or month end, CFC is recognizing all the children community clean and sanitation communicating to the people in community that killing mosquitoes and other insects that are easy contagious disease to the people and cooperating with students from university in Phnom Penh to join with all the children do it. This is the activity of basic education to the 160 children abused under CFC protect and welfare to them become new life with good personality and ability to improve family, community and society development in the future and most important to show all the children continue promote CFC missions to assist, protect and welfare the other kid’s abused next. Immediately Result:
The 160 children under CFC direct protect and welfare is directing this project and their families and community are indirect beneficiaries. The 160 children are happy and surprising of rights by CFC protect and relief them from dark life to give a good chance of new life. They have good time to study and learn in school and center what they like other children have it with enough mail and good care from CFC staffs to them. Long Time Result:
The 10 years plan to assist and support the 160 children by your support grant fund long time to assist and relief them become growing adult to build family, community and society development when they have good capability and accountability task. The 160 children will be growing up of body and good intelligent when they have enough nutrition and good health care through to improve good knowledge of their studying both of professional skill and specific skill to self-reliant, self-sufficient and self-motivating of their capability and responsibility build family, community and society development. The 160 children are improving and focusing children advocacy and gender mainstreaming in school and community to protect and pity to children abused with children equity participating in community and most important understanding the children voice. When the 160 children will be completing accountability and responsibility with good business and good profit become good life, they are continuing CFC missions and visions to relief and support other children abused in a world under Charity Trust with real lovely and pity children abused.
