នៅថ្ងៃទី ១០–១២ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ មានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ១៥ នាក់ (ស្ត្រី ៨ នាក់) មកពីសហគមន៍កសិកម្មអម្លាំង និងសហគមន៍កសិកម្មវាលពន់ ក្នុងស្រុកថ្ពង ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ បានជួបជុំគ្នានៅការិយាល័យអង្គការក្តីសង្ឃឹមលូថេរ៉ានកម្ពុជា ស្រុកថ្ពង ដើម្បីចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍផែនការអាជីវកម្មសម្រាប់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម។
សិក្ខាសាលារយៈពេលបីថ្ងៃនេះ ត្រូវបានសម្របសម្រួលរួមគ្នាដោយគម្រោង IMPACT ក្នុងកិច្ចសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយមន្ទីរកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ (PDAFF) ខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ និងទទួលបានការគាំទ្រថវិកាពី Mission Alliance Cambodia។ កម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះបានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងសមាជិកសហគមន៍កសិកម្មចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញជាក់ស្តែងលើការរៀបចំផែនការអាជីវកម្ម រួមមានការកំណត់ឱកាសអាជីវកម្ម ការវិភាគទីផ្សារ ការកំណត់គោលដៅយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងការរៀបចំយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រអភិវឌ្ឍអាជីវកម្មប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។

តាមរយៈការពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងសកម្ម កិច្ចការជាក្រុម និងការរៀនសូត្ររួមគ្នា អ្នកចូលរួមបានពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពរបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រង និងអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍កសិកម្មឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ជាលទ្ធផល សហគមន៍កសិកម្មទាំងពីរនេះបានរៀបចំផែនការអាជីវកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនដោយជោគជ័យ ដែលនឹងក្លាយជាផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវច្បាស់លាស់សម្រាប់ការអនុវត្តនាពេលអនាគត ការសម្រេចចិត្ត និងការរីកចម្រើនប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

From 10-12 June 2026, a total of 15 participants (8 women) from Agricultural Cooperative (AC) Amliang and AC Veal Pon in Thpong District, Kampong Speu Province, gathered at the Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization - LHCO Thpong Office to participate in a Business Plan Development Workshop for Agricultural Cooperatives (ACs).

This three-day workshop was jointly facilitated by the IMPACT Project in close collaboration with the PDAFF of Kampong Speu Province with financial support from Mission Alliance Cambodia. The training actively engaged AC leaders and members in developing practical knowledge and skills in business planning, including identifying business opportunities, conducting market analysis, setting strategic goals, and designing sustainable business development strategies.

Through interactive discussions, group exercises, and collaborative learning, participants strengthened their capacity to manage and grow their cooperatives more effectively. As a key achievement, both Agricultural Cooperatives successfully developed their own business plans, providing a clear roadmap to guide future implementation, decision-making, and effective growth.

នៅថ្ងៃទី ០៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី០៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការក្តីសង្ឃឹមលូថេរ៉ានកម្ពុជា (LHCO) តាមរយៈគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃបន្លែកម្ពុជា (CVCD) គាំទ្រដោយអង្គការ Heifer International Cambodia បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ស្តីពីការសរសេរសំណើសម្រាប់សហគមន៍កសិកម្ម ” នៅខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។
វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៤៣នាក់ ក្នុងនោះស្រ្តី ២៣នាក់ ដែលជាតំណាងមកពី សហគមន៍កសិកម្មចំនួន ២0 ស្ថិតក្នុងខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បី៖
- បង្កើនជំនាញដល់សមាជិកសហគមន៍ក្នុងការសរសេរសំណើប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព។
- ឱ្យសហគមន៍អាចសរសេរសំណើដើម្បីស្នើសុំថវិកា ឬគម្រោងជំនួយពីអង្គការពាក់ព័ន្ធ។
- ដើម្បីរៀបចំសំណើដែលឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្តែងរបស់សហគមន៍ ដូចជាបច្ចេកទេសដាំដុះ ប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ត្រ ឬទីផ្សារជាដើម។
- ជំរុញឱ្យមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិក និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងដំណើរការរៀបចំសំណើ។
- ដើម្បីឱ្យសហគមន៍អាចចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ឬគម្រោងស្រាវជ្រាវនានាប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ។
- ផ្តល់ឧបករណ៍ និងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធសម្រាប់ការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងប្រកបដោយតម្លាភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាព។

On June 5–6, 2026, Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO), through the Cambodia Vegetable Value Chain Development (CVCD) Project and with support from Heifer International Cambodia, organized a training course on “Proposal Writing for Farming Communities” in Kampong Chhnang Province.
The training was attended by 43 participants, including 23 women, representing 20 farming communities from Kampong Chhnang and Kampong Speu provinces.
The training aimed to:
• Strengthen the capacity of community members to write effective project proposals.
• Enable farming communities to develop proposals for funding and technical support from relevant organizations.
• Support communities in preparing proposals that address their specific needs, such as improved cultivation techniques, irrigation systems, and market access.
• Encourage the active participation of community members and stakeholders throughout the proposal development process.
• Enhance communities’ ability to successfully engage in development programs and research initiatives.
• Provide practical tools and structured approaches for transparent and accountable project management.

On June 01, 2026, Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO), through the Cambodian Vegetable Value Chain Development (CVCD) Project with supported by Heifer International Cambodia, in collaboration with the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and the Provincial Department of Commerce of Kampong Speu, organized a workshop on “Business Dialogue of Agriculture Cooperatives” at the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries meeting hall.

The workshop brought together 90 participants (37 women), representing district and commune authorities, ​NGOs, private companies, banks, microfinance institutions, and agricultural communities across Kampong Speu Province.
The event served as a platform to:
- Connect agricultural producers with buyers and market actors
- Explore business opportunities and share information on market demand, product quality, pricing, and supply volumes
- Facilitate agricultural contracts and supply agreements
- Strengthen collaboration among stakeholders across the agricultural value chain

ACT Forum Cambodia Coordination Meeting was held on 05 June 2026, bringing together forum members to share updates on the current context, discuss ACT Alliance work, and explore areas for stronger collaboration.

The meeting provided space for members to exchange priorities, identify joint actions, and agree on next steps for better coordination and collective impact.

Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization - LHCO is honored to support and accompany Cambodian youth participating in the Young Envoys for Amity and Hope (YEAH) Program in China from 25 May to 05 June 2026. The program was organized by the Amity Foundation, Hong Kong with financial support from Mission Alliance Cambodia.

Through this inspiring international exchange program, Cambodian youth gained valuable knowledge, practical skills, and meaningful experiences in areas such as social welfare, disability inclusion, elderly care, social entrepreneurship, cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, and technological innovation. The participants also had the opportunity to engage with young leaders from different countries, strengthen their leadership, communication, and intercultural skills, and proudly showcase Cambodia’s culture and traditions on the global stage.

From 27–31 May 2026, the Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO), through the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Project funded by Diaconia, organized a Training of Trainers (T​o​T) on “Hydroponics Farming Technology, Product Development, and Efficient Processing in the Value Chain.”

The training was facilitated by the Holistic Solution Team and the Royal University of Agriculture (RUA), bringing together 20 teachers (2 women) from five target high schools in Kampong Chhnang and Kampong Speu provinces.

The five-day training aimed to strengthen participants’ knowledge, practical skills, and experience in hydroponic farming technology while introducing innovative approaches to product development and value chain processing. These enhanced competencies will help teachers integrate life skills and technical knowledge into school-based learning, contributing to improved educational opportunities and livelihoods for students.

នៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការក្តីសង្ឃឹមលូថេរ៉ានកម្ពុជា(LHCO) បានរៀបចំការប្រជុំតម្រង់ទិស “គម្រោងដឹកនាំដោយយុវជន ដើម្បីបរិស្ថាន និងភាពធន់” នៅក្នុងឃុំពាមមន្ទារ ឃុំកំពង់ត្របែក និងឃុំកន្សោមអក ស្រុកកំពង់ត្របែក ខេត្តព្រៃវែង។ ការប្រជុំនេះ មានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៩៨នាក់ (ស្រី ៤៥នាក់) ដែលជាយុវជន ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំ លោកគ្រូ-អ្នកគ្រូ មេភូមិ និងតំណាងឪពុក-ម្តាយ។ គោលបំណងនៃការប្រជុំគឺ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងរបស់សហគមន៍ និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានស្តីពីគម្រោង លើកកម្ពស់ការចូលរួមរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងដំណើរការនៃការអនុវត្តគម្រោង និងចងក្រងក្រុមយុវជន។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា គម្រោងនេះមានរយៈពេលបួនឆ្នាំ (២០២៦-២០២៩) និងផ្តល់មូលនិធិដោយអង្គការហ្វេម (Felm)។

On 21 May 2026, the Lutheran Hope Cambodia Organization (LHCO) conducted the “Resilient and Eco-Youth-Led Initiative (REYI)” project orientation across three target communes: Kampong Trabaek, Peam Montea, and Kansaom Ak in Kampong Trabaek District, Prey Veng Province.

The events brought together 98 participants (45 females), including youth representatives, commune councillors, village chiefs, and parents. The orientations aimed to raise awareness among community members and local authorities about the project, encourage their engagement and support, and establish youth groups within the target communities.

The REYI project is a four-year initiative (2026–2029) funded by the Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission (Felm).
