ក្នុងខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាយុវជនកម្ពុជា (YCC) ដោយមានការសម្របសម្រួលពីរដ្ឋបាលស្រុកកោះកុង និងការគាំទ្រពីអង្គការអាក់សិនអេតកម្ពុជា (ActionAid Cambodia) បានរៀបចំដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាមួយទៅកាន់សាលាបឋមសិក្សាអង្គជុំ ស្ថិតនៅស្រុកជុំគិរី ខេត្តកំពត។ កម្មវិធីនេះ មានការចូលរួមពីលោក ខៀវ ជីវ័នរ័ត្ន ប្រធានការិយាល័យអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡាស្រុកកោះកុង ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីការិយាល័យអប់រំ លោកនាយក លោកស្រីនាយិកា លោកនាយករង លោកស្រីនាយិការង លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ ដែលជាតំណាងមកពីសាលាបឋមសិក្សាគោលដៅទាំង១៥ ក្នុងស្រុកកោះកុង និងស្រុកគិរិសាគរ។
ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ មានគោលបំណងផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់អ្នកចូលរួមក្នុងការសិក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍អំពីការគ្រប់គ្រងសាលារៀន ការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីអប់រំប្រកបដោយគុណភាព ការបង្កើតបរិយាកាសសិក្សាដែលលើកកម្ពស់ការចូលរួមរបស់សិស្ស និងសហគមន៍ ព្រមទាំងការចែករំលែកនូវការអនុវត្តល្អៗ ដែលអាចយកទៅអនុវត្តនៅតាមសាលារៀនរៀងៗខ្លួន។
សកម្មភាពនេះ គឺជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីសិទ្ធិមូលដ្ឋាន (Local Rights Programme – LRP) ដែលមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំ ការចូលរួមរបស់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងការបង្កើតបរិយាកាសសិក្សាប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន សម្រាប់កុមារគ្រប់រូប។
In July 2026, the Youth Council of Cambodia (YCC), with the coordination of the Koh Kong District Administration and the support of ActionAid Cambodia, organized a study visit to Ang Chum Primary School, located in Chum Kiri district, Kampot province. This event was attended by Mr. Khiev Chivornrath, Head of the Koh Kong District Office of Education, Youth, and Sports, along with office officials, directors, deputy directors, and teachers representing the 15 target primary schools in Koh Kong and Kiri Sakor districts.
This study visit aimed to provide participants with the opportunity to learn and exchange experiences regarding school management, the implementation of quality educational programs, the creation of a learning environment that promotes student and community engagement, and the sharing of best practices that can be applied in their respective schools.
This activity is part of the implementation of the Local Rights Programme (LRP), which aims to promote educational quality, stakeholder participation, and an inclusive learning environment for all children.
