តាមរយៈការអនុវត្តការងារក្នុងប្រទេសចំនួន៧១ ក្នុងពិភពលោក អង្គការភ្លែន ផ្តោតការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើកុមារ (ជាពិសេសក្រុមដែលមិនសូវទទួលបាន ការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់) ដោយសារពួកគេទទួលរងនូវផលប៉ះពាល់ពីខ្លាំងភាពក្រីក្រ ការរំលោភបំពាននិងការកេងប្រវ័ញ្ច។ យើងបានពុះពារដើម្បីជួយកុមារក្រីក្រ គ្រួសារ និងសហគមន៍របស់ពួកគេ មិនត្រឹមតែអាចឲ្យពួកគេឆ្លើយតបនឹងតម្រូវការរបស់ ពួកគេប៉ុណ្ណោះទ

អង្គការភ្លែនក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា (Coming to Cambodia)
អង្គការភ្លែនបានចាប់ផ្តើមធ្វើការនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០២ ហើយអនុវត្ត កម្មវិធីរបស់ខ្លួន ដោយប្រើប្រាស់យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តវដ្តនៃជីវិត។ ការងាររបស់អង្គការភ្លែន ផ្តល់ជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់កុមារជាង ៦សែននាក់ ដោយប្រាស្រ័យ ជាមួយគ្រួសារចំនួន៨ម៉ឺន ដែលស្ថិតក្នុង៥៨០ សហគមន៍ក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងការងារលប់បំបាត់ ភាពក្រីក្ររបស់កុមារ អង្គការភ្លែនផ្តល់តំលៃដល់ភាពជាដៃគូ។ អង្គការភ្លែនចាត់ទុក ភាពជាដៃគូ ជាមួយបុគ្គល សហគមន៍ អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល សង្គមស៊ីវិល និងស្ថានប័នរដ្ឋាភិបាល ជាកោសិការនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍ។ យើងក៏បានប្រើប្រាស់ជំនាញ និងធនធាននៅមូលដ្ឋានដើម្បីពង្រីកប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃកម្មវិធី ក្នុងកំរិតអតិបរមា។
Plan International began working in Cambodia in 2002 implementing integrated program using lifecycle approach. Our work benefits more than 600,000 children and reaches nearly 80,000 families in more than 580 communities across Cambodia. In our mission to end child poverty, Plan International treasures mutually respectful and professional partnership. បុគ្គលិក អង្គការភ្លែនអន្តរជាតិទាំងអស់មិនត្រូវអនុញ្ញាតឲ្យប្រើប្រាស់អត្តសញ្ញាណរបស់អង្គការដើម្បីជ្រោមជ្រែង ឬគាំទ្រផលិតផល គណៈបក្សនយោបាយ ទស្សនៈនយោបាយ ឬនិន្នាកាលំអៀង មិនស្របនឹងគោលនយោបាយរបស់អង្គការ។ បុគ្គលិកត្រូវទទួលខុសត្រូវដោយខ្លួនឯងប្រសិនបើមានបញ្ហាអ្វីកើតឡើងដោយសារទង្វើ ដូចខាងលើ ទោះបីជាដោយមាន ឬគ្មានបំណងក្តី។
