While sharing mutual love and caring for our family and children with warmth, we continue to face challenges because our families lack legal recognition. For example, we are unable to obtain marriage registration or birth certificates that legally recognize our parental relationships and family ties else.

« ការស្រឡាញ់គ្នា គឺកើតចេញពីចិត្តនឹងចិត្ត ដឹងទុក្ខធុរៈគ្នា ដឹងក្តៅ និងត្រជាក់ ដឹងបាយទឹកព្រឹកល្ងាច និងមើលថែគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក» នេះជាសម្តីរបស់ប៉ាសែន។ ជាង១៧ឆ្នាំមកនេះ ប៉ាសែន បានលះបង់កម្លាំងកាយចិត្ត ក្នុងការត្រួសត្រាយផ្លូវ ជួយជ្រោមជ្រែងសហគមន៍ឥន្ទធនូកម្ពុជា(រ៉ក់)។ បើទោះជាមានវ័យចំណាស់បន្តិចក៏ដោយ ក៏ប៉ា នៅតែបន្ដចូលរួមជាមួយសហគមន៍ រហូតដល់ដង្ហើមចុងក្រោយ ដើម្បីឲ្យបានសំបុត្រអាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍សម្រាប់គូស្រករភេទដូចគ្នា។
Love is from the hearts and caring for each other. It is about us being able to leave each other and looking after one another, Pa Sen. For more than 17 years, Pa Sen devoted himself to paving the way for and supporting Rainbow Community Kampuchea (RoCK). Despite his advancing age, he continued to engage with the community until he pass away, advocating for legal marriage equality so that same-sex couples could obtain marriage certificates.
