On Saturday, 27 December 2025, the Cambodia-Japan Digitalized Manufacturing Centre (CJDM) proudly held its Graduation Ceremony at CJCC Hall, Phnom Penh, celebrating the achievements of graduates who successfully completed their technical training programs.
The ceremony commenced with the National Anthem, followed by opening remarks from H.E. Dr. Om Romny, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and Chairman of CJDM. A keynote address was delivered by H.E. Yim Prosithyrith, CEO of CJDM, highlighting the center’s mission in strengthening Cambodia’s engineering and manufacturing workforce. This was followed by an encouragement speech delivered by H.E. Dr. Hul Siengheng, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology, and Innovation (MISTI), inspiring graduates to contribute their skills and knowledge to national industrial development.
The program also featured reflection speeches by graduate representatives, sharing their learning journeys and aspirations. CJDM also extended its sincere appreciation to its valued partner institutions through a token of appreciation ceremony, followed by a photo session with representatives from TVET, GIZ, Paragon IU, CamTech, and NPIC.
This graduation marks not only the completion of training, but also the beginning of a new chapter for Cambodia’s future engineers and skilled professionals. CJDM remains committed to developing talent and supporting the growth of Cambodia’s manufacturing sector.
នៅថ្ងៃ សៅរ៍ ទី២៧ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល Cambodia-Japan Digitalized Manufacturing Centre (CJDM) បានរៀបចំពិធី ប្រគល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្រ ដោយជោគជ័យ នៅ CJCC Hall រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរជោគ ជ័យរបស់សិក្ខាកាមដែលបានបញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យនូវកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញបច្ចេកទេស។
ពិធីបានចាប់ផ្តើមដោយ បទភ្លេងជាតិ បន្ទាប់មកជាសុន្ទរកថាបើកដោយ ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត អ៊ុម រម្យណី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃ ក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា និងជាប្រធាន CJDM។ បន្ទាប់មកមាន សុន្ទរកថាគន្លឹះ ដោយ ឯកឧត្តម យឹម ប្រសិទ្ធីឬទ្ធិ នាយកប្រតិបត្តិ CJDM ដែលបានបញ្ជាក់ពីបេសកកម្មរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល ក្នុងការពង្រឹងកម្លាំងពលកម្មវិស្វកម្ម និងឧស្សាហកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា។
បន្ទាប់ពីនេះ មាន សុន្ទរកថាលើកទឹកចិត្តពី ឯកឧត្តម បណ្ឌិត ហ៊ុល សៀងហេង អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍ ដើម្បីលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់សិក្ខាកាមឱ្យយកចំណេះដឹងនិងជំនាញទៅចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍ វិស័យឧស្សាហកម្មជាតិ។
កម្មវិធីក៏មាន សុន្ទរកថាបទពិសោធន៍ពីតំណាងសិក្ខាកាមបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា ដែលបានចែករំលែកអំពីដំណើរសិក្សា និងបំណងប្រាថ្នានាពេលអនាគត។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ CJDM ក៏បានបង្ហាញការថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ស្ថាប័នដៃគូតាមរយៈ ពិធីប្រគល់អនុស្សាវរីយ៍ និងថតរូបជាក្រុម ជាមួយតំណាងពី TVET, GIZ, Paragon IU, CamTech និង NPIC។
ពិធីប្រគល់សញ្ញាបត្រនេះ មិនត្រឹមតែជាការបញ្ចប់នៃការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាការចាប់ផ្តើមនៃដំណាក់កាល ថ្មីសម្រាប់វិស្វករនិងអ្នកជំនាញជំនាញនាពេលអនាគតរបស់កម្ពុជា។ CJDM នឹងបន្តប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍធនធាន មនុស្សនិងគាំទ្រការរីកចម្រើននៃវិស័យឧស្សាហកម្មនៅកម្ពុជា។
