The young ones are now in Seim reap for a honeymoon .

We all here have feet up Open Arms is closed for a week these DIY weddings are beautiful but hard work but would t do it any other way .

This week Report for Little Eagle and Granny and Grannies in the vilage

For Little Eagle the Kids are back to school after a big break.

They all doing really well with their school work. They all improve alot. Some Kids they cant even hold pencil and scare to study now they can write khmer and english Alphabet and number.

Our big kids they been reading the bible and learning new songs. This week they learnt one Christmas song and Some memories verse.

The Kids not just improving with school work but also with their behviour too. They been very rough and like to scream now they so much calm and listen more.
We also doing some project..like re decorating our chair and our play room. Cause since season raining we didnt use our pkay room much..now we wanna re decorate it like an under sea world ready for our dry season.
This week we have a few new kids coming too.

About grannies at the temple we camt do much but to visit and keep teeling them bout Jesus and his love for their lives. Sometime we sang some song and we pray with them. We also help clean their room. They both still look well.

Grannies in the Vilage they need some prayer cause their grandson and son are in jail now for doing soem illigal stuff. But had worship time with them and pray with them and read some bible verse with them and keep telling them how much Jesus love them as grandma and as mother they did thwir best to provide and look after their childrend well. We encourage them to not blame themself for their Kids behaviour and to pray and trust Jesus for the best outcome.

One of granny she nearly cried and said thank you that we encouraging her and told her its not her fault cause she felt at fault for her son behaviour. We can see her pain as mother. ( please pray for them together) they all felt some heavy heart we can see.

The Adult time at Little Eagle they enjoy their worship and binle study time...still some come while drunk and all but atleast they sit in worship. Some did growing so well. But we can see they all look so much better than we first met them. We hope for the best outcome in life for everyone from Kids to adult in Open arms. Thank you Jesus for us all.

Well these two lovelies have only one week until they go back to their family and ministry in Cambodia the team over there did an amazing job I g job holding down the fort the girls rang them daily it was great to watch them operate from Australia .

I could rave on for hours about how kind loving caring and generous they are to all they meet but those of you who know them already know this .

So what did we do , Two seperate training days one for leadership one for inner healing we attended the INC 50 year conference where they were more than delighted to see Darlene minister and sing they grew up with her music so they were very excited .

Ministered to a home group , ministered at the beautiful Networx church Gold group they shared and sang not many dry eyes in the place , Had a beautiful trip to Mount Tamborine .

They ministered to some folks at Miracle Healing Rooms it’s on Fridays at Networx Springwood so if you need a healing come along.

Lots and lots of shopping lots and lots of good series watching in my big bed while pop watched footy .

And cooking did we cook and did we love it. We cooked for sponsors , friends and families it was all a delight , we did a pamper day for the two big sisters here who they love so much .

So soon they go yes we will miss them more than we could say they are our kids but we love their zeal and love for Jesus and their hearts to serve His broken so we pray every spiritual blessing over them .

Thank you my blessed dear family and friends who made this one of the best times we have ever had together already getting teary hehehe

New uniforms for the kids in Cambodia we call them little Eagles

Alabaster Children’s Center and Little Eagles Centres are a beehive of activity .

The children and adults are excited to learn and the team are loving to teach them about the love of Christ , life style , English and Khmer Studies and of course lots of fun and food .

The local older folks who live on the streets use the place for bathing , washing and eating but they are loving to learn as well.

More good news Open Arms will commence Salon training for impoverished, at risk and rescued young people in early September .

Folks we could really use sone funding for this would you prayfully consider helping us in this vital prevention work .

Our dear granny Youn went home to be with Jesus today.

Open Arms family had the privilege of caring for her in some of her last days .

We had the privilege of introducing her to Jesus and she knew without a doubt that she was loved by her Heavenly Father .

We had the privilege of giving her a beautiful comfortable place to live in and the privilege of loving her .

Thank you Rescue Cambodia for lovIng and caring for her in her final days you are all so soecial to all in your care .

RIP dear Granny .

Hi everybody out trip to Murry Bridge South Australia was just perfect .

Thank you Josh , BeIinda , puppies and the Lifehouse Church family you were outstanding with your love care and generosity we feel like we are family now we love you all.

Your church is truly a credit to the name of Christ and to Christianity , well done everybody .

Over the seven days we shared the love and goodness of Christ that kept us steadfast on the journey .

We shared the highs and lows of Open Arms from start to finish and as we shared we were more aware of the goodness of our God than ever , its been quite a journey .

The girls sang so beautifully one time Sreynait was so overwhelmed at the Holiness of God that she just wept it was a precious moment.

And we had fun fun fun.

We met the family that owns racing cars and a Lamboginie that they use to raise funds for Open Arms by charging for rides thanks Scotty and Ingrid for your continued generosity of course the girls impressed with the car .

The girls went to a sheep farm and were blown away by the size of the tractors thank you Josie and family they loved the sheep.

They went to the zoo well you can imagine the stories when they came they were more than excited thanks Josh and Tasha they had a ball .

We all went to a huge dairy farm where they milked cows drank hot chocolate with fresh milk ate oranges off the tree and were throughly love by Roger and Debbie thanks guys in advance we appreciate you .

We did a dinner for 35 on Saturday night and it was just marvellous , it was for the four teams that run the cafe called Liberte , it’s the church cafe and all the profits go to Alabaster School you truly are just wonderful all of you thank you do much it’s so good to out a face to you all now .

So now we home poophed but it was just such a blessings from start to finish .

Beautiful Jesus serving with Him sure gives us an exciting life .

Open Arms Salon is so happy to announce that their beauty school training program is starting up again. Over the last 16 years Open Arms has successfully trained hundreds or girls and boys, to the best of our knowledge more than 90% of these young people have good employment and many have their own salons.
