Happy Football Cambodia Australia HFCA was founded in 2005 and supports underprivileged Khmer youth to have fair access to football This program has been running every Saturday since 2005.

HFCA (Happy Football Cambodia Australia) was launched in November 2005 as a football NGO/Charity. Starting in Phnom Penh HFCA ran a weekly CFP (Community Football Program) working with underprivileged youth. In 2014 HFCA started working with underprivileged youth in Siem Reap city and run a weekly CFP every Sunday. In February 2020 HFCA launched 3 new CFP's, working in rural isolated villages in S

iem Reap province. Underprivileged youth from the village of Sras Srong attend our weekly CFP every Friday afternoon. In Oroong village and Chub Smack village our CFP's are twice a month and held on Thursdays.
