ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសម្រាប់សហគ្រាសឯកជនអន្តរជាតិ (CIPE) អង្គការទិន្នន័យអំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍ (អូឌីស៊ី) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាមួយភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធផ្សេងៗពីតំណាងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអាមេរិកប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (AmCham) សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអឺរ៉ុបនៅកម្ពុជា (EuroCham) សភាពាណិជ្ជកម្មអ៊ីតាលីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា (ItaCham) អង្គការតម្លាភាពកម្ពុជា (TIC) និងគណៈកម្មាធិការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកម្ពុជា (CCC) ដើម្បីប្រមូលធាតុចូលសម្រាប់គម្រោងថ្មីរបស់អូឌីស៊ី ដែលទាក់ទងនឹងការលើកទឹកចិត្តការវិនិយោគ ការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍទំព័រព័ត៌មានទិន្នន័យថ្មីស្តីពីការលើកទឹកចិត្តការវិនិយោគ 🎉✨
កិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់នេះ បានផ្តល់ឱកាសសម្រាប់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ និងការកំណត់បញ្ហាប្រឈមសំខាន់ៗដែលវិស័យឯកជនជួបប្រទះក្នុងការទទួលបាន និងការយល់ដឹងអំពីការលើកទឹកចិត្តការវិនិយោគនៅកម្ពុជា។ អ្នកចូលរួមក៏បានចែករំលែកទស្សនៈរបស់ពួកគេអំពីវិស័យវិនិយោគអាទិភាព បទពិសោធន៍ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិ និងព័ត៌មានសំខាន់ៗដែលអាជីវកម្មត្រូវការ 💬🔍
កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ ក៏បានជួយកំណត់ផ្នែកសំខាន់ៗ និងខ្លឹមសារសម្រាប់ទំព័រព័ត៌មានទិន្នន័យថ្មីរបស់អូឌីស៊ី ដែលមានគោលបំណងធ្វើឱ្យព័ត៌មានស្តីពីការលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ការវិនិយោគកាន់តែមានតម្លាភាព ងាយស្រួលស្វែងរក ច្បាស់លាស់ និងងាយស្រួលប្រើប្រាស់ 💡🌐
គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះ មានគោលបំណងកាត់បន្ថយឧបសគ្គចំពោះពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងការវិនិយោគបរទេស តាមរយៈការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនៃលទ្ធភាពទទួលបានព័ត៌មានដែលអាចទុកចិត្តបាន ពង្រឹងការអាចព្យាករណ៍បានក្នុងបរិយាកាសវិនិយោគ និងគាំទ្រដល់ការធ្វើកំណែទម្រង់គោលនយោបាយ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិដោយផ្អែកលើភស្តុតាងនៅកម្ពុជា ✅🌎

Open Development Cambodia (ODC), with support from the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), convened a stakeholder consultation with representatives from the AmCham Cambodia, the EuroCham Cambodia, the ItaCham - Italian Business Chamber Cambodia, Transparency International Cambodia, and the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia - CCC to inform ODC’s new project on investment incentives, its research, and the development of ODC’s new Investment Incentives Profile Page 🎉✨
The consultation provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and identify key challenges faced by the private sector in accessing and understanding investment incentives in Cambodia. Participants also shared insights on priority areas of investment, regulatory experiences, and the information most needed by businesses 💬🔍
Discussions further helped shape the key sections and content of ODC’s new profile page, which aims to make information on investment incentives more transparent, accessible, clear, and user-friendly 💡🌐
This initiative seeks to reduce barriers to foreign trade and investment by improving access to reliable information, strengthening predictability in the investment environment, and supporting evidence-based policy and regulatory reforms in Cambodia ✅🌎
