The Cambodian Librarians Association (CLA) is pleased to partner with CamEd Business School and the CamEd CyberSecurity Club (CCSC) for the 2026 International Writing Contest.

This contest invites students to explore the intersection of cybersecurity, digital transformation, business, data, and emerging technologies, while developing their ability to critically engage with information and share meaningful ideas through writing.

The Cambodian Librarians Association (CLA) is pleased to highlight the international engagement of One Book One Community សៀវភៅមួយ សហគមន៍មួយ(OBOC) volunteers at the 90th IFLA World Library and Information Congress (WLIC) 2026 in Busan, Republic of Korea. 🇰🇭📚🇰🇷

We warmly congratulate Ms. Suos Monika, International Youth President of One Book One Community (OBOC) Generation 16, on receiving an official IFLA ARL Grant to participate in IFLA WLIC 2026.

From 10–13 August 2026, Monika had the opportunity to engage with the global library community, explore innovative library services and technologies, exchange ideas with library professionals from around the world, and gain new perspectives on how libraries can contribute to stronger and more connected communities.

Her participation represents more than attending an international conference. It is an opportunity for young Cambodian library advocates to learn, connect, share, and bring new knowledge and inspiration back to Cambodia supporting the development of libraries, reading culture, digital transformation, and youth engagement.

[Member News]

The Center for Khmer Studies (CKS) in Siem Reap recently welcomed H.E. Prof. Bundit Sopheacha Dr. Sok Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions, and his spouse, LCT. Khieu Mealy.

On August 19, 2026, H.E. Dr. Sok Siphana donated copies of his autobiography to the Center for Khmer Studies. The book, written by Dr. Sok Siphana himself, documents his personal journey, experiences, reflections, and professional life.

The donation provides CKS with a valuable first-hand account of an important Cambodian public figure, offering readers and researchers an opportunity to learn from his experiences and perspectives.
