🌱 ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពសហគមន៍ដើម្បីចីរភាពនៃវិស័យកសិកម្ម!

អង្គការ UNESCO Cambodia UNICEF Cambodia - ដើម្បីកុមារគ្រប់រូប និង ដែលកំពុងអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីមួយរួមគ្នាឈ្មោះថាមុខរបរ និងការងារសមរម្យសម្រាប់យុវជន ដំណាក់កាលទី៣ (DEY ៣) ដែលគាំទ្រថវិការដោយទីភ្នាក់ងារស្វីសសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ( ) បានចុះទស្សនកិច្ចទៅកាន់សហគមន៍កសិកម្មអូរថ្កូវរីកចម្រើន ក្នុងខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់។
✅ សមាជិកសហគមន៍បានទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពីសុវត្ថិភាពចំណីអាហារ ប្រសិទ្ធភាពធនធាន និងផលិតកម្មស្អាត។
✅ ពួកគាត់កំពុងការអនុវត្តចំណេះដឹងដែលទទួលបានពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្ដាល និងបានផលិតជីកំប៉ុសពីកាកសំណល់កសិកម្ម។

🌍 តាមរយៈកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់សមាជិកសហគមន៍ចំនួន 57 នាក់ (ស្ត្រី 27 នាក់) និងផ្ទៃដីកសិកម្មចំនួន ១៩៥ ហិកតា សហគមន៍បានកំពុងបង្កើតការងារ លើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងជំរុញអនាគតបៃតង។

🌱 Empowering Communities for Sustainability of Agriculture!

A joint mission by , UNESCO Cambodia, UNICEF Cambodia - ដើម្បីកុមារគ្រប់រូប, and , under the Decent Employment for Youth phase 3 ( 3) programme funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation ( ) Swiss Cooperation Mekong, visited the O’Thkov Rik Chamroeun Agricultural Community in Pursat Province.
✅ Community members received training on food safety, resource efficiency, and cleaner production.
✅ They are now applying these practices and have produced compost fertilizer from agricultural wastes.

🌍 Through the efforts of 57 members (27 women) and 195 hectares of farmland, this community is driving job creation, sustainable livelihoods, and a greener future.

សិក្ខាសាលាបណ្តុះបណ្តាលក្រោមប្រធានបទ "ធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងរីកចម្រើនឥតព្រំដែន" បានបញ្ជប់ដោយជោគជ័យ

🚛 ពីរថ្ងៃកន្លងមកនេះ អ្នកតំណាងសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមកម្ពុជាចំនួន២៤រូប (១១រូប ជាស្ត្រី) ជា ទទួលបាននូវចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញជាក់ស្តែងក្នុងការត្រៀមខ្លួននាំចេញ ការដឹកជញ្ជូន នីតិវិធីគយ សន្តិសុខសាយប័រ និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក តាមរយៈវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល "GoTrade" ដែលរៀបចំរួមគ្នាដោយអង្គការយូនីដូ និង DHL Express Cambodia ក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌគម្រោងមុខរបរ និងការងារសមរម្យសម្រាប់យុវជន។

🤝 វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះមិនត្រឹមតែពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងរបស់សិក្ខាកាមអំពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មអន្តរជាតិប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជួយបង្កើតទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងម្ចាស់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម និងសហគ្រិនដែលអញ្ជើញមកពីវិស័យ និងតំបន់ភូមិសាស្រ្តផ្សេងៗគ្នា។

គំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមនេះត្រូវបានអនុវត្តដោយអង្គការយូនីដូ និងគាំទ្រថវិការដោយទីភ្នាក់ងារស្វីសសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ។

Capacity Building Training on “Trade and Grow Beyond Borders (GoTrade)” successfully concluded

🚛 Over the past two days, 24 Cambodian SME representatives (11 were women) gained hands-on knowledge and practical skills in export readiness, logistics, customs procedures, cybersecurity, and e-commerce through the “GoTrade” Capacity Building Training, jointly organized by UNIDO and DHL Express Cambodia under the Decent Employment for Youth ( III) project.

🤝 The training not only enhanced participants’ understanding of international trade but also fostered valuable connections among small and medium enterprise owners and entrepreneurs from diverse sectors and geographical areas.

This initiative is implemented by UNIDO funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation Swiss Cooperation Mekong.

🌍 Empowering Cambodian businesses to go global

UNIDO, in partnership with DHL Express Cambodia, launched a Capacity Building Training on “Trade and Grow Beyond Borders (GoTrade)” from 12-13 November 2025.

✈️ The training brings together small and medium enterprise owners and entrepreneurs to strengthen their export readiness, logistics management, and understanding of international trade processes, helping them to seize new market opportunities and grow beyond borders.

🤝 This initiative is part of the Decent Employment for Youth (DEY III) project, supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation Swiss Cooperation Mekong.

ក្រុមការងាររបស់អង្គការយូនីដូ បានចុះទស្សនកិច្ចទៅជួបសហគ្រាសកែច្នៃម្ហូបអាហារ ដែលមានទីតាំងនៅស្រុកកំរៀង ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង។ សហគ្រាសនេះបានបង្កើតឡើងដោយក្រុមពលករ ដែលធ្លាប់ជាអ្នកចំណាកស្រុក ក្នុងគោលបំណងកសាងជីវភាពមួយដែលមាននិរន្តរភាព តាមរយៈការកែច្នៃកសិផល។ ការចុះទស្សនកិច្ចទៅដល់ទីតាំងផ្ទាល់បានជួយឲ្យក្រុមការងារ ស្វែងយល់អំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមនៃប្រតិបត្តិការអាជីវកម្មរបស់ពួកគាត់កាន់តែច្បាស់ និងកំណត់តម្រូវការអាទិភាពសម្រាប់ការគាំទ្របច្ចេកទេស និងការកសាងជំនាញ តាមរយៈកម្មវិធី "ជំនាញបង្កើនផលិតភាពសហគ្រាស" ដែលជាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមមួយស្ថិតនៅក្រោមគម្រោងមុខរបរ និងការងារសមរម្យសម្រាប់យុវជន។ ការគាំទ្រនេះមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ផលិតភាព ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពធុរកិច្ច និងរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងស្រុក។

The UNIDO team visited a newly established food processing enterprise in Kamrieng District, Battambang Province. Founded by a group of returned migrant workers, the enterprise aims to build sustainable livelihoods through agro-processing. The visit sought to better understand the business’s operational challenges and identify priority areas for targeted technical and skills support under the “SME Skills4Productivity” programme of the Decent Employment for Youth (DEY 3) project. This support is intended to enhance productivity, strengthen business capacity, and contribute to local economic development.

This is a showcase of UNIDO’s mandate of inclusive and sustainable industrial development,” said Mr. Dejene TEZERA, Director, Division of Agribusiness and Infrastructure Development, Directorate of SDG Innovation and Economic Transformation, UNIDO.

«លើសពីលទ្ធផលរំពឹងទុក និងផលជះជាវិជ្ជមានសំខាន់ៗ គម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជលផលក្រោយប្រមូលផលនៃកម្មវិធី CAPFISH-Capture ដែលគាំទ្រថវិកាដោយសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប បានកសាងនូវទំនុកចិត្តពីសំណាក់អ្នក
