នៅថ្ងៃទី៤ សីហា អង្គការ NPA ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា មានកិត្តិយសស្វាគមន៍ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី លី ធុជ អនុប្រធានទី១ នៃអាជ្ញាធរមីនកម្ពុជាមកកាន់ប្រតិបត្តិការបោសសម្អាតគ្រាប់បែកចង្កោមរបស់អង្គការ NPA ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិសិក ឃុំតាអង ស្រុកកូនមុំ ខេត្តរតនគិរី ។
ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០១៣ អង្គការ NPA បានធ្វើការស្រាវជ្រាវ និងបោសសម្អាតសំណល់គ្រាប់បែកចង្កោមនៅខេត្តរតនគិរី ព្រមទាំងដើរតួនាទីជាអ្នកត្រួសត្រាយផ្លូវក្នុងការអនុវត្តវិធីសាស្ត្រស្រាវជ្រោវគ្រាប់បែកចង្កោមនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដែលវិធីសាស្ត្រនេះ បានជួយឱ្យប្រទេសកម្ពុជាអាចកំណត់នៅតំបន់សង្ស័យកាន់តែមានភាពជាក់លាក់ជាងមុន ហើយអាចចាត់អាទិភាព និងលើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃប្រតិបត្តិការបោសសម្អាតបានល្អជាងមុន។
ចាប់តាំងពីការប្រតិបត្តិការនៅខេត្តរតនគិរី អង្គការ NPA បានកាត់បន្ថយផ្ទៃដីចំនួន ៤០,៨១៨,២៣២ ម៉ែត្រការ៉េ តាមរយៈសកម្មភាពស្រាវជ្រាវ និងបោសសម្អាត និងកម្ទេចចោលគ្រាប់បែកចង្កោមចំនួន ៦,៥១៩ គ្រាប់ និងសំណល់ជាតិផ្ទុះពីសង្គ្រាមផ្សេងៗទៀតចំនួន ១៤៤ គ្រាប់ សកម្មភាពនេះបានផ្តល់ដីសុវត្ថិភាពដោយផ្ទាល់ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋចំនួន ៣០,៦៦៣ នាក់ និងរួមចំណែកដល់ការប្រើប្រាស់ដីអោយកាន់តែមានសុវត្ថិភាព និងផលិតភាពខ្ពស់សម្រាប់សហគមន៍រងផលប៉ះពាល់។
នាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ អង្គការ NPA បន្តផ្តោតលើការកំណត់ដីដែលមានការគំរាមកំហែង ការផ្តល់អាទិភាព និងការកាត់បន្ថយផ្ទៃដីដែលមានការគំរាមកំហែង ដោយផ្អែកលើវិធីសាស្ត្រស្រាវជ្រោវ និងបោសសម្អាតដែលមានភស្តុតាងច្បាស់លាស់ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់គោលដៅរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាឆ្ពោះទៅរកអនាគតមួយដែលគ្មានមីន និងសំណល់ជាតិផ្ទុះពីសង្គ្រាម។

NPA Cambodia was honored to host the visit of His Excellency Dr. Ly Thuch, Senior Minister and First Vice President of the Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA), to NPA's operational activities in S*k Village, Ta Ang Commune, Koun Mom District, Ratanakiri Province on 4th August.
NPA has been operating in Ratanakiri since 2013, conducting surveys and clearance of cluster munition remnants and pioneering the implementation of the Cluster Munition Remnant Survey (CMRS) approach in Cambodia. This innovative methodology has helped Cambodia more accurately define hazardous areas, improve prioritization, and enhance the efficiency of clearance operations.
Since the start of operations in the province, NPA has released 40,818,232 square meters of land through survey and clearance activities and destroyed 6,519 CMR and 144 other ERW, directly benefiting 30,663 people and contributing to safer and more productive land use for affected communities.
Today, NPA's work in Ratanakiri continues to focus on identifying, prioritizing, and releasing contaminated land through evidence-based survey and clearance approaches, supporting Cambodia's goal of a mine and explosive ordnance-free future.
NPA extends its sincere appreciation to the United States 🇺🇸 through U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for its continued support in helping make communities across Ratanakiri Province safer and more resilient.

អង្គការ NPA ប្រចាំប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សហការជាមួយអង្គការTPO បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេលពីរថ្ងៃពេញស្តីពី "ការសង្គ្រោះបឋមផ្លូវចិត្ត" ជូនដល់បុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់នៅក្នុងការិយាល័យភ្នំពេញ។
វគ្គសិក្សានេះផ្ដោតសំខាន់លើការយល់ដឹងពីសុខភាពផ្លូវចិត្ត ផលប៉ះពាល់ក្នុងពេលមានវិបត្តិ និងគោលការណ៍ស្នូលនៃការគាំទ្របឋម។ តាមរយៈការពិភាក្សាដោះដូរមតិយោបល់ និងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់បានស្វែងយល់ពីវិធីសាស្ត្រប្រកបដោយក្រមសីលធម៌ក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងបុគ្គលដែលកំពុងជួបប្រទះការលំបាក។

Psychological First Aid Training | 30-31 July 2026
NPA Cambodia, in collaboration with Transcultural Psychosocial Organization Cambodia (TPO), conducted a comprehensive two-day Psychological First Aid training for all Phnom Penh office staff. The session focused deeply on understanding mental health, emotional reactions during crises, and the core principles of immediate support. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants explored ethical approaches to effectively responding to individuals experiencing distress.

NPA had the great pleasure to co-organize a training course on “Gender Concepts and Gender Mainstreaming in Mine Action” in collaboration with the Ministry of Women's Affairs of Cambodia (MoWA) and the អាជ្ញាធរមីន - Cambodian Mine Action Authority on 13–15 July 2026 under the Humanitarian Mine Action Border Project.
We are honored by the presence of the distinguished presidency of H.E. Kim Siphat, Permanent Secretary of State and High Representative of the Minister, the Ministry of Women's Affairs; Her Excellency Sreng Sorphea, Deputy Secretary General, Cambodian Mine Action and Victim Assistance Authority (CMAA) and Head of CMAA’s Gender Team; and His Excellency Oum Phumro, Deputy Director General, មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពកំចាត់មីនកម្ពុជា - CMAC.
The training brought together 28 participants (19 women) from the Cambodian Mine Action Centre, the CMAA and the NPA, with expert trainers from the Gender Equality Department of the MoWA and the Gender Working Group of the CMAA, with the aim of strengthening the participants’ knowledge and practical skills on gender concepts and gender mainstreaming in the mine action sector.
This training course reflects the strong commitment and collaboration between the MoWA, CMAA, CMAC and the NPA, which confirms our shared vision for the mine action sector in Cambodia in values diversity, promotes equal opportunities and ensures that no one is left behind.

📢 MEAL & Risk Management in NPA Cambodia
From 24–26 June, the NPA Cambodia Country Office had workshops with the NPA’s Senior MEAL Advisor from our Head Office to enhance MEAL systems and risk management in our programmes.
Through these sessions, our teams are well-understood about using contribution analysis, outcome harvesting, and storytelling to balance both narrative and quantitative results.
Through hands-on group work and reflection, teams practiced methods that will be used to strengthen data quality standards in reporting.

Reviewing, revising, and updating National Mine Action Standards to align with the International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) is essential to respond to the latest developments in the mine action sector in Cambodia.
From 24–26 June 2026, NPA Cambodia is honored to support a technical committee meeting to review and revise the standard No. 16 on “Cluster Munition Remnants Survey” and No. 17 on “Mine Action Information Management.”
We hope that through discussions, exchanges of information, and sharing of experiences from national and international operators, as well as other key stakeholders, we will have an effective draft standard for implementation within the mine action sector.

NPA Cambodia expresses our deepest condolences on the loss of our two colleagues in Ukraine. We also hope that our colleagues in Ukraine remain safe and are able to overcome this difficult time. 🕊️

Our thoughts today are with our colleagues in Ukraine and their families.

We have received reports that two of our staff member have been killed and several others injured in a reported Russian attack. We are working to verify the details while prioritising support for those injured and our employees in the country.

“This is devastating news. My thoughts are with the families, loved ones and colleagues of those affected,” said Secretary General Raymond Johansen.

“Our immediate priority is to support the injured and provide assistance to our colleagues in Ukraine,” Johansen added.

Recently, NPA bid farewell to our three retired friends, Duran, Don Tesfu, and D. Jotun, as they transitioned from NPA to Animal Mama’s Home of Heroes. There, they will enjoy a safe, caring, and well-deserved retirement after many years of dedicated service protecting communities in Ratanakiri from explosive remnants of war. We hope they will enjoy a joyful and peaceful retirement, filled with the care and rest they truly deserve.
