កាលពីថ្ងៃទី 28 ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ 2026 តំណាងអង្គការកម្ពុជាដើម្បីជួយស្ត្រីមានវិបត្តិ បានចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិន ក្នុងកម្មវិធី អបអរសាទរលទ្ធផលរបស់សកម្មភាព Live Brief៖ ការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងលើបទពិសោធន៍របស់ស្ត្រីពលករចំណាកស្រុក ក្រោមគម្រោងរូបថតទាំង 7000 ដែលជាផ្នែកមួយនៃកម្មវិធី PROTECTដែលអនុវត្តនិងរៀបចំដោយUN Women ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ តំណាងក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី ក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ក្រុមយុវជន និងនិស្សិតមកពី១៣សកលវិទ្យាល័យ សរុបអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណ ៥៨រូប (ស្រ្តី ៣៣រូប)។

On 28 March 2026, a representative of the Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) participated as a speaker in the event of "Celebration of Live Brief Outcomes: Reflections on the Experiences of Women Migrant Workers". This initiative is part of the 7000 Photo Project under the PROTECT program, implemented and organized by UN Women. The event was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Women’s Affairs, the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, civil society organizations, youth groups, and students from 13 universities, with a total of 58 participants (including 33 women).

The program aimed to celebrate the achievements of the Live Brief activities by reflecting on the lived experiences of women migrant workers. It fostered a dialogue between male students and women migrant workers, who collaborated to create community dialogue initiatives intended to drive positive social change. Furthermore, the event sought to mobilize key stakeholders, including relevant ministries, youth, universities, and civil society, to strengthen future cooperation.

Phnom Penh: On 27 March 2026, CWCC, in collaboration with COCD and VCAO, organized a reflection workshop on “Findings from Data Collection on Violence Against Children in EVAC Project Target Areas,” with financial support from TDH Germany - BMZ. This workshop served as an important platform for children to share key findings from community-level data collection, as well as their challenges, concerns, and recommendations to relevant ministries and institutions. The event attended under the presidency of:
-Mrs. Mom Chandany, Deputy Director General of Social Services, Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation
-Mrs. Te Dalin, Director of the Department of Women and Education, Ministry of Women’s Affairs
-Mr. Kim Sovannsidet, Deputy Director of the Department of Child Protection, Ministry of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation
-Mrs. Kan Sotheary, Deputy Chief of the Office of School Health, Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport
-Mrs. Thak Socheata, Executive Director of the Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC)
The workshop was also attended by Executive Directors of EVAC project partner organizations, representatives from NGO CRC, and 18 child club representatives from the target provinces of Kampong Thom, Pursat, and Kampong Chhnang, with a total of approximately 40 participants.
The findings collected by children are highly significant, providing concrete evidence to support policy development, strategic planning, and the implementation of interventions aimed at preventing and reducing violence against children more effectively. In addition, the data collected by children serves as an important input for promoting positive parenting and encouraging changes in attitudes and behaviors among parents, caregivers, teachers, and communities. It also contributes to strengthening child protection systems at the community level to be more responsive and effective.
The workshop also highlighted the value of real evidence-based data, which can support relevant ministries and institutions in developing policies and implementing interventions more effectively.

From Tuesday 17th to Thursday 19th March 2026, with financial support from SOLIDAR SUISSE, the Cambodia Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) organized a three-day capacity-building training on “Safe Migration, Human Trafficking, Victim Identification, and Relevant Laws” for duty bearers and relevant authorities in Poipet City, Banteay Meanchey Province.

The training aimed to strengthen the capacity of duty bearers by enhancing their knowledge and building stronger competencies in combating human trafficking. It also encouraged participants to continue raising awareness among community members on safe migration practices, ensuring proper documentation, and avoiding risks associated with undocumented migration.

The training was held at the meeting hall of the Poipet City Office of Education, Youth and Sport, Banteay Meanchey Province. A total of 12 participants (7 females) attended, including the City Police Chief, Chief of the Women and Children Consultative Committee (WCCC), commune police chiefs, and officers in charge of the Commune Committee for women and children (CCWC).

This training represents an important step toward contributing to safer communities and protecting citizens from the risks of human trafficking.

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ត្រូវបានអនុវត្តក្រោមការគាំទ្រថវិកាពី EU – UN Women តាមរយៈគម្រោង បណ្តាញស្ត្រីមិត្តអប់រំមិត្ត សម្រាប់ចំណាកស្រុកសុវត្ថិភាព និងសេវាឆ្លើយតបអំពើហិង្សាលើស្ត្រី “PROTECT” ដែលមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ចំណាកស្រុកសុវត្ថិភាព និងការឆ្លើយតបចំពោះអំពើហិង្សាលើស្រ្តី។

On March 15, 2026, the Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) organized a one-day training on “Gender Equality, Gender-Based Violence, and Reporting Procedures for Domestic Violence Cases” for male group members who serve as Community-Based Protection Network (CBPN) members.

This training was conducted with financial support from the EU – UN Women under the “PROTECT” project (Protection of the Rights of Women and Children in Labour Migration), which aims to promote safe migration and strengthen responses to violence against women.

Through this session, participants enhanced their understanding of survivors’ rights, the roles of duty bearers and service providers, and practical approaches to reporting and responding to violence within their communities.

The training took place in Kanlang Village, Basedth Commune, Basedth District, Kampong Speu Province, with a total of 14 participants.

On March 16, 2026: With the support of UNFPA for emergency funding, the Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) collaborated with the administration of Krolanh District, Siem Reap Province, to organize a ceremony to distribute aid packages of food and hygiene items, to female migrant workers returning from Thailand due to border conflicts, who are facing difficulties upon their return. The ceremony took place on March 12, 2026, at the Roung Ko commune hall, Krolanh district with participation from Mr. Sok Naret (District Governor), Mrs. Sandra Bernklau (Country Representative, UNFPA), Ms. Thak Socheat (CWCC Executive Director). A total of 203 female migrant workers from three communes: Rong Ko, Snoul, and Sranal participated and received the packages that included: one bag (50 kg) of rice, one carton of instant noodles, one pack (6 bottles) of fish sauce, one pack (6 bottles) of soy sauce, one pack (10 cans) of canned fish, two bags of salt, two bottles of cooking oil, two bottles of body soap, six toothbrushes, four tubes of toothpaste, two packs of laundry detergent and six packages of sanitary pads.

កាលពីថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ១១រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការកម្ពុជាដើម្បីជួយស្រ្តីមានវិបត្តិ (អ.ក.ស.វ) បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមួយថ្ងៃ ស្តីពី “សមភាពយេនឌ័រ អំពើហិង្សាផ្អែកលើយេនឌ័រ និងនិតិវិធីរាយការណ៍ករណីអំពើហិង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ” ជូនដល់សមាជិកក្រុមបុរស ដែលជាបណ្តាញការពារសហគមន៍។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ត្រូវបានអនុវត្តក្រោមការគាំទ្រថវិកាពី EU – UN Women តាមរយៈគម្រោង បណ្តាញស្ត្រីមិត្តអប់រំមិត្ត សម្រាប់ចំណាកស្រុកសុវត្ថិភាព និងសេវាឆ្លើយតបអំពើហិង្សាលើស្ត្រី “PROTECT” ដែលមានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ចំណាកស្រុកសុវត្ថិភាព និងការឆ្លើយតបចំពោះអំពើហិង្សាលើស្រ្តី។

តាមរយៈវគ្គនេះ អ្នកចូលរួមបានពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពីសិទ្ធិរបស់ជនរងគ្រោះ តួនាទីរបស់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងវិធីសាស្រ្តក្នុងការរាយការណ៍ និងឆ្លើយតបករណីអំពើហិង្សា នៅក្នុងសហគមន៍របស់ខ្លួន។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំនៅ ភូមិសាមគ្គី៤ សង្កាត់ត្រពាំងក្រសាំង ខណ្ឌពោធិ៍សែនជ័យ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៩ នាក់៕

On March 14, 2026, the Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) organized a one-day training on “Gender Equality, Gender-Based Violence, and Reporting Procedures for Domestic Violence Cases” for male group members who serve as Community-Based Protection Network (CBPN) members.

This training was conducted with financial support from the EU – UN Women under the “PROTECT” project (Protection of the Rights of Women and Children in Labour Migration), which aims to promote safe migration and strengthen responses to violence against women.

Through this session, participants enhanced their understanding of survivors’ rights, the roles of duty bearers and service providers, and practical approaches to reporting and responding to violence within their communities.

The training took place in Samaki 4 Village, Trapeang Krasang Commune, Por Sen Chey District, Phnom Penh, with a total of 9 participants.

On March 12, 2026: With the support of UNFPA for emergency funding, the Cambodian Women’s Crisis Center (CWCC) collaborated with the administration of Krolanh District, Siem Reap Province, to organize a ceremony to distribute aid packages of food and hygiene items, to female migrant workers returning from Thailand due to border conflicts, who are facing difficulties upon their return. The ceremony took place on March 12, 2026, at the Krolanh District Hall, with participation from Mrs. Chan Run (Vice District Governor), Mr. Me Rady (Sen Sok Commune Chief), Mrs. You Sotheary (GBV Specialist UNFPA), Ms. Thak Socheat (CWCC Executive Director). A total of 200 female migrant workers from four communes: Sen Sok, Roung Kor and Chleas Dai participated and received the packages that included: one bag (50 kg) of rice, one carton of instant noodles, one pack (6 bottles) of fish sauce, one pack (6 bottles) of soy sauce, one pack (10 cans) of canned fish, two bags of salt, two bottles of cooking oil, two bottles of body soap, six toothbrushes, four tubes of toothpaste, and a UNFPA dignity kits containing two packs of laundry detergent, two pieces of soap, four packages of sanitary pads, one krama, and two sarongs.
