សកម្មភាពសម្អាតបរិស្ថាន និងអនាម័យ គឺជាសកម្មភាពមួយដែលជួយលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងសុខភាពអនាម័យ ដោយលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យអ្នកចូលរួមជាប្រជាជន និងកុមារចូលរួមទាំងអស់គ្នា ប្រមូលសម្រាម រៀបចំសម្រាម និងការទុកដាក់សម្រាមឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើឱ្យបរិស្ថានមានសោភ័ណភាព និងមានផាកសុខភាពល្អ ដែលជាការជួយជម្រុញឱ្យគ្រួសាររស់នៅប្រកបដោយអនាម័យ និងភាពស្អាត។ សកម្មភាពនេះ​ បានរៀបចំទ្បើងនៅសហគមន៍អណ្តូងតា អៀង ក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រែកថ្មី ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុប ៣១នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានបុរស​១៦នាក់។
Environmental cleaning and hygiene activities are initiatives that help raise public awareness and promote health and sanitation. They encourage participation from both community members and children to collect, organize, and properly dispose of waste. The aim is to create a pleasant and healthy environment, which contributes to families living in cleanliness and good hygiene. “This activity was organised in Andong Ta Eang community, Prek Thmey commune, with a total of 31 participants, including 16 men.

នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៧ ខែមិថុនា គម្រោងហាលី បានសហការជាមួយគម្រោង RCMD នៃអង្គការសមត្ថភាពខ្ញុំ បានរៀបចំ កិច្ចប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ រវាងសមាជិកក្រុមបុរស និងស្ត្រី ដែលមកពីសហគមន៍ផ្សេងគ្នា រួមមាន សហគមន៍ស្មសាន សហគមន៍សែនសប្បាយ ព្រមទាំងសហគមន៍អណ្តូង ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៣៦នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានបុរសចំនួន ១១នាក់។ សមាជិកក្រុមបានចូលរួម ចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ល្អៗជាច្រើន ជាពិសេសការផ្លាស់ប្រែជាវិជ្ជមានរបស់ក្រុមផ្ទាល់ មុនពេលបានចូលរួមក្រុម និងក្រោយពេលបានចូលរួមក្រុមពិភាក្សាបុរសនិងស្ត្រី។ ដោយទ្បែក គោលបំណងនៃការប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍នេះ ក៏បានផ្តល់ឱកាសអោយអ្នកចូលរួមបានស្វែងយល់ពីការផ្លាស់ប្រែអាកប្បកិរិយានៃការទំនាក់ទំនង និងចំណុចល្អៗជាច្រើនក្រុមបានរៀនសូត្រ ដើម្បីអោយសមាជិកមកពីសហគមន៍ផ្សេងគ្នាបានសិក្សានិងស្វែងយល់ពីគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកផងដែរ។

On June 17, the HALI Project collaborated with the RCMD Project of Samatapheap Khnom Organization (SKO) to organize a community exchange visit on the best practices among gender group members from different communities, including SmorSan, Sen Sabay, and Andong. A total of 36 participants attended, of whom 11 were men.

During the meeting, members actively shared many positive experiences, especially the transformations they personally underwent before and after joining the gender discussion groups. The purpose of this reflection meeting was to provide participants with the opportunity to explore changes in communication behaviors and to highlight the valuable lessons learned. It also enabled members from different communities to learn from one another and deepen mutual understanding.

សកម្មភាពឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ក្រុមពិភាក្សាបុរស និងស្ត្រី បានរៀបចំទ្បើង នៅការិយាល័យសហគមន៍នៃគម្រោងហាលី។ អ្នកចូលរួមសរុប ចំនួន ២៥នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមាន ១៥នាក់មកពីសហគមន៍ស្មសាន និង ១០អ្នក (ប្រុស៣) មកពីសហគមន៍អណ្តូងតាអៀង។ ក្នុងគោលបំណង ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង ជជែក ពិភាក្សា ចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ល្អៗ ការផ្លាស់ប្រែជាវិជ្ជមានរបស់សមាជិកក្រុមដែលមកពីសហគមន៍ផ្សេងគ្នា។ សមាជិកក្រុមក៏បាន ចែករំលែកនូវផលជះជាវិជ្ជមាន ការអនុវត្តល្អៗ មុនពេលនិងក្រោយពេលបានចូលរួមរៀនសូត្រពីក្រុមពិភាក្សាបុរសនិងស្ត្រីនេះផងដែរ។

An annual reflection meeting for the gender discussion groups was organized at the HALI project community office. A total of 25 participants attended, including 15 from the Smorsan community and 10 (3 of men) from the Andong TaEar community. The purpose of the meeting was to reflect, discuss, and share good experiences and positive changes among group members from different communities. The members also shared the positive impacts , good practice they experienced before and after participating in these group discussion.

On 26 May 2026, a gender group discussion was organized in the Andong Ta Eang community. A total of 21 members participated, including 12 women and 9 men. The discussion focused on the topic 4 of gender and decision-making. Group members actively engaged in sharing experiences, particularly their knowledge and understanding of the roles and responsibilities of men and women within the family.

The Gender Group discussion activity continued in the Andong Ta Eang community on 12 May 2026. This week, the group discussed the topic of gender and communication, with a total of 19 participants, including 9 men. The objective was to encourage group members to understand the definition of “gender,” roles and responsibilities, and, in particular, effective ways of communication within the family.

Gender group discussions were organized in the Andong Ta Eang community, Prek Thmey commune, Chbar Ampov district, with a total of 24 participants (12 men and 12 women). The session focused on anger and stress management. This activity provided an opportunity for both women and men to engage in discussion, share experiences, and deepen their understanding of emotional stress, anger management, and its impacts. Participants also explored methods to deal with stress and practicing positive anger management method for themselves and their families.
