នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សមាគមសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងកម្ពុជា (YEAC) បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីកិច្ចសន្ទនាកាហ្វេថ្ងៃសុក្រ (Friday Coffee Talk) ដោយធ្វើការជជែកពិភាក្សាទៅលើប្រធានបទស្ដីពី « ការព្យាករណ៍ផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ» ដោយមានការចូលរួមចែករំលែកដោយ កញ្ញា ស៊ូ សុខសង្វារ នាយិកាផ្នែកទំនាក់ទំនងឥណទាននិងស្តារបំណុលនៃធនាគារ ជេ ត្រាស់ រ៉ូយ៉ាល់។

On the afternoon of 2 October 2026, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) organized its Friday Coffee Talk, featuring a discussion on “Financial Projections.” The session was led by Ms. Sou Soksangvar, Head of Relationship Credit & Recovery at J Trust Royal Bank Plc.

During this week’s session, participants gained practical insights into key aspects of financial forecasting for businesses, including anticipating revenue and expenses to better plan business finances, managing cash flow, and making informed business decisions based on clear financial information. The session saw active participation from more than 30 entrepreneurs and business owners..

The Friday Coffee Talk is organized by the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) twice a month, generally from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM. ☕️

📢នាថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សមាគមសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេងកម្ពុជា (YEAC) បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលយ៉ាងសំខាន់ស្តីពី «ការងារសមរម្យ និងផលិតភាពសម្រាប់សហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម» (Decent Work and Productivity for SMEs) ដែលមានការចូលរួមចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងបកស្រាយផ្ទាល់ពី លោក Kelvin Sergeant អ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកការបង្កើតការងារ និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគ្រាស នៃអង្គការអន្តរជាតិខាងការងារ (ILO)។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពេញមួយព្រឹកនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងយ៉ាងស៊ីជម្រៅ ដោយបានផ្តោតសំខាន់លើប្រធានបទធំៗចំនួនបី។ ទីមួយ គឺការយល់ដឹងពី «ការងារសមរម្យ» (Decent Work) តាមស្តង់ដារ ILO ដែលភ្ជាប់លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ និងសុវត្ថិភាពអនាម័យ (OSH) ទៅនឹងការកាត់បន្ថយការបាត់បង់បុគ្គលិក។ ទីពីរ គឺយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របង្កើន «ផលិតភាព» ដោយកាត់បន្ថយភាពខ្ជះខ្ជាយ និងប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ជំនួសឱ្យការបង្ខំធ្វើការធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។ និងទីបី គឺការណែនាំពី «ក្របខ័ណ្ឌវាយតម្លៃអនុលោមភាពច្បាប់ការងារ» ដើម្បីជួយសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម (SME) កាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យផ្លូវច្បាប់ និងបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងក្នុងទីផ្សារ។

🎤កម្មវិធីនេះក៏បានបើកនូវកិច្ចពិភាក្សាដកស្រង់បទពិសោធន៍ជាក្រុម (Group Discussion) និងវគ្គសួរ-ឆ្លើយយ៉ាងផុសផុល ដែលបានផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យសហគ្រិនទាំងអស់ឆ្លើយតបនូវរាល់ចម្ងល់ជាក់ស្តែង និងស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយសមស្របក្នុងការយកទៅអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់ក្នុងអាជីវកម្មរបស់ខ្លួន។

🤝 វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ មានការគាំទ្រដោយអង្គការអន្តរជាតិខាងការងារ (ILO) និង ភ្នាក់ងារស្វីសសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ (SDC)។

📢 On October 2, 2026, Young Entrepreneurs Association of Cambodia (YEAC) organized an important training session on "Decent Work and Productivity". The session featured shared experiences and direct presentations by Mr. Kelvin Sergeant, Job Creation and Enterprise Development Specialist from the International Labour Organization (ILO).

This half-day morning training session was conducted in-depth, focusing on three major topics. First, it covered understanding "Decent Work" according to ILO standards, linking working conditions and occupational safety and health (OSH) to the reduction of staff turnover. Second, it explored strategies to increase "productivity" by reducing waste and utilizing technology efficiently, rather than relying on heavy forced labor. Third, it provided an introduction to the "Labor Law Compliance Assessment Framework" to help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) minimize legal risks and enhance their competitiveness in the market.

🎤 The program also featured an engaging group discussion and an active Q&A session, providing entrepreneurs with the opportunity to address practical concerns and find suitable solutions to apply directly to their businesses.

🤝 This training session was supported by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
