ce in early 2018. The establishment of this company was initiated by a Christian, Meas Savongz with some of his friends and was inspired by a number of successful businesses on condo that has been recently built in Phnom Penh such as Cambodia Phnom Penh Residence, DIAMOND Home I & II, The PEAK CONDO, and Poipet town (Banteay Meanchey province) such as II Start Condo (Krousar Choukchey Co., Ltd.).
3. Why is the Grace Trading needed? The today Cambodia has been facing a terrible increase of population since the last few decades due to the constant flows of foreign citizens into Cambodia. So it has become more and more involved with local and foreign businesspeople and officials who demand the most comfortable and peaceful dwelling and/or working places that have ever been enjoyed despite the present availability of many modern residences. Such citizens on the one hand, need residential places which are comfortable and safe from disturbing noises, theft, robbery etc. On the other hand, they got used to residing in the condo, and they will be very satisfied if a condo is available. The condo will also attract more people to buy or hire condo units for their peaceful dwelling.
4. What are missions of the Grace Trading? In response to this, the Grace Trading Co., Ltd. firstly has to perform construction and trade in the most luxurious and modern residence such as a high condominium for interested citizens in Cambodia, who wish to enjoy the most peaceful and convenient accommodations. Secondly it provides the customers with service of facilitating the legal process of renting or selling as they need and in accordance with their desired rate of return. Finally, the Grace Trading has to promote among local and foreign residents around the cities of Cambodia the convenience, good health, safety and harmony in staying or living in the condo so that they will get used to it.
5. What are vision and main goal of Grace Trading? The Grace Trading has a vision that most Cambodian people countrywide will turn to live in condos, which are as modern as those of the developed countries in the world, and the Grace Trading’s business on condo will sustain and gain great success. In the future many high buildings such as condominiums will be built by the Grace Trading for sale or rent in each of the 25 provinces/cities of Cambodia.
6. When and where will the Grace Trading Company start its condo construction for its first trading? In early 2018, Grace Trading will have a 25-story condo built in Battambang province. This condo is named “Blessed Condo”
7. What are the Grace Trading target customers? The Grace Trading will target as its customers the citizens of high or medium class especially both local and foreign officials or business people residing in each of the 25 provinces/cities of Cambodia. The first target of Grace Trading is a community of 50,000 Cambodian businesspeople and 5,000 foreign business people/officials in Battambang provincial town.
8. What services does Grace Trading provide? The Grace Trading provides the following services:
(i) Condo unit sale requiring definite cash payment
(ii) Condo unit sale requiring payment by installment
(iii) Condo unit rental requiring monthly payment
(iv) Condo unit rental requiring yearly payment

10. What is the uniqueness of the Blessed Condo? The Blessed Condo is the first building that has ever been constructed in Battambang provincial town. All Blessed Condo units are equipped with fire protection and emergency alarm system to ensure the safe and peaceful accommodation. In addition, the Blessed Condo also consists of swimming pool, entertainment center, gym & playground, conference hall, convenience stores etc.
