{English below} ខាងក្រៅក្តៅ 35 អង្សាសេ តែការពិភាក្សាកាន់តែក្តៅពេលប្អូនៗចាប់ផ្តើមចែករំលែកគំនិត។😁ការពិភាក្សាជាក្រុមមានគំនិតផ្សេងៗ មានទាំងសំណើច និងការជជែកល្អៗជាច្រើន។ គ្រប់គ្នាបានចូលរួម និងរៀនពីគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។​

It was 35°C outside… but the discussion got even hotter when the students started sharing ideas😂So many different thoughts, laughs, and good conversations today. Everyone joined in, shared, and learned from each other.

{English Below} នៅពេលដែលសិស្សសុំឱ្យបង្ហាញក្បាច់ យើងមិនអាចបដិសេធបានឡើយ! ជារួម ទីន ដែលជានាយិកាប្រចាំប្រទេសនៅស្គែតធីស្ដង់កម្ពុជា តែងតែចំណាយពេលនៅតុធ្វើការដើម្បីរៀបចំកម្មវិធីផ្សេងៗ ប៉ុន្តែពេលប្អូនៗទើបតែចេញពីម៉ោងសិក្សា ពួកគាត់ក៏បានឃាត់សុំទីនបង្ហាញក្បាច់ឱ្យមើល។ ទីនបានលេងតាមសំណូមពរ រួចទីនព្យាយាមបង្ហាញក្បាច់ជាច្រើនដងរហូតដល់ធ្វើបានសម្រេច ហើយប្អូនៗទាំងអស់គ្នាបានស្រែកហ៊ោអបអរសាទរយ៉ាងខ្លាំង។ ការព្យាយាមពិតជាផ្តល់ផ្លែផ្កា ទោះបីជាអ្នកកំពុងនៅតុធ្វើការ ឬនៅលើក្តារស្គីក៏ដោយ។

When the students ask for a trick, you don't say no! Our Country Director, Tin, usually spends her time at the desk managing our programs, but she got stopped on her way through the park after a session today. It took a few tries to get it right, but she stayed out there until it was landed and the students gave her a massive cheer for it. A great reminder that persistence pays off, whether you’re at a desk or on a skateboard.

{English Below} កាលពីពេលថ្មីៗនេះ ក្រុមសិស្សស្រីដែលរៀនក្នុងកម្មវិធី "បំនិនជីវិតសម្រាប់ក្មេងស្រី" (Life Skills for Girls) នៅស្គែតធីស្ដង់កម្ពជា បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីដ៏អស្ចារ្យមួយក្រោមប្រធានបទ "ការយល់ដឹងអំពីចំណាកស្រុក"។ តើពួកគាត់មកដល់ចំណុចនេះបានដោយរបៀបណា? ពួកគាត់បានចាប់ផ្ដើមឡើងតាមរយៈការចូលរួមរៀនសូត្រ ស្រាវជ្រាវយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការក្រេបជញ្ជក់ចំណេះដឹងពីអ្នកអប់រំរបស់យើង។ ប៉ុន្តែពួកគាត់មិនត្រឹមតែរៀននោះទេ គឺពួកគាត់បានយកចំណេះដឹងទាំងនោះមកអនុវត្តជាការដឹកនាំផ្ទាល់តែម្តង។ ពួកគាត់បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីនេះឡើង ដើម្បីចែករំលែកនូវអ្វីដែលពួកគាត់ទទួលបាន ទៅកាន់មិត្តភក្តិ និងសហគមន៍វិញដោយផ្ទាល់។

វានឹងមិនបញ្ឈប់ត្រឹមនេះទេ។ នេះហើយគឺជាគោលបំណងរបស់ ស្គែតធីស្ដង់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងដល់យុវជន ដើម្បីយកអ្វីដែលពួកគាត់បានរៀន មកធ្វើជាអ្នកដឹកនាំឆ្ពោះទៅមុខ។

Recently at the skate school, our Life Skills for Girls group hosted an incredible event on Migration Awareness. How did they get here? It started with them showing up, diving into the lessons, and learning from our educators. But they didn't just stop at learning, they took that knowledge and stepped up to lead. They hosted this entire event to share what they’ve gained directly back with their friends and the community.

It was such a great, powerful thing to watch them take ownership of their own education and use their voices to help others. This is exactly what leadership looks like at the park. So proud of this crew for making it happen!

It won’t stop here. This is what Skateistan Cambodia is all about empowering youth to take what they learn and lead the way.

{English below} ដំណើរជីវិតរបស់កន្និដ្ឋាមិនងាយស្រួលទេ មានឧបសគ្គច្រើន ប៉ុន្តែគាត់នៅតែជ្រើសរើសធ្វើអ្វីដែលអាចមានន័យ និងជួយអ្នកដទៃបាន។ នៅ Skateistan Cambodia គាត់ចំណាយពេលរាល់ថ្ងៃជួយសិស្សមកពីគ្រួសារមានជីវភាពលំបាក រៀន និងធ្វើការជាមួយក្រុមការងារ ដើម្បីធ្វើឲ្យកម្មវិធីរបស់យើងកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន។ ថាមពល និងចិត្តស្រឡាញ់ការងាររបស់គាត់ ធ្វើឲ្យអ្នកជុំវិញមានអារម្មណ៍បំផុសគំនិតជានិច្ច។

មនុស្សម្នាក់ៗសុទ្ធតែមានរឿងរ៉ាវរបស់ខ្លួន ប៉ុន្តែអ្វីដែលសំខាន់ គឺរបៀបដែលយើងយករឿងនោះមកបម្លែងឲ្យក្លាយជាអ្វីដែលមានន័យ តាមរយៈការរៀនសូត្រ ការរីកចម្រើន និងការឆ្លងកាត់ឧបសគ្គជាមួយគ្នា។

អំពីតួនាទីរបស់គាត់៖ កន្និដ្ឋា ដឹកនាំការងារតាមដាន វាយតម្លៃ និងការរៀនសូត្រ (MEL) នៅ Skateistan Cambodia។ គាត់តាមដានវឌ្ឍនភាពកម្មវិធី ពិនិត្យលទ្ធផល និងធ្វើការជាមួយក្រុមការងារ ដើម្បីធានាថាកម្មវិធីរបស់យើងពិតជាអាចគាំទ្រសិស្ស និងសហគមន៍បានល្អប្រសើរ។

Kanitha’s path has not been an easy one, but she continues to focus on what she can contribute to others and her community. At Skateistan Cambodia, she spends her days supporting students from low-income families, learning alongside the team, and helping programs grow. Her energy and passion inspire everyone around her! Everyone has their own story, but what matters most is how we turn it into something meaningful, learning, growing, and overcoming along the way.

About her role: Kanitha leads Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at Skateistan Cambodia. She keeps track of how programs are going, looks at the results, and works with the team to make sure our activities really support students and the wider community.
