ជាស្ថាប័នអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលដ៏សំខាន់មួយ ដែលរួមចំណែកក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយសាសនាអ៊ីស្លាម លើកស្ទួយសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់សហគមន៍ឲ្យបានល្អប្រសើរ និងរស់នៅជាមួយគ្នាប្រកបដោយសុខដុមរម្យនា។

- ផ្សព្វផ្សាយចំណេះដឹងសាសនាអ៊ីស្លាម តាមរយៈបណ្ដាញសង្គម បង្រៀនក្មេងៗ និ

- គ្រប់គ្រងចាត់ចែងរាល់ការបរិច្ចាគរបស់សប្បុរសជន សំរាប់គ្រួសារក្រីក្រ ក៏ដូចជាប្រពលរដ្ឋដែលត្រូវការ។
- គ្រប់គ្រងចាត់ចែងរាល់គោគូរបាន (Qur’ban) ដើម្បីទៅដល់តំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាល ក៏ដូចជាភូមិដែលត្រូវការ។
- ពង្រឹងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅតាមតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាល ក៏ដូចភូមិម៉ូស្លឹមថ្មី រួមទាំងអ្នកដែលចូលជាម៉ូស្លឹម។
