Cambodian Youth Network - CYN

១. សមាគមបណ្តាញយុវជនកម្ពុជា ហៅកាត់ថា​ (ប.យ.ក) ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០០៩ ពីបណ្តាញយុវជន និស្សិត​ និងយុវជនជនបទដែលមានគោលបំណងបង្កើនការចូលរួមរបស់យុវជន និងការចូលរួមរបស់ពលរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ប.យ.ក គឺជាអង្គការសមាជិកភាព និងបច្ចុប្បន្នមានសមាជិកជាង ២៥០០ នាក់ដែលជានិស្សិតនៅតាមសាកលវិទ្យាល័យនានា នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងយុវជនជនបទដែលកំពុងរស់នៅជុំវិញព្រៃឡង់ ជាពិសេសនៅខេត្តក្រចេះ កំពង់ធំ ស្ទឹងត្រែង និងព្រះវិហារ និងសហគមន៍តំបន់អារ៉ែង ខេត្តកោះកុង។ ប.យ.ក បានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីផ្តល់នូវការចែករំលែកជំនាញ និងឱកាស បង្កើតចំណេះដឹង ដល់ក្រុមយុវជនជាសមាជិក និងសកម្មជន ក៏ដូចជាបង្កើតបណ្តាញ ដើម្បីដាក់បញ្ហាយុវជនទៅតាមបរិបទនយោបាយ។ ប.យ.ក កំពុងរៀបចំ និងកៀរគរយុវជនឱ្យចូលរួមក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ ការការពារសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស ផលប្រយោជន៍យុវជន និងសិទ្ធិធនធានធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។

1. Cambodian Youth Network (CYN) was founded in 2009 as a student and rural youth network with the aim to increase youth participation and civic engagement in Cambodia. CYN is a member-based organization and currently has more than 2500 members who are university students in Phnom Penh and rural youth who are living around Prey Lang forest, specifically in Kratie, Kampong Thom, Stueng Treng, Preah Vihear, and Areng community in Koh Kong province. CYN aims to provide skills-sharing and knowledge-building opportunities to youth groups, members, and activists, as well as build networks in order to put youth issues on political agendas. CYN is also organizing and mobilizing youth to participate in promoting the respect of human rights, youth interests, and natural resource rights in Cambodia.

២. ចក្ខុវិស្ស័យ
- យុវជនកម្ពុជាមានសមត្ថ​ភាព​ក្នុង​ការអនុវត្តសិទ្ធិ និង​សេរី​ភាព​ពេញលេញ។

2. Vision
- Cambodian youths are empowered, able to exercise full rights and freedom, and live with dignity in a democratic society.

៣. បេសកកម្ម
- សមាគមបណ្តាញយុវជនកម្ពុជា ត្រូវ​បាន​បង្កើត​ឡើង​ដើម្បី​ធ្វើការងារ​ជាមួយ​យុវជនកម្ពុជា ចងក្រង​ បណ្តាញ​យុវជន​និង​សហគមន៍ និងពង្រឹង​សិទ្ធិអំណាច​ដល់ពួកគេ ដើម្បី​ធ្វើការ​តស៊ូមតិ​ក្នុងការ​លើកកម្ពស់យុត្តិធម៌សង្គម ការគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស និងការគ្រប់គ្រង​ធនធានធម្មជាតិ ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព។

3. Mission
- CYN empowers Cambodian youth by building capacity, developing networks, and supporting their advocacy for good governance, social justice, respect for human rights, decent jobs, and sustainable use of natural resources.

៤. គោលដៅ
- យុវជនដែលជាសមាជិក ប.យ.ក មានបណ្តាញរឹងមាំនិងសកម្មក្នុងការចូលរួមសកម្មភាពសង្គមដើម្បីទាមទារការគោរពសិទ្ធិមនុស្សយុត្តិធម៌សង្គមការការពារបរិស្ថាននិងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយសមធម៌។

4. Goal
- CYN's members will have strong networking and actively take part in social activities to demand the respect of human rights, social justice, environmental protection/governance, and equitable development.
