វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញសង្គ្រោះជីវិតជនរងគ្រោះដោយគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍ សម្រាប់មន្ត្រីនគរបាលនៅក្នុងខេត្តក្រុងគោលដៅចំនួន១០ បានផ្តេីមរៀបចំចេញពីខេត្តតាកែវ និងបន្តទៅកាន់ខេត្តក្រុង៩ទៀត។
Critical Life-Saving skills training workshop for police officers in 10 target provinces/cities launched by starting from Takeo Province and will continue to the remaining 9 locations.

វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលនេះ ផ្តោតលើការបង្កើនចំណេះដឹង និងជំនាញជាក់ស្តែងសម្រាប់មន្ត្រីនគរបាល ក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបយ៉ាងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពចំពោះករណីគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍ផ្លូវគោក ដើម្បីជួយសង្គ្រោះជីវិតជនរងគ្រោះ និងកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យនៃភាពធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។
The training workshop mainly focused on enhancing knowledge and practical skills for police officials to effectively respond to road crashes, with the ultimate goal of saving lives and reducing the severity of injuries.

ព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ស្នងការដ្ឋាននគរបាលខេត្តតាកែវ បានរៀបចំពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលបំប៉នជំនាញ ស្ដីពី «បច្ចេកទេសជំនាញសង្គ្រោះជីវិតជនរងគ្រោះដោយគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍ផ្លូវគោក» ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមន្ត្រីនគរបាល ក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបការសង្គ្រោះជនរងគ្រោះឱ្យទាន់ពេលវេលា និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយការបាត់បង់ជីវិតរបស់ជនរងគ្រោះនៅកន្លែងកើតហេតុ ពិសេសក្នុងហេតុការណ៍នៃគ្រោះថ្នាក់ចរាចរណ៍។
ពិធីបើកវគ្គនេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តមឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ចេវ ហាក់ អគ្គស្នងការរងនគរបាលជាតិ និងឯកឧត្តម ជុន វ៉ាត រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងប្រៃសណីយ៍ និងទូរគមនាគមន៍ រួមជាមួយលោកស្រី ស៊ីវ វ៉ារី និងលោក ស៊ីវ សេរីវឌ្ឍន៍ ប្រធានក្រុមដឹកនាំគម្រោងខេមសេហ្វ ប្រចាំសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំពាក់ព័ន្ធជាច្រើនរូប។
រសៀលថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ពិធីបិទបញ្ចប់វគ្គបានប្រព្រឹត្តឡេីងក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ទោ ម៉ែន លី ស្នងការនគរបាលខេត្តតាកែវ តាមការអនុញ្ញាតដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពី ឯកឧត្តម នាយឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ ស ថេត អគ្គស្នងការនគរបាលជាតិ និងការអញ្ញេីញចូលរួមរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម គង់ សុវណ្ណ ស្ថាបនិកខេមសេហ្វ និងជាទីប្រឹក្សាគណ:កម្មាធការសុវត្ថិភាពចរាចរណ៍ ក៏ដូចជាលោក ខេង ខេវិន តំណាងម្ចាស់ជំនួយសម្រាប់ខេត្តតាកែវ អញ្ញេីញពីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីនគរបាលគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ក្នុងខេត្តតាកែវ។
April 17, 2026, the Takeo Provincial Police Commissariat organized the opening ceremony of a capacity-building training course on “Critical Life-Saving Skill”aimed at saving lives of injured victims specifically those road crash injury victims.
The opening ceremony was presided over by H.E. Lieutenant General Chev Hak, Deputy Commissioner General of the National Police, and H.E. Chhun Vat, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, together with Mrs. Siv Vary and Mr. Siv Sereywath, the US Team Lead of CAMSAFE based in the United States, as well as other relevant leaders.
Meanwhile, the official closing organized on April 20, 2026, under the presidency of Major General Men Ly, Commissioner of Takeo Provincial Police, with the high authorization of H.E. General Sar Thet, Commissioner General of the National Police. The closing ceremony was also co-chaired by H.E. Kong Sovann, Founder of CAMSAFE and Advisor to the National Road Safety Committee (NRSC), and Mr. Kheng Kevin, a Champion representing Takeo Province from the United States, along with the police leaders and field officers of all relevant levels in Takeo Province.
