អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា គឺជាអង្គការដែលបានផ្តួចផ្តើមបង្កើតឡើងនៅក្នុងខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១៦ និងបានចុះបញ្ជីនៅក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃនៅថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០១៧ តាមប្រកាសលេខ ៣០៩ ប្រ.ក។ អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា គឺជាអង្គការមិនស្វែងរកកម្រៃជាឯកជន អព្យាក្រឹត មិនប្រកាន់ពូជសាសន៍ មិនប្រកាន់សាសនា មិនប្រកាន់និន្នាការនយោបាយ មិនធ្វើនយោបាយ មិនធ្វើជាឧបករណ៍នយោបាយ ក្នុងនោះមាន រួមទាំងមិនផ្ដល់មធ្យោបាយជាសម្ភារ ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ

ធនធានមនុស្ស ដើម្បីគាំទ្រគណបក្សនយោបាយណាមួយឡើយ។

ទស្សនវិស័យ៖
ទស្សនវិស័យរបស់អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា គឺ ទាំងអស់គ្នាដើម្បីការរស់នៅប្រកបដោយសុខដុមរមនីរវាងមនុស្ស និងធម្មជាតិ។

បេសកម្ម៖
អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា ធ្វើការអភិរក្សជីវៈចម្រុះតាមរយៈការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានធម្មជាតិប្រកបដោយនិរន្តភាពដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍របស់យើងទំាងអស់គ្នា។

អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា មានគោលបំណងសំខាន់គឺ៖
- ចូលរួមចំណែកជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសកម្ពុជាស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រចតុកោណរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា
- ថែរក្សា និងអភិរក្សសត្វព្រៃនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា
- អភិរក្សទីតាំង និងទីជម្រកដែលមានសារៈសំខាន់សម្រាប់ជីវៈចម្រុះ
- ទ្រទ្រង់ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីដែលធ្វើឲ្យគុណភាពជីវិតរបស់មនុស្សកាន់តែប្រសើរ
- ចូលរួមកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្រតាមរយៈការលើកកម្ពស់នូវការប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានធម្មជាតិ ប្រកបដោយនិរន្តរភាព

🌾🕊 ត្រឹមសប្ដាហ៍ទី១ នៃខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិកម្ពុជា និងកសិករដៃគូរបស់យើង បានបញ្ចប់ការដាំដុះស្រូវដោយជោគជ័យលើដីជួល ដែលស្ថិតនៅជិតទ្រនំដេករបស់សត្វក្រៀល ដែលជាប្រភេទសត្វកំពុងរងគ្រោះថ្នាក់ឈានទៅជិតផុតពូជនៅតំបន់ការពារអន្លង់ព្រីង។ ស្រែទាំងនេះមានតួនាទីសំខាន់ក្នុងការគាំទ្រការអភិរក្សសត្វក្រៀល ដោយរក្សាទុក ៥០% នៃទិន្នផលស្រូវក្នុងស្រែជាអាហារសម្រាប់សត្វក្រៀលក្នុងរដូវកាលពួកវាមករកចំណីនៅតំបន់ទេសភាពនេះចាប់ពីខែធ្នូ ដល់ខែឧសភា។ បច្ចុប្បន្ន សំណាបកំពុងលូតលាស់បានល្អ ហើយកសិកររបស់យើងកំពុងថែទាំយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ជាប្រចាំ។

🌾🕊 By the first week of June 2026, NatureLife Cambodia and collaborated farmers successfully completed rice planting on leased lands near the roosting site of the vulnerable Sarus Crane in the Anlung Pring Protected Landscape.
These fields play an important role in supporting Sarus Crane conservation, with 50% of the harvest reserved as food for the cranes during their wintering season from December to May. The rice seedlings are now growing well, and farmers are taking great care of them every day.

🌱Through the Initiative, we are working to keep Anlung Pring a crane-friendly landscape by promoting wildlife-friendly and sustainable farming practices that benefit both people and biodiversity.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅនេះ អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា (NatureLife Cambodia) បានទទួលយកសត្វត្រកួត ដែលមានទម្ងន់សរុប ២០គីឡូក្រាម ពីមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានខេត្តរតនគិរី ដើម្បីមកធ្វើការថែទាំនិងព្រលែង។សត្វត្រកួតទាំងនេះ ត្រូវបានក្រុមមន្ត្រីឧទ្យានុរក្សដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃលំផាត់ នៃមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានខេត្តរតនគិរី ជួយសង្គ្រោះទាន់ពេលវេលា ដោយបានធ្វើការទប់ស្កាត់បទល្មើសនៃការជួញដូរសត្វព្រៃខុសច្បាប់។

ក្រោយពីក្រុមការងារបានធ្វើការពិនិត្យឃើញថាពួកវាមានសុខភាពល្អ យើងបានសហការជាមួយមន្ត្រីឧទ្យានុរក្ស ដើម្បីធ្វើការនាំយកទៅព្រលែងនៅទីតាំងគម្រោងរេដបូកនៃដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃលំផាត់ វិញដើម្បីអាចបន្តរស់នៅ និងបំពេញតួនាទីក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីឡើងវិញ។

On June 13, 2026, NatureLife Cambodia received Bengal Monitors with a total weight of 20 kilograms from the Ratanakiri Provincial Department of Environment for care and release. These Bengal Monitors were rescued in a timely manner by Lomphat rangers from the Ratanakiri Provincial Department of Environment through efforts to prevent illegal wildlife trafficking.

After the team examined and confirmed that the animals were in good health, we collaborated with rangers to release them back into the REDD+ project site in Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary so they can continue living and fulfill their role in the ecosystem.

The consumption and trade of wildlife are illegal activities. NatureLife Cambodia calls for joining force in stopping the consumption of wild meat and protecting wildlife by reporting illegal wildlife trafficking and related offenses to the competent authorities.

🌿វគ្គផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះមានគោលបំណង ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពផ្លូវច្បាប់ក្នុងការកំណត់បទល្មើសបរិស្ថាន និងធនធានធម្មជាតិឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់។ ក្រោមការសម្របសម្រួលបច្ចេកទេសពីបុគ្គលិកអង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា វគ្គផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះត្រូវបានឧទ្ទេសនាមដោយមន្ត្រីឧទ្យានុរក្សនៃដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃលំផាត់ ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៣២ នាក់។

🌟នៅក្នុងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលផ្សព្វផ្សាយនេះ សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់បានស្វែងយល់យ៉ាងស៊ីជម្រៅអំពី គន្ថីទី១០ នៃក្រមបរិស្ថាននិងធនធានធម្មជាតិ ដែលជាឧបករណ៍គតិយុត្តថ្មី និងមានវិសាលភាពធំធេង។ ក្នុងនោះមានចំណុចគន្លឹះសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន ការយល់ដឹងពីទណ្ឌកម្មរដ្ឋបាល និងទណ្ឌកម្មព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ តួនាទីរបស់មន្ត្រីបរិស្ថាន ឬមន្ត្រីឧទ្យានុរក្ស ដែលទទួលបាននីតិសម្បទាជានគរបាលយុត្តិធម៌ ក្នុងការកសាងសំណុំរឿងបញ្ជូនទៅតុលាការ ការស្វែងយល់ពីប្រភេទបទល្មើសនានា ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានធម្មជាតិ ដូចមានចែងក្នុងជំពូកទី៣ នៃក្រមបរិស្ថាន និងធនធានធម្មជាតិ។

✍️With the support of Lomphat REDD+ project, on 18 and 24 May 2026, the Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary Office of the Provincial Department of Environment of Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri provinces, in collaboration with NatureLife Cambodia, organized awareness sessions on the “Environment and Natural Resources Code” for rangers and community scouts at O Rohar sub-station and Roya Leu head quarter.

🌿The objective of these sessions was to strengthen legal capacity in accurately and effectively identifying environmental and natural resource offenses. With technical facilitation from NatureLife Cambodia staff, the sessions were delivered by senior rangers of the Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary, with a total of 32 participants.

🌟During the training and awareness sessions, all participants gained in-depth understanding of Book 10th of the Environment and Natural Resources Code, a new and comprehensive legal instrument. Key topics included understanding administrative and criminal penalties, the roles of environmental officers or park rangers vested with judicial police authority in preparing case files for submission to the courts and understanding different categories of offenses related to natural resource management, as stipulated in Chapter 3 of the Environment and Natural Resources Code.

📫📝គម្រោងរេដបូកដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃលំផាត់ ដែលអនុវត្តន៍ដោយអង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជាសហការជាមួយអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន និងគណៈកម្មការសហគមន៍ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ដើម្បីចែករំលែកលទ្ធផលនៃការបើកប្រអប់សំបុត្រផ្តល់មតិយោបល់ និងបណ្ដឹងតវ៉ាលើកទី១៤ របស់គម្រោង នៅក្នុងភូមិគោលដៅចំនួន ៥ រួមមាន ភូមិមួយ ភូមិពីរ និងភូមិបី ក្នុងឃុំស្រែអង្គ្រងខេត្តរតនគិរី និងភូមិស្រែជ្រៃ និងភូមិរយ៉ ក្នុងស្រុកកោះញែក ខេត្តមណ្ឌលគិរី។

📫📝 The Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary REDD+ Project, implemented by NatureLife Cambodia in collaboration with local authorities and community committees, organized awareness meetings to share the results of the 14th opening of the project’s feedback and grievance boxes in 5 target villages: Phum Mouy, Phum Pi, and Phum Bey in Sre Angkrong Commune, Ratanakiri Province; Sre Chrey and Roya in Koh Nhaek District, Mondulkiri Province.

✍️Conducted from 8–27 May 2026, the meetings engaged 127 participants (61 women) to strengthen understanding of the project’s feedback and grievance mechanism, allowing communities to raise concerns, share opinions, and provide feedback transparently and effectively.

The project team also shared project progress and obtained Free, Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) from women representatives and gender focal points to include their contact information on all 14 grievance-box signs, helping women communicate concerns more safely and easily.

🎯The project will continue strengthening awareness to ensure the feedback and grievance mechanisms are more effective and accessible for all communities.

ក្នុងរយៈពេល ១៣ ខែ គិតចាប់តាំងពីខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រុមមីក្រូហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសហគមន៍ (ក្រុមសន្សំប្រាក់) នៃសហគមន៍តំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិទួលនាងសាវផ្លូវហ្លួង បានប្រមូលថវិកាសន្សំសរុបចំនួន ៤៥,៥៧៥,៣០០ រៀល (ប្រមាណ ១១,៣៩៣.៨២ ដុល្លារអាមេរិក)។ នេះជាសមិទ្ធផលដ៏គួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់មួយរបស់សហគមន៍ និងបានបង្ហាញពីសក្តានុពលនៃការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដោយសហគមន៍ផ្ទាល់ ក្នុងការពង្រឹងជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ព្រមទាំងគាំទ្រដល់ការអភិរក្សធនធានធម្មជាតិប្រកបដោយចីរភាពក្នុងរយៈពេលវែង។

ក្រៅពីការបង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូលគ្រួសារ និងនិរន្ដភាពហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្រុមសន្សំប្រាក់នេះក៏បានពង្រឹងសាមគ្គីភាពក្នុងសហគមន៍ និងបង្កើតឱកាសសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចមូលដ្ឋានប្រកបដោយចីរភាពផងដែរ។

ដោយផ្អែកលើភាពជោគជ័យនេះ អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា (NatureLife Cambodia) នឹងសម្របសម្រួលការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងចំណេះដឹងទៅកាន់សហគមន៍តំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិកោះកាពិ និងកោះស្រឡៅ ក្នុងតំបន់រ៉ាមសារកោះកាពិ ដែលគ្រោងនឹងបង្កើតក្រុមសន្សំប្រាក់ស្រដៀងគ្នានេះនាពេលខាងមុខ។

សមិទ្ធផលនេះអាចកើតមានឡើងបានដោយសារការគាំទ្រពីម្ចាស់ជំនួយជាច្រើន រួមមាន មូលនិធិ Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF), Sudden Fund របស់អង្គការ Oxfam និង កម្មវិធីមូលនិធិជំនួយខ្នាតតូចនៃមូលនិធិបរិស្ថានពិភពលោក (GEF SGP UNDP)។

🌱🤝🐟 យើងបានបង្ហាញថា ការពង្រឹងសហគមន៍ ជីវភាពរស់នៅប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងការអភិរក្សធនធានធម្មជាតិ អាចដើរទន្ទឹមគ្នាបាន។

In just 13 months since May 2025, the community-based microfinance (Saving group) in Toul Neang Plov Loung Community Protected Area (CPA) has successfully accumulated savings totaling 45,575,300 riels (approximately USD 11,393.82). This is a significant achievement for the CPA​ , demonstrating the power of community-led financial management to strengthen livelihoods while supporting long-term natural resource conservation.

The Community-based Microfinance Group, or Savings Group, was first established in 2024 within Tuol Neang Sav Phlov Luong CPA, located in Phat Sanday Commune, Kampong Svay District, Kampong Thom Province. Following the successful completion of its first phase, the group expanded into a second phase in May 2025, increasing its membership to 47 members, including 26 women, while also raising the monthly savings contribution up to 50,000 Riel per member or USD 12.50, creating a community fund that provides affordable loans and reduces dependence on external banks and microfinance institutions.

Through these savings, CPA members have been able to:
✅ Purchase legal fishing gear and boats
✅ Build floating fish farm and purchase fish supply
✅ Repair floating houses
✅ Support their children's education
✅ Cover healthcare expenses
✅ Expand smoked fish processing businesses.

Beyond improving household incomes and financial security, the savings group has strengthened community solidarity and created opportunities for sustainable local development.

Building on this success, NatureLife Cambodia will facilitate knowledge sharing with communities in Koh Kapi and Koh Sralao Community Protected Areas within Koh Kapi Ramsar site, where similar savings groups are planned to be established in the near future.

This initiative has been made possible through the generous support of the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF), Oxfam's Sudden Fund, and GEF Small Grants Programme (GEF SGP UNDP).

Together, we are demonstrating that community empowerment, sustainable livelihoods, and conservation can go hand in hand.

📍🗺️ Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary provides critical habitat for the Giant Ibis, Cambodia’s national bird and a Critically Endangered species. Through the REDD+ project, the sanctuary has played a vital role in providing safe foraging and nesting habitats for the Giant Ibis.

🔎In May 2026, the rainy season began, which also marks the start of the Giant Ibis breeding season. NatureLife Cambodia’s field monitoring team conducted nest searches in key locations within Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary.

📌As a result, the first Giant Ibis nest of the new breeding season was discovered in late May. This important finding is a positive sign of the effectiveness of ongoing conservation efforts.

នៅថ្ងៃទី០៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជារៀបចំកម្មវិធីចែកគ្រាប់ពូជស្រូវ និងជីសរីរាង្គ ជូនកសិករសមាជិកស្រូវមិត្តក្រៀលចំនួន១២៥គ្រួសារ នៅទីតាំងវត្តថ្មបើក ស្ថិតក្នុងភូមិអន្លង់ព្រីង ឃុំបឹងសាលាខាងត្បូង ស្រុកកំពង់ត្រាច ខេត្តកំពត។

ជាលទ្ធផល គ្រាប់ពូជស្រូវពូជចំនួន៤.៥៣ តោន និងជីសរីរាង្គចំនួន៣២.៤ តោនជូនកសិករសមាជិកសម្រាប់ផ្ទៃបង្កបង្កើនផលលើដីស្រៃមិត្តក្រៀលទំហំ១៥១.៤៦ហិកតា ត្រូវបានចែកជូនកសិករដើម្បីបន្តការដាំដុះស្រូវមិត្តក្រៀលក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦។

បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់កម្មវិធីចែកគ្រាប់ពូជស្រូវ និងជីសរីរាង្គ លោកនាយកអង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជាបានបន្តចុះពិនិត្យដំណើរការដាំដុះស្រូវមិត្តក្រៀលលើផ្ទៃដីគម្រោងដែលជួលពីកសិករលើទំហំ១៤.៤៧ហិកតា ដែលដាំដុះដោយគម្រោងផ្ទាល់។

On 5 June 2026, NatureLife Cambodia organized a rice seed and organic fertilizer distribution ceremony for 125 farmers participating in the Crane Rice Project at Thmor Berk Pagoda in Anlung Pring Village, Boeung Sala Khang Tboung Commune, Kampong Trach District, Kampot Province.

The event was presided over by Mr. Cheuk Chanly, Chief of the Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Environment Office of Kampong Trach District, representing the Deputy District Governor. Other distinguished attendees included Mr. Bou Vorsak, CEO of NatureLife Cambodia; the Director of the Anlung Pring Protected Landscape; the chiefs of the two relevant communes; four village chiefs; representatives of the Anlung Pring Community Protected Area (CPA); members of the Crane Rice Producer Group; representatives from HUSK Company; and other relevant partners.

The event marked the beginning of the sixth cultivation season for farmers participating in the Crane Rice Project, which is being implemented within the Anlung Pring Protected Landscape. It also provided an opportunity to highlight the project's achievements and progress throughout 2025.

As a result, a total of 4.53 tonnes of rice seed and 32.4 tonnes of organic fertilizer were distributed to participating farmers for cultivation on 151.46 hectares of Crane Rice farmland. These agricultural inputs will support farmers in continuing Crane Rice production during the 2026 growing season.

Following the distribution ceremony, the CEO of NatureLife Cambodia conducted a field visit to monitor rice cultivation activities on 14.47 hectares of project farmland leased from local farmers and directly managed by the project.

✍️On 21 May 2026, NatureLife Cambodia (NLC) convened a consultation meeting in Lomphat District, Ratanakiri Province, to gather inputs for the development of the protocol and benefit-sharing mechanism for the deforestation-free cashew initiative.

The meeting was held at the Chey Odom Natural Cashew Warehouse in Lomphat Village, Chey Odom Commune, Lomphat District, Ratanakiri Province. Participants included independent consultants, the Chey Odom Natural Cashew Community Committee, women’s groups, Internal Control System (ICS) groups, and NatureLife Cambodia, with a total of 17 participants, including 4 women.

📌The meeting generated inputs and obtained consensus on the following key points:
• Deforestation-free cashew criteria: prevention of illegal logging, poaching, and illegal wildlife trade; proper use and disposal of chemical waste; and adherence to social protection measures.
• Internal Control System (ICS): inspections to be conducted twice a year, with membership registration opening in June.
• Benefit-sharing mechanism: establishment of a transparent and equitable mechanism to ensure fair benefit distribution.

It is also worth noting that NatureLife Cambodia, together with the Chey Odom Natural Cashew Community, is piloting the deforestation-free cashew initiative with the goal of reducing deforestation, conserving biodiversity, and improving local livelihoods
