អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា គឺជាអង្គការដែលបានផ្តួចផ្តើមបង្កើតឡើងនៅក្នុងខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១៦ និងបានចុះបញ្ជីនៅក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃនៅថ្ងៃទី០២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០១៧ តាមប្រកាសលេខ ៣០៩ ប្រ.ក។ អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា គឺជាអង្គការមិនស្វែងរកកម្រៃជាឯកជន អព្យាក្រឹត មិនប្រកាន់ពូជសាសន៍ មិនប្រកាន់សាសនា មិនប្រកាន់និន្នាការនយោបាយ មិនធ្វើនយោបាយ មិនធ្វើជាឧបករណ៍នយោបាយ ក្នុងនោះមាន រួមទាំងមិនផ្ដល់មធ្យោបាយជាសម្ភារ ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ

ធនធានមនុស្ស ដើម្បីគាំទ្រគណបក្សនយោបាយណាមួយឡើយ។

ទស្សនវិស័យ៖
ទស្សនវិស័យរបស់អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា គឺ ទាំងអស់គ្នាដើម្បីការរស់នៅប្រកបដោយសុខដុមរមនីរវាងមនុស្ស និងធម្មជាតិ។

បេសកម្ម៖
អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា ធ្វើការអភិរក្សជីវៈចម្រុះតាមរយៈការគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានធម្មជាតិប្រកបដោយនិរន្តភាពដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍របស់យើងទំាងអស់គ្នា។

- ថែរក្សា និងអភិរក្សសត្វព្រៃនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា
- អភិរក្សទីតាំង និងទីជម្រកដែលមានសារៈសំខាន់សម្រាប់ជីវៈចម្រុះ
- ទ្រទ្រង់ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីដែលធ្វើឲ្យគុណភាពជីវិតរបស់មនុស្សកាន់តែប្រសើរ

ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ មក គម្រោង REDD+ លំផាត់ បានចូលរួមគាំទ្រការកែលម្អហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធសម្រាប់ការអភិរក្សនៅក្នុង ដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃលំផាត់ រួមមាន បង្គោលកំណត់ព្រំប្រទល់ និងតំបន់ប្រើប្រាស់ ផ្ទាំងព័ត៌មាន ស្នាក់ការមន្រ្តីឧទ្យានុរក្ស កន្លែងបោះជំរុំ សាលប្រជុំ អាងទឹក និងស្ពានជាដើម។
ក្នុងខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នាយកប្រតិបត្តិនៃអង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជាបានចុះទស្សនកិច្ចតំបន់គោលដៅរបស់គម្រោង REDD+ លំផាត់ នឹងបានពិនិត្យស្ពាន និងសំណង់សម្រាប់ឧទ្យានុរក្សដែលបានសាងសង់ថ្មី ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងតំបន់អភិរក្សនៃដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃលំផាត់។
មន្រ្តីឧទ្យានុរក្សនៃដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃលំផាត់ និងអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តសហគមន៍ បានសម្តែងនូវការអរគុណយ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះការគាំទ្ររបស់គម្រោង REDD+ ដែនជម្រកសត្វព្រៃលំផាត់។ ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធទាំងនេះបានផ្តល់លក្ខខណ្ឌកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរសម្រាប់ក្រុមការងារ នឹងជួយពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការល្បាតព្រៃឈើ ការតាមដានសត្វព្រៃ និងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់។

Since 2023, the Lomphat REDD+ Project has supported improvements to conservation infrastructure in Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary, including boundary and zoning poles, information boards, ranger stations, camping sites, meeting halls, water ponds, and bridges.
In July 2025, the CEO of NatureLife Cambodia visited the Lomphat REDD+ target area and inspected newly constructed bridges and ranger facilities located within the conservation zone of Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary.
Lomphat rangers and community scouts expressed their sincere appreciation for the support provided by the Lomphat REDD+ Project. These facilities provide better conditions for field teams and help strengthen the effectiveness of forest patrols, wildlife monitoring, and law enforcement activities.
The Lomphat REDD+ Project is contributing to stronger forest protection while also supporting improved livelihoods for local communities. 🌿🦅

នៅថ្ងៃទី ២០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សមាជិក ក្រុមការងារសត្វត្មាតកម្ពុជា (CVWG) បានជួបប្រជុំដោយផ្ទាល់និងតាមប្រព័ន្ធZoom ដើម្បីពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាព និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសម្របសម្រួលក្នុងការអភិរក្សសត្វត្មាតនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដឹកនាំដោយ លោក ហុង ចំណាន តំណាងប្រធានក្រុមការងារ មកពីក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន និងមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួងបរិស្ថាន WWF WCS NatureLife Cambodia Rising Phoenix ACCB និង CBC។

ក្រុមការងារ CVWG ក៏បានឯកភាពគាំទ្រ ក្រសួងបរិស្ថានក្នុងការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការអាស៊ី(RSC) សំរាប់ការអភិរក្សសត្វត្មាត នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំកំរិតអន្តរជាតិនេះរំពឹងថានឹងមានការចូលរួមពីមន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់រដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអ្នកអភិរក្សមកពី កម្ពុជា ឥណ្ឌា ប៉ាគីស្ថាន នេប៉ាល់ បង់ក្លាដែស ភូមា និង ឡាវ ដែលជាប្រទេសមានតួនាទីសំខាន់ក្នុងការអភិរក្សប្រជាសត្វត្មាតដែលនៅសេសសល់នៅអាស៊ី។

On 20 August 2026, members of the Cambodia Vulture Working Group (CVWG) convened in person and zoom to review progress and strengthen coordination for vulture conservation across Cambodia. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Hong Chamnann, representative of working group chairman from the Ministry of Environment, and attended by representatives from the Ministry of Environment, WWF, WCS, NatureLife Cambodia, Rising Phoenix, ACCB, and CBC.
During the meeting, CVWG members endorsed the 2025 Cambodia Vulture Conservation Report and agreed to prepare for International Vulture Awareness Day 2026 and to speed up the development and finalization of Cambodia’s next 10-year Vulture Conservation Action Plan, which will provide a strategic framework for protecting Cambodia’s remaining vulture populations and addressing the threats they face.
The CVWG also agreed to support the Ministry of Environment in hosting the Asia Regional Steering Committee (RSC) meeting on vulture conservation in Phnom Penh. This international meeting is expected to bring together government senior officers and conservationists from Cambodia, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Myanmar, and Lao—countries that play an important role in conserving Asia’s remaining vulture populations.

នៅថ្ងៃទី ២១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា (NatureLife Cambodia) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំ និងវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលស្តីពី «ការពង្រឹងក្រុមគណៈកម្មការស្រូវមិត្តក្រៀល និងការកត់ត្រាកំណត់ហេតុកសិកម្ម» នៅការិយាល័យតំបន់ការពារទេសភាពអន្លង់ព្រីង ខេត្តកំពត ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិកគណៈកម្មការចំនួន ១២ រូប មកពីភូមិកោះចម្ការ អន្លង់ព្រីង ជ្រេស និងភូមិកោះត្នោត។

សកម្មភាពនេះផ្តោតសំខាន់លើ៖

- ការពិនិត្យតួនាទី និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ៖ ពិនិត្យឡើងវិញនូវភារកិច្ចរបស់គណៈកម្មការ រួមមាន ការគាំទ្រការផលិតស្រូវប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ការតាមដានសកម្មភាពកសិកម្ម ការទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយក្រុមការងារគម្រោង និងការលើកកម្ពស់ការអនុវត្តតាមស្តង់ដារស្រូវមិត្តក្រៀល។
- ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេស៖ ពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពគណៈកម្មការ ដើម្បីបង្រៀនកសិករក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់សៀវភៅកំណត់ត្រាកសិកម្ម ដើម្បីកត់ត្រាព័ត៌មានសំខាន់ៗ ដូចជា ព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ការរៀបចំដី ការប្រើប្រាស់ពូជ និងជី ការគ្រប់គ្រងសត្វល្អិត និងជំងឺ កម្លាំងពលកម្ម ថ្លៃដើមផលិតកម្ម ការប្រមូលផល និងការលក់ផលិតផល។

នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ គណៈកម្មការទាំងអស់បានអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង និងពិភាក្សាជាក្រុមលើការបំពេញសៀវភៅកំណត់ត្រាកសិកម្មឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ក្រោមការសម្របសម្រួលពីមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃអង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា។

តាមរយៈការរួមបញ្ចូលគណៈកម្មការកសិករ និងការពង្រឹងជំនាញកត់ត្រាព័ត៌មាននេះ គណៈកម្មការទទួលបានសមត្ថភាពកាន់តែប្រសើរក្នុងការធ្វើការរួមគ្នា កែលម្អការគ្រប់គ្រងដីស្រែ និងគាំទ្រការផលិតស្រូវប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ព្រមទាំងរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិរក្សសត្វក្រៀល និងទីជម្រកធម្មជាតិរបស់ពួកវាផងដែរ។

On July 21, 2026, NatureLife Cambodia hosted a meeting and training titled "Strengthening Crane Rice Committees and Farm Diary Recording" at the Anlung Pring Protected Landscape office in Kampot province. The workshop brought together 12 committee members representing Koh Chamkar, Anlung Pring, Chres, and Koh Tnot villages.

The meeting focused on three main priorities:
- Committee Integration: Merging the Red Jasmine Rice Production Group Committee with the existing Crane Rice Committee to improve coordination, communication, and collaboration among farmers across all four villages.
- Role and Responsibility Review: Clarifying committee duties, which include supporting sustainable rice production, monitoring farming activities, liaising with project teams, and promoting compliance with Crane Rice standards.
- Technical Training: Building committee members' capacity to guide local farmers in keeping farm diaries. These record books track essential data, including farmer profiles, land preparation, seed and fertilizer use, pest and disease management, labor, production costs, harvesting, and sales.

During the workshop, participants engaged in practical exercises and group discussions to master accurate diary entries, guided by NatureLife Cambodia technical officers.

By restructuring the committee and sharpening record-keeping skills, members are now better equipped to work together, optimize paddy field management, drive sustainable rice production, and contribute to the conservation of Sarus Cranes and their natural habitats.

‎- កំណត់ត្រាប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ៖ នេះជាលើកដំបូងបង្អស់ ដែលសត្វស្លាបប្រភេទនេះត្រូវបានកត់ត្រាវត្តមាននៅក្នុងតំបន់ការពារទេសភាពបឹងព្រែកល្ពៅ ខេត្តតាកែវ ហើយក៏មិនធ្លាប់មានទិន្នន័យប្រទះឃើញទាល់តែសោះ ក្នុងរយៈពេល ១០ឆ្នាំចុងក្រោយនេះ។
‎- ស្ថានភាពអភិរក្ស៖ សត្វរនាលស ត្រូវបានចាត់ថ្នាក់ជាប្រភេទសត្វស្លាប ជិតផុតពូជ (Endangered) នៅក្នុងបញ្ជីក្រហមរបស់អង្គការ IUCN។
‎ការរកឃើញដ៏ពិសេសនេះ គឺជាសញ្ញាណវិជ្ជមានយ៉ាងខ្លាំង ដែលបង្ហាញពីសារសំខាន់នៃទីជម្រកនៅក្នុងតំបន់ស្នូលនិងលទ្ធផលវិជ្ជមាននៃការស្ដារឡើងវិញនូវប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីតំបន់ដីសើមបឹងព្រែកល្ពៅក្នុងរយៈពេលប៉ុន្មានឆ្នាំចុងក្រោយនេះ។

‎On August 18, 2026, Boeng Prek Lpov Protected Landscape officers​ (Takoe provincial department of environment) recorded the presence of one Milky Stork for the very first time in the core zone of the Boeng Prek Lpov Protected Landscape​, during their monthly patrol support by NatureLife Cambodia.

‎Key Highlights:

‎- Historic Record: This is the first time this bird species has been recorded in the Boeng Prek Lpov Protected Landscape in Takeo Province, with no sightings reported over the past 10 years.
‎
‎- Conservation Status:The Milky Stork is classified as an Endangered species on the IUCN Red List.
‎
‎This special discovery is a strong positive sign, demonstrate the importance of core zone and positive result of ecosystem restoration efforts in the Boeng Prek Lpov Wetland in the last few years.

ការគ្រប់គ្រងសំណល់គីមីកសិកម្មគឺជាសកម្មភាពចម្បងក្នុងការធានាថាសុខមាលភាពមនុស្សនិងអេកូឡូស៊ីមានភាពប្រសើរឡើងស្របតាមគោលបំណងរបស់គម្រោងស្រូវមិត្តក្រៀលនៅតំបន់ទេសភាពអន្លង់ព្រីងក្នុងស្រុកកំពង់ត្រាចខេត្តកំពត។ នៅចុងខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការជីវិតធម្មជាតិនៅកម្ពុជា សហការជាមួយឧទ្យានុរក្សនិងគណៈកម្មការសហគមន៍តំបន់ការពារធម្មជាតិចំនួន ៥នាក់ បានចុះប្រមូលសំបកកំប៉ុង និងថង់ប្លាស្ទិកថ្នាំពុលគីមីកសិកម្មដែលប្រជាសហគមន៍នៅភូមិគោលដៅទាំង៤បានយកទៅរក្សាទុកនៅលូសុវត្ថិភាពដែលត្រូវបានកសាងនៅតាមក្បាលស្រែ។

ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារបានប្រមូលសំបកកំប៉ុងថ្នាំពុលចំនួន ១,៣៤៥កំប៉ុង និងថង់ប្លាស្ទិកចំនួន ១,២៩៦ថង់ មានទម្ងន់សរុប ៣៩១គីឡូក្រាម។ បូករួមជាមួយលទ្ធផលប្រមូលក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥ សរុបមានចំនួន ៣,០៦៨កំប៉ុង និង ២,៦៦៣ថង់ ស្មើនឹង ៨២៨គីឡូក្រាម។ សំណល់ដែលប្រមូលបានទាំងអស់ ត្រូវបានដឹកជញ្ជូនទៅកាន់ទីតាំងគ្រប់គ្រង និងប្រពន្ធរំលាយកាកសំណល់គីមីដែលគ្រប់គ្រងដោយមន្ទីរបរិស្ថានខេត្តកែបដើម្បីធ្វើការរំលាយ។

ការប្រមូលសំណល់គីមីកសិកម្មបានយ៉ាងច្រើនបានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងថាប្រជាកសិករមានការយល់ដឹងនិងចូលរួមគ្រប់គ្រងសំណល់កសិកម្មពីស្រែរបស់ខ្លួលដើម្បីរួមចំណែកកាត់បន្ថយការបំពុលដល់មនុស្សនិងសត្វ ការពារជម្រកសត្វក្រៀល និងប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីតំបន់ដីសើម។

Agricultural hazardous waste management is a key activity for improving human well-being and ecosystem health, in line with the objectives of the Crane Rice Initiative in the Anlung Pring landscape, Kampong Trach District, Kampot Province.
At the end of July 2026, NatureLife Cambodia, in collaboration with five members of the Community Protected Area Management Committees and rangers, conducted a collection of agricultural chemical waste, including empty pesticide and herbicide bottles and plastic bags, that community members from the four target villages had stored in safe disposal pits constructed along the edges of rice fields.

In 2026, the team collected 1,345 pesticide and herbicide bottles and 1,296 plastic bags, with a total weight of 391 kg. Combined with the collection results from 2025, a total of 3,068 bottles and 2,663 plastic bags, weighing 828 kg, have been collected. All collected waste was transported to the agricultural chemical waste management and disposal facility managed by the Kep Provincial Department of Environment for proper disposal.

The large volume of agricultural chemical waste collected reflects farmers’ increasing awareness and participation in properly managing waste generated from their rice fields. This contributes to reducing pollution that could affect people and wildlife, protecting Sarus Crane habitat, and conserving the wetland ecosystem.

We promote rice cultivation that complies with the Crane Rice criteria and encourage proper agricultural chemical waste management to help ensure that the Anlung Pring landscape remains a crane-friendly landscape.

Water levels in Boeung Prek Lpov Protected Landscape are rising, bringing back Spot-billed Pelicans and many other waterbird species. The bird colonies in the heart of the core zone—part of this proposed Ramsar site—are once again becoming an important refuge for waterbirds.

NatureLife Cambodia supports rangers and field monitoring teams to regularly monitor waterbird populations, their abundance, and key threats. One of the major threats to Boeung Prek Lpov remains illegal land encroachment.

To safeguard the unique ecological value of Boeung Prek Lpov in Takeo Province for future generations, we call on all stakeholders to join forces with the Ministry of Environment and Takeo Provincial Administration to protect the remaining core zone of Boeung Prek Lpov.

During a meeting with the CEO of NatureLife Cambodia in July 2026, the O Rey Community Protected Area (CPA) Management Committee shared updates on their ongoing efforts to manage and protect the community protected area.
The Committee expressed concern about the negative impacts of an Economic Land Concession (ELC) located along the boundary of the CPA. They called for support and collaboration from relevant stakeholders to help mitigate these impacts as much as possible and safeguard the area’s forests, wildlife, and natural resources.
The Committee also expressed their sincere appreciation for support from the Lomphat REDD+ Project, which helps fund monthly forest patrols and other key activities under the CPA management plan.
The strong commitment of the O Rey community demonstrates the important role local communities play in protecting forests and wildlife in and around Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary. Continued support and collaboration are essential to strengthen community-based conservation and ensure these natural resources are protected for future generations.

On 6 August 2026, the Department of Freshwater Wetland Conservation and Kampong Thom Provincial Department of Environment jointly organized the 3rd Stakeholder Forum on “Collaborative Management of Natural Resources at Boeng Tonle Chhmar Ramsar Site.” with support from NatureLife Cambodia through the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF). This forum was held at Balot station within Boeng Tonle Chhmar Ramsar Site, located in Peam Bang Commune, Stoung District, Kampong Thom Province.

The forum was presided and facilitated by Mr. Hong Channan, Director of the Department of Freshwater Wetland Conservation, with Mr. Oung Bunthoeun, Director of Kampong Thom Provincial Department of Environment; Mr. Keo Sopheak, Deputy District Governor of Stoung District; and Mr. Hok Mon, Head of Peam Bang Fisheries Cantonment, together with 30 stakeholders, including one woman. Participants included representatives of Peam Bang Commune Council, rangers, Military Region 4 forces, five village chiefs, CI, IUCN, Balot Community Protected Area, and three Community Fisheries groups within Boeng Tonle Chhmar Ramsar Site.

Participants reviewed progress on the action plan agreed during the 2nd Stakeholder Forum and shared updates on conservation and site management activities. Key discussions focused on preventing illegal activities, community management, commune-level budget support, management of fish conservation pools, flooded forest restoration, and forest fire prevention. Participants also identified priority challenges and developed a joint action plan for the next six months.

NatureLife Cambodia also shared information on new project activities planned for Boeng Tonle Chhmar Ramsar Site, aiming to strengthen continued collaboration, expand the stakeholder network, and contribute to improved conservation and sustainable site management.

The Stakeholder Forum was first established at Boeng Tonle Chhmar Ramsar Site in 2024 and is held every six months. It provides an important platform for stakeholders to exchange knowledge, experiences, and lessons learned; discuss challenges; strengthen collaboration; and agree on collective actions for sustainable conservation and management of the site. This forum will continue to serve as an important mechanism for building partnerships, strengthening communication, and promoting collective action to protect Boeng Tonle Chhmar Ramsar Site and its valuable natural resources.
