Congratulations to Lisa, President of IPSC, on successfully completing the YSEALI Academic Fellowship Fall 2025 at Syracuse University in the US πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ under the theme of Society and Governance. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, this prestigious program brought together young leaders from across ASEAN.

As part of her fellowship, Lisa visited the United Nations Headquarters, traveled across U.S. states, and engaged with institutions such as City Hall and the courts gaining invaluable insights into governance and civic life. Representing both Cambodia and the Institute for International Studies and Public Policy (IISPP), Lisa has now joined the global network of YSEALI alumni committed to driving positive change. We are proud of her achievement and confident that she will continue to inspire and lead with vision, dedication, and impact.

πŸŽ‰ Congratulations to Ms. Chheang Yuki Lisa, President of IPSC at the TASC program held in the Philippines πŸ‡΅πŸ‡­ from 30 August to 5 September 2025, co-hosted by The Japan Foundation, Manila and ASEAN University Network Secretariat.
Representing IISPP, Royal University of Phnom Penh, Lisa was selected to join a cohort of outstanding youth leaders from across Southeast Asia to tackle the urgent issue of plastic waste. Through immersive workshops, field visits, and regional collaboration, she explored innovative, community-driven solutions and led with empathy, creativity, and strategic clarity.
We are deeply grateful to Japan Foundation and AUN for this transformative opportunity, one that empowered young changemakers to connect across borders and co-create a more sustainable future.

Mr. Chhorn Kakada our vice president has been officially selected to represent the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) at the AUN Summer Camp hosted by Universiti Malaya, Malaysia πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ύ from August 24 to September 6, 2025.

As a dedicated and forward-thinking student, Kakada continues to embody the spirit of regional collaboration and academic excellence. His selection reflects not only personal merit but also the growing presence of Cambodian youth in ASEAN dialogues.

✨ On 12 August 2025, Ms. Chheang Yuki Lisa, President of the IISPP Political Science Club (IPSC), proudly represented Cambodia at the Malaysian AI ASEAN Youth Caucus, hosted in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC).
The event was organized by KiniEvents and the Malaysian Institute for Development of Professionals (MIDP), in conjunction with Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship. It was supported by the Ministry Googleital (Malaysia), in partnership with Google, MyDIGITAL, the National AI Office, and Khazanah Research Institute.

As a youth speaker, Lisa co-authored PoliTech Cambodia, a visionary proposal for ethical AI governance rooted in public-private collaboration, inclusive policy co-design, and open-source innovation. Her work champions digital sovereignty and empathy-driven technology to uplift underrepresented communities across ASEAN.

Ms. Chheang Yuki Lisa, President of the IPSC, represented Cambodia, the Deputy Prime Minister, and the αž’αžΆαž‡αŸ’αž‰αžΆαž’αžšαž‡αžΆαžαž·αž”αŸ’αžšαž™αž»αž‘αŸ’αž’αž”αŸ’αžšαž†αžΆαŸ†αž„αž‚αŸ’αžšαžΏαž„αž‰αŸ€αž“ National Authority for Combating Drugs at the 4th Youth Network Drugs Prevention Program 2025 which was held from the 30th of January till the 8th of February 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡­ hosted by the Office of the Narcotics Control Board (ONCB). The event brought together young leaders from ASEAN countries to discuss drug-related challenges and effective prevention strategies. Ms. Lisa is grateful for the support of the ONCB and NACD and is committed to applying the knowledge and skills gained to combat drug abuse.
