នៅថ្ងៃទី ០៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ អង្គការ Lotus Outreach Cambodia មានកិត្តិយសយ៉ាងក្រៃលែងក្នុងការដឹកនាំ និងសម្របសម្រួលជំនួយពីសប្បុរសជន ដើម្បីជួយដល់គ្រួសារភៀសសឹកចំនួន ៦៣០ គ្រួសារ មកពីភូមិបន្ទាយមានរិទ្ធ ឃុំស្លក្រាម ស្រុកស្វាយចេក ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ដែលកំពុងរស់នៅក្នុងលំនៅឋានបណ្តោះអាសន្ន បន្ទាប់ពីទទួលរងផលប៉ះពាល់ពីស្ថានភាពជម្លោះនៅតាមតំបន់ព្រំដែន។

On 6 June 2026, Lotus Outreach Cambodia had the great honor of leading and coordinating humanitarian assistance from generous donors to support 630 displaced families from Banteay Mean Rith Village, Slor Kram Commune, Svay Chek District, Banteay Meanchey Province, who are currently living in temporary shelters after being affected by the conflict situation along the border areas.

Through this humanitarian assistance, each family received 25 kilograms of rice, one bottle of fish sauce, one bottle of soy sauce, one bottle of cooking oil, one kilogram of sugar, and one package of laundry detergent. While these items cannot replace what the families have lost, we sincerely hope they will help ease some of their hardships and provide encouragement during this difficult time.

The students who participated directly in the mission were deeply moved and touched by what they witnessed. The reality on the ground was far beyond what could be seen through photographs and videos on social media. Seeing so many families living in temporary shelters under difficult conditions filled us with sadness and compassion.

Through listening to their stories and learning about their daily lives, we gained a deeper understanding of the challenges they are facing. Many people have lost their homes, land, livelihoods, and possessions that they had worked for years to build. These losses extend beyond material belongings; they also represent the loss of cherished memories, dreams, and hopes for the future.

As fellow Cambodians, we feel profound sorrow in seeing our brothers and sisters forced to live away from their homes and communities. We remain hopeful that, in the near future, they will be able to return safely to their homes and rebuild peaceful lives with dignity, security, and renewed smiles.

This humanitarian effort was made possible through the generous support of donors who contributed a total of USD 3,184, as well as the active participation of staff members, students, and local authorities.

Lotus Outreach Cambodia would like to express our highest respect and sincere gratitude to H.E. Khlok Nouy, Deputy Governor of Banteay Meanchey Province, and the relevant teams for their warm welcome and effective coordination of this mission.

We would especially like to extend our deepest appreciation to all donors and volunteers who contributed their financial support, time, energy, and encouragement to share kindness and bring hope to families facing hardship. នៅថ្ងៃទី ៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការឡូធឹស អៅរីចខេមបូឌា បានដឹកនាំក្រុមនិស្សិតក្នុងគម្រោងកាតាលីករ និងអតីតនិស្សិតរបស់អង្គការ ក្នុងដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ ទៅកាន់ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ដែលមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៤៤ នាក់។

🌿📚 2026 Annual Study Visit

On June 7, 2026, Lotus Outreach Cambodia led a group of students from the CATALYST Project and alumni of the organization on their annual study visit to Battambang Province. A total of 44 participants joined the trip.

The program was designed to provide students with hands-on learning experiences, broaden their understanding of geography, culture, and local ways of life, and develop essential soft skills such as teamwork, communication, and leadership. It also aimed to strengthen relationships and foster closer connections between the students and the organization's staff.

During the study visit, the students visited Phnom Banan, where they enjoyed the beautiful natural surroundings, expansive gardens, and colorful flowers. They also experienced riding the bamboo train, one of Battambang Province’s most iconic tourist attractions. The group then continued to Phnom Sampeau to learn about its natural environment and history while exploring its remarkable and mysterious cave landscapes.

💬 Students’ Overall Impressions

The students expressed great excitement and enjoyment throughout the trip. They shared that the program not only provided a fun and memorable experience but also helped them build confidence in interacting with new people, including younger and senior students, staff members, and members of the local community. In addition, they gained new life experiences and a deeper understanding of tourist destinations and the daily lives of people living in different regions.

Overall, the study visit left the students with wonderful memories, meaningful friendships, enjoyable experiences, and valuable new knowledge.🌿📚

📚❤️ Giving Back Program 2026 ❤️📚

Every year, Lotus Outreach Cambodia organizes its Giving Back Program to support local communities, encourage children in their education, and provide our students with valuable opportunities to learn about teamwork, responsibility, and giving back to the community.

On June 6, 2026, we proudly led 46 current students, alumni, and staff members to Chak Puok Primary School in Slor Kram Commune, Svay Chek District, Banteay Meanchey Province for our annual Giving Back Program. Together, we delivered educational supplies and essential items to students and donated resources to support the school.

The items distributed included backpacks, notebooks, pencils, pens, erasers, slates, rulers, sharpeners, soap, shoes, snacks, and clean drinking water. We also donated a speaker system to support school meetings and activities, along with a desktop computer, notebooks, storybooks, English-language books, coloring supplies, and clothing for the local community.

What made this day especially meaningful was the warm welcome and active participation of the students. Their smiles, joy, and confidence in taking part in activities with our students created lasting memories and inspired everyone involved.

Beyond providing educational supplies, the program also offered valuable life lessons for our students. Through planning, leading activities, and solving real-world challenges, they learned about teamwork, adaptability, and responsibility—important experiences that will benefit them in the future.

This meaningful program would not have been possible without the generosity and support of our donors, sponsors, students, alumni, and staff. We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your trust and contributions, which have brought smiles, hope, and improved educational opportunities to Cambodian children.
