The សមាគមស្ប៉ា និងសុខុមាលភាពកម្ពុជា Cambodia Spa & Wellness Association has achieved significant progress as a result of the dedication and leadership demonstrated by President Jean-Claude Dhuez and the Cambodia Tourism Federation.

The Cambodia Tourism Federation and the សមាគមស្ប៉ា និងសុខុមាលភាពកម្ពុជា Cambodia Spa & Wellness Association have established standardised processes for hospitality businesses, thereby aligning the industry with ASEAN counterparts. These standards will be implemented through training courses and qualifications, providing Cambodians with a direct pathway to hospitality excellence.

This development positions Cambodia alongside its ASEAN neighbours and highlights the country as a premier tourism destination.

The Cambodia Spa & Wellness Association - CSWA សមាគមស្ប៉ា និងសុខុមាលភាពកម្ពុជា, had its first official meeting for 2026. We reaffirmed the association’s direction to support Spa & Wellness Businesses in Cambodia through training, SOPs, standards, and growth.

The Cambodia Spa & Wellness Association - CSWA សមាគមស្ប៉ា និងសុខុមាលភាពកម្ពុជា has also decided to do another event towards the end of March in Siem Reap (as long as there is no more border conflict).

We plan to host a more interactive event to better understand the core needs of Spa and Wellness businesses in Siem Reap.

The association will share more details about the event in the coming weeks, and we would love for all to join.

Sinet is the Spa Manager of Cholsa Spa Phnom Penh, having opened in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in 2021.

She is dedicated to helping people feel whole again through a holistic wellness approach, and I strive to grow the Spa industry in Cambodia to achieve full international recognition.

Sinet is proud to serve as the Spa Manager of Cholsa Spa and as a Board Member of the Cambodia Spa & Wellness Association, supporting the CSWA's mission to elevate spa standards and accreditations across Cambodia.

The event showcased the significant future growth potential in the business and tourism sectors, and the association will contribute to this over the coming years by highlighting the different standards and brand perceptions of the Spa & Wellness business across Cambodia.

មូលហេតុនៃការលុបចោល៖

១. ការគាំទ្រដល់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាដែលកំពុងឆ្លងកាត់ទុក្ខវេទនា និងការធ្វើទារុណកម្មនៅទីកន្លែងកំណើតរបស់ពួកគេ។ យើងឈរជាសាមគ្គីភាពដើម្បីបង្ហាញការគោរពចំពោះប្រជាជនដែលកំពុងរងទុក្ខវេទនានៅតាមព្រំដែននៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

Urgent Announcement

With deep regret, the Cambodian Spa and Wellness Association will be cancelling the event scheduled for December 12, 2025, and will be postponed with immediate effect until 2026.

Reasons for Cancellation:

1. Support for the Cambodian people who are going through anguish and torment in their home provinces. We stand in solidarity to show our respect for the people who are currently suffering at the borders of Cambodia.

2. Shared Grief and Empathy: Our hearts are with the villagers and families who have been forced to flee from the clashes and are now enduring hardship in temporary camps.

We hope you understand this decision, as we are a Cambodian association under the Ministry of Tourism. Our response must reflect compassion and sensitivity to the national situation.
