We work in partnership with local authorities, churches, NGOs and other development agencies to see strong and financially stable families improving their lives and strengthening poor communities across Cambodia.

យុវជនគំរូក្នុងសហគមន៍
តាមរយៈកម្មវិធីរបស់អង្គការគាំពារភូមិយើង (KPY) យុវជនចំនួន ២៥នាក់ (ស្រី ១៥នាក់) មកពីអនុវិទ្យាល័យគោកគង់កើត បានពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពលើការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយសីលធម៌ សេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងការចូលរួមជាពលរដ្ឋសកម្ម។
ដោយទទួលបានការបំផុសគំនិតពីកម្មវិធី យុវជនទាំងនេះបានដាក់ចេញនូវគោលការណ៍ឥរិយាបថវិជ្ជមាន ដោយបង្ហាញការគោរពដល់លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូ និងចាស់ទុំ ដឹកនាំសកម្មភាពសម្អាតសាលារៀន ចូលរួមចំណែកថែទាំសួនច្បារ ជួយបង្រៀនមិត្តរួមថ្នាក់ដែលខ្សោយ និងហ៊ានបញ្ចេញមតិយោបល់ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឃុំសង្កាត់ជាដើម។
ជាលទ្ធផល យុវជនទាំងអស់បានក្លាយជាគំរូដ៏ល្អក្នុងសហគមន៍ និងសាលារៀនរបស់ពួកគេ ដែលជាការរួមចំណែកបង្កើតបរិយាកាសសិក្សាប្រកបដោយវិន័យ សមធម៌ និងការគោរពគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ព្រមទាំងជំរុញឱ្យមានការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍។
Through Koampia Phum Yoeung’s (KPY) semi-annual youth program, 25 students (15 female) from Kok Kong Kert Secondary School have successfully transitioned into active community agents. By adopting a self-developed code of conduct, these youth have tangibly improved their school environment evidenced by enhanced discipline, student-led environmental clean-ups, and academic peer support. Beyond the classroom, they have demonstrated leadership by contributing to school infrastructure and confidently advocating for youth needs in Commune Development Planning meetings, effectively fostering a culture of integrity and civic engagement.

នៅថ្ងៃច័ន្ទ ១៥កើត ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ អង្គការគាំពារភូមិយើង (KPY) និងអង្គការ NEP មានកិត្តិយសយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដែលបានចូលរួមកិច្ចពិភក្សាដោយផ្ទល់ជាមួយ ឯកឧត្ដមបណ្ឌិត សាន វឌ្ឍនា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិកាក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ស្តីពីដំណើរការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍មូលដ្ឋាន និងការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកហរិញ្ញវត្ថុ ទៅដល់លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងសិស្សានុសិស្ស។ កិច្ចពិភក្សានេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តដោយរលូន និងទទួលបាននូវបទពិសោធន៍ថ្មី ការចែករំលែក ការរៀនសូត្រ និងធាតុចូលដ៍ល្អៗដើម្បីស្ថាប័នយកទៅបន្តអនុវត្តនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធីរបស់ខ្លួន។

On June 29, 2026, Koampia Phum Yoeung Organization (KPY) and NEP were honored to meet with H.E. Dr. SANN Vathana, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, to discuss community development and the implementation of financial literacy education for teachers and students. The meeting was highly productive, providing valuable insights, shared learning, and practical recommendations that will strengthen the organizations' future programs.

ការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវផ្នែកច្បាប់ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិកុមារ
នៅថ្ងៃទី២៣–២៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការគាំពារភូមិយើង (KPY)បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពដល់អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវផ្នែកច្បាប់ (Legal Duty Bearers)
នៅក្នុងសហគមន៍គោលដៅ ស្រុកកំចាយមារ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង។
ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ តំណាងកុមារមកពីសាលាគោលដៅ (ម្ចាស់សិទ្ធិ-Rights Holders) ក៏បានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្ម ដោយចែករំលែកក្តីបារម្ភ ទស្សនៈ និងយោបល់របស់ពួកគេ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសិទ្ធិកុមារ និងគុណភាពអប់រំ។ សំឡេងរបស់កុមារគឺជាចំណុចសំខាន់

Strengthening Legal Duty-Bearers for Better Child Rights Protection
On 23–24 June 2026, KPY successfully conducted a Capacity Building Training for Legal Duty-Bearers in our target communities of Kamchay Mear District, Prey Veng Province.
The training also created a meaningful platform for children (rights-holders) to actively participate by sharing their concerns, experiences, and ideas on child rights and quality education. Their voices are essential in shaping a safer, more inclusive, and child-friendly community.
Together, we are strengthening collaboration between rights-holders and duty-bearers to ensure every child is protected, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential.

KPY sincerely thanks ERIKS for providing the OM-OH training and investing in our growth. This training went beyond knowledge and skills, it inspired us through mentoring, coaching, and the example of strong stewardship. We learned that true partnership is about walking together, learning together, and empowering others to create meaningful and lasting change.
