[Phnom Penh] Afternoon, 30 July 2026 Dr. Hong Lim, President of the Federation of Education Services in Cambodia​​ and CEO of ASEAN GROUP, chaired a Board of Members meeting with the participation of Oknha Dr. Pech Bolen, Chairman of the Advisory Board of FESC, Board of Members, FESC members, and the Secretariat team to review, discuss, and provide recommendations on key draft documents prepared by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.

The meeting focused on reviewing and providing input on three draft guidelines and the Annex of the Public Service List of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport. The discussion aimed to gather comments and recommendations from the private education sector to ensure that these draft documents are comprehensive, practical, and responsive to the realities of implementation while supporting the enhancement of the quality and effectiveness of education services in Cambodia.

The meeting also reaffirmed FESC's strong commitment to working closely with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and relevant stakeholders to contribute to the development of a high-quality, transparent, and sustainable education sector in Cambodia.

ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីបានបន្ថែមថា ក្រសួងបានអភិវឌ្ឍ និងត្រៀមដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធស្នើសុំអាជ្ញាបណ្ណ ឬ លិខិតអនុញ្ញាត តាមរយៈថ្នាលបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មានរួម។ ការដាក់ចេញនូវសេចក្តីណែនាំនេះគឺមានគោលបំណង បង្កើនភាពងាយស្រួលនិងប្រសិទ្ធភាពសម្រាប់ធុរជន វិនិយោគិន ក៏ដូចជាគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងគ្រឹះស្ថានសិក្សាក្នុង ការយល់ដឹងពីរបៀបបំពេញព័ត៌មាន និងការផ្ទុកឡើងឯកសារតម្រូវបានត្រឹមត្រូវ ជៀសវាងការខុសឆ្គងដែល នាំឱ្យខាតបង់ពេលវេលា ព្រមទាំងធានានូវតម្លាភាព ឆាប់រហ័ស អាចតាមដានស្ថានភាពឯកសារបានគ្រប់ ជំហាន និងកំណត់បាននូវស្តង់ដារួមមួយច្បាស់លាស់ ស្របតាមបទប្បញ្ញត្តិជាធរមានផងដែរ។

សហព័ន្ធសេវាអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា នឹងបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការជាមួយក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ វិស័យឯកជន និងគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីរៀបចំ និងអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពសង្គម និងការអប់រំបន្ថែមទៀត សំដៅរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំ អភិវឌ្ឍសក្តានុពលយុវជន និងកសាងធនធានមនុស្សប្រកបដោយគុណភាព សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា។

[Phnom Penh] On the afternoon of 24 July 2026, Dr. Hong Lim, President of the Federation of Education Services in Cambodia and CEO of ASEAN GROUP, led the Board of Members and Secretariat team on a courtesy visit to present a donation of KHR 38,000,000 (Thirty-Eight Million Riel) to H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport. The donation was raised through the generous contributions of sponsors, supporters, and participants of the "Run for Border Children's Education" charity event, which was successfully held on 12 July 2026. The initiative reflects a shared commitment to supporting educational opportunities for children in Cambodia's border communities.

On this occasion, H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister, emphasized that private educational institutions should continue strengthening the quality of education they provide. In particular, newly established private educational institutions must undertake thorough and comprehensive preparations and strictly comply with the requirements and criteria set by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport for the establishment of private educational institutions. This is essential to ensure the quality and sustainability of educational institutions.

H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron further stated that the Ministry has developed and is preparing to launch an online licensing and permit application system through a unified digital platform. The introduction of this system aims to enhance convenience and efficiency for business owners, investors, and educational institution administrators by providing clear guidance on completing application forms and uploading the required documents accurately, thereby minimizing errors that could result in delays. The system will also promote transparency, expedite processing, enable applicants to track the status of their applications at every stage, and establish a clear, standardized procedure in accordance with the applicable regulations.

The Federation of Education Services in Cambodia remains committed to strengthening its collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, relevant institutions, development partners, the private sector, and other stakeholders to implement more educational and social initiatives. Through these collaborative efforts, FESC aims to contribute to improving the quality of education, empowering young people, and developing a skilled and capable workforce for the sustainable development of Cambodia.

A reflection on the memorable moments of the "Run for Border Children's Education" Event

The Run for Border Children's Education event was initiated and organized by Dr. Hong Lim, President of the Federation of Education Services in Cambodia, together with the Board of Members and Advisors. The event was held under the distinguished presidency of H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport. The event was also honored by the presence of H.E. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, H.E. Mrs. Suos Rathavy, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, senior executives of Chip Mong Group, representatives from national and international sports communities, development partners, educators, students, youth, and members of the public.

A total of 2,539 participants (3 km: 1,017 participants, 5 km: 982 participants, 10 km: 540 participants) joined this meaningful charity run in a spirit of unity and generosity to support education for children living in Cambodia's border communities.

លោកបណ្ឌិត​ ហុង​ លីម​ ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធសេវាអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល​ និងទីប្រឹក្សាបានរៀបចំកម្មវិធី «រត់ដើម្បីការអប់រំកុមារព្រំដែន"​ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ជួន ណារ៉ុន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា។ ក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៍អស្ចារ្យនោះ​ មានការចូលរួមពី​ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ លោកជំទាវ សួស រដ្ឋាវី រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងការងារ និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និង​ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ​ និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រុមហ៊ុន ជីប ម៉ុង ព្រមទាំងតំណាងសហគមន៍កីឡាជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ស្ថាប័នអប់រំ សិស្សានុសិស្ស យុវជន និងសាធារណជន សរុបប្រមាណ ២,៥៣៩នាក់ (រយៈចម្ងាយរត់ ៣គម ១០១៧នាក់, រយៈចម្ងាយរត់ ៥គម ៩៨២នាក់ និងរយៈចម្ងាយ ១០គម ៥៤០នាក់) ដែលបានចូលរួមក្នុងស្មារតីសាមគ្គី និងសប្បុរសធម៌។

ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះមានគោលបំណង៖
ទី១. ប្រមូលមូលនិធិ និងថវិកា ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់ការអប់រំកុមារដែលរងផលប៉ះពាល់ដោយសារសង្គ្រាមនៅតាមតំបន់ព្រំដែន ឱ្យទទួលបានឱកាសបន្តការសិក្សា និងអភិវឌ្ឍអនាគតរបស់ពួកគេ។
ទី២. លើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹង និងការចូលរួមរបស់សាធារណជន ក្នុងការគាំទ្រវិស័យអប់រំ និងការងារមនុស្សធម៌ សម្រាប់កុមារកម្ពុជា។
ទី៣. ជំរុញការលេងកីឡា និងការហាត់ប្រាណ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សុខភាពសាធារណៈ និងការរស់នៅប្រកបដោយសុខភាពល្អ។
ទី៤. ពង្រឹងស្មារតីសាមគ្គីភាព កិច្ចសហការ និងការចូលរួមរបស់ស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ ឯកជន និងសាធារណជន ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គមជាតិ។
ទី៥. ចូលរួមផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសការជំរុញចលនាទេសចរណ៍ក្នុង «រដូវកាលបៃតង (Green Season)» ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍។

ក្នុងឱកាសនេះដែរ លោកបណ្ឌិត ហុង លីម ប្រធានសហព័ន្ធសេវាអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះការគាំទ្ររបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ក្រុមហ៊ុន ជីប ម៉ុង គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិអូឡាំពិក កម្ពុជា។ ដៃគូសហការរៀបចំដោយ សាលាតិច ផ្សារទំនើបជីប ម៉ុង ២៧១ មេហ្គាម៉ល, ជីប ម៉ុង លែន, ទឹកពិសារកម្ពុជា, យុវជនស្ម័គ្រចិត្តដើម្បីការអប់រំ និងសហព័ន្ធខ្មែរអត្តពលកម្មស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត។ ដៃគូឧបត្ថម្ភធំ ធនាគារ ឈីហ្វ និងអាស៊ានគ្រុប និងដៃគូសហការឧបត្ថម្ភ ព្រមទាំងអ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ ដែលបានរួមចំណែកធ្វើឱ្យព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះទទួលបានជោគជ័យ និងបានបង្ហាញពីស្មារតីរួបរួមក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំសម្រាប់កុមារកម្ពុជា។ សហព័ន្ធសេវាអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា នឹងបន្តសហការជាមួយក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងវិស័យឯកជន ដើម្បីរៀបចំសកម្មភាពសង្គម និងការអប់រំបន្ថែមទៀត សំដៅលើការកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំ ការអភិវឌ្ឍយុវជន និងការកសាងធនធានមនុស្សប្រកបដោយគុណភាពសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។
