Its main programs are:
1) Education
2) Health
3) Family Environment
4) Community Livelihood. Approaches: Rights-based approaches, Advocacy and Reforms, Networking and Commune Council Partnership

Operational in 9 provinces/city:
currently in Phnom Penh, Kandal, Prey Veng, Koh Kong, Sihanouk, Preah Vihear, Kampong Speu, Uddor Meanchey and Ratanakiry. Over 35,000 community members and almost 20,000 children
