នៅថ្ងៃទី២៧-២៩ ខែឧសភា អង្គការពន្លឺនៃក្តីសង្ឃឹមបានរៀបចំការប្រជុំបណ្ដាញយុវជនថ្នាក់ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង និង ព្រះវិហារនៅការិយាល័យអប់រំស្រុកជ័យសែន ខេត្តព្រះវិហារក្រោមគម្រោងIMPACTរបស់អង្គការ Mission Alliance.

កិច្ចប្រជំុនេះមានគោលបំណង៖
ពិនិត្យមើលសមិទ្ធផលដែលបណ្ដាញសម្រេចបានក្នុងរយៈពេលកន្លងមក និង មេរៀនដែលរៀនសូត្របាន មានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការដឹកនាំដោយយុវជនខ្លួនឯងដើម្បីត្រៀមលក្ខណៈសម្រាប់ក្លាយជាខ្លួនជាម្ចាស់របស់យុវជន ពង្រឹងសក្តានុពលក្រុមយុវជនក្នុងភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ បង្កើតផែនការសកម្មភាពជាក់លាក់សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ ២០២៧ និង យុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររក្សាបណ្តាញអោយនៅរស់រវើកទោះគ្មានការគាំទ្រពីគម្រោង។

ក្រោយពីធ្វើការប្រជំុហើយ លោក ភឿន សួនបាននិយាយថា "ខ្ញុំពិតជាសប្បាយចិត្តណាស់ពេលដែលបានមកចូលរួមប្រជុំបណ្តាញឃើញថាអ្នកស្រុកជ័យសែនមានចិត្តល្អ និងខ្ញុំបានរៀនសូត្រពីការប្រជុំបណ្តាញនេះយកទៅអនុវត្តនៅក្នុងសហគមន៍របស់ខ្ញុំ។"

From 27–29 May, PNKS Organization organized a Provincial Youth Network Meeting for youth representatives from Stung Treng and Preah Vihear provinces at the Chhaeb District Education Office, Preah Vihear Province, under the IMPACT Project supported by Mission Alliance.

The meeting aimed to:
• Review the achievements accomplished by the youth network over the past period and reflect on key lessons learned.
• Strengthen youth-led leadership and prepare young people to take greater ownership of the network in the future.
• Enhance the leadership capacity of youth groups.
• Develop a concrete action plan for 2027.
• Explore strategies to ensure the sustainability and vitality of the youth network beyond project support.

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Phoeun Suon shared his reflection:

"I am very happy to participate in this network meeting. The people of Chhaeb District are very kind, and I have learned many valuable lessons from this network that I can apply in my own community."

From May 19 to 23, all PNKS staff from Stung Treng Province, Preah Vihear Province, and Phnom Penh participated in the Staff Retreat held in Mondulkiri Province. The purpose of the retreat was to build relationships among staff, foster a creative atmosphere, and celebrate the annual achievements. The staff engaged in a variety of activities, including Board evaluation, Bible worship, reviewing policies, reflecting on organizational strategy, celebrating annual achievements, and playing games to foster team building. The staff had a wonderful time together and will be looking forward to next year!

បុគ្គលិក PNKS បានចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរយៈពេល ៤ថ្ងៃ ស្តីពី សមភាពយេនឌ័រ ពិការភាព និងបរិយាបន្នសង្គម (GEDSI) នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះបានពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹងសំខាន់ៗ និងជំនាញអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង ដើម្បីបញ្ចូល GEDSI ទៅក្នុងការងារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ឲ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងធានាបាននូវលទ្ធផលដែលមានបរិយាបន្ន និងសមភាព។ វាក៏បានជួយបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពរបស់យើងក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ដែលមានបរិយាបន្ន សមភាព និងនិរន្តរភាព។

PNKS staff recently participated in a 4-day GEDSI (Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion) training in Siem Reap. The training strengthened key knowledge and practical skills to better integrate GEDSI into development work, ensuring more inclusive and equitable outcomes. It enhances our capacity to promote inclusive, equitable, and sustainable community development. During the four-day training, the staff learns and understands what GEDSI is, what the barriers are, and the power dynamic at play and how to conduct GEDSI assessment at the community level, what kind of tools and methods need to be used.

Happy International Women’s Day!🌸PNKS organized an event to celebrate the 115th Anniversary of International Women’s Day (8 March 2026) on 5 March in Padevath Village, Preah Vihear Province, under the Somleng Prey Lang. The purpose of the event was to commemorate the struggles for women’s rights and freedoms, reflect on progress and achievements, discuss existing challenges and opportunities, and demonstrate commitment and positive actions toward promoting gender equality and empowering all women and girls.

Our morning began with worship and quiet reflection, but what followed was a powerful reminder of why this work matters. We had the privilege of accompanying 8 donors and participants from Baptist World Aid to two targeted area communities in Borey O'svay, Stung Treng to witness three powerful stories of change in 24th February. At Kaoh Chheu Teal Thom Primary School, our visitors met a dedicated female principal and teacher who have committed themselves to serving children in a remote community far from home, where even the local language is different. Their dedication deeply moved us. Sitting with Grade 4 students, listening to them sharing their dreams for the future, we were reminded that education is more than lessons; it is hope. We visited an elderly woman farmer whose life has gradually transformed after joining the TBCD project. She shared her daily routine, her struggles, and how she now passes her knowledge on to others in her village. Her resilience and generosity reflect the true spirit of community empowerment. In Koh Kei village, we met an inspiring TfC (Together for Community) youth group who are working together to solve challenges in their community, including supporting people with disabilities. Their unity, leadership, and willingness to share knowledge show that young people are not just beneficiaries, they are changemakers.
It was a day filled with courage, commitment, and connection. Even in moments of tiredness and illness, gratitude and hope carried us through.
