នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី០៧ ខែ មេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ច បានប្រារព្ធពិធីបើកជាផ្លូវការនូវកម្មវិធី RULE សង្ក្រាន្ត ២០២៦ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ ឯកឧត្តមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យបណ្ឌិត លុយ ចណ្ណា សាកលវិទ្យាធិការ។ អង្គពិធីបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅយ៉ាងមហោឡារិក រួមមានកិច្ចពិធីសាសនា ចម្រើនព្រះបរិត្ត និងរាប់បាត ដើម្បីបួងសួងសុំសិរីសួស្ដី។ បន្ទាប់មក គណៈអធិបតី និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយស បានអញ្ជើញទស្សនាទស្សនីយភាពរបាំបួងសួង របាំត្រុដិ និងបានចូលរួមលេងល្បែងប្រជាប្រិយខ្មែរយ៉ាងស្និទ្ធស្នាល ព្រមទាំងបានអញ្ជើញទស្សនាតាមស្ដង់ពិព័រណ៍ផលិតផល និងអាហារសម្រន់ជាច្រើនក្នុងបរិវេណសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ។

On Tuesday morning, April 7th, 2026, the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) officially inaugurated the "RULE Songkran 2026". The ceremony, presided over by H.E. Prof. Dr. Luy Channa, Rector of RULE, featured traditional religious blessings and alms offering. The leadership and distinguished guests enjoyed cultural performances, participated in traditional Khmer games, and visited various exhibition and food stalls throughout the campus.
