សណ្ឋាគារ Poulo Wai៖ ថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១៣កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការសម្ព័ន្ធភាពដៃគូដើម្បីការអភិវឌ្ឍតាមបែបប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ (សម្ព័ន្ធភាព​ CPDD) បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំឆ្នាំ 2025 ដោយបានប្រមូលផ្តុំអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណ 85 នាក់ រួមទាំងអង្គការសមាជិក CPDD និងបុគ្គលិកលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន។

សន្និបាតនេះបានផ្តល់នូវលំហសម្រាប់ការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង ការសន្ទនា និងការធ្វើផែនការជាសមូហភាពក្នុងចំណោមសមាជិក។ ដោយស្ថិតក្នុងបរិបទនៃការវិវត្តអាទិភាពជាតិ កំណែទម្រង់វិមជ្ឈការ និងការថយចុះនៃការផ្តល់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានពីខាងក្រៅ ការប្រមូលផ្តុំនេះបានផ្តោតលើការពង្រឹងអភិបាលកិច្ច ការកែលម្អការសម្របសម្រួល និងការពង្រឹងភាពធន់របស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល។ អ្នកចូលរួមបានពិនិត្យសមិទ្ធិផលសំខាន់ៗរបស់ CPDD ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ចែករំលែកមេរៀន និងពិភាក្សាអំពីទិសដៅអាទិភាពសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ ហើយក៏បានស្វែងយល់ពីអភិបាលកិច្ច និងគណនេយ្យភាពរបស់សម្ព័ន្ធ ខណៈពេលកំពុងគូសផែនទីជំនាញ និងធនធានរបស់សមាជិក ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមរួមគ្នាកាន់តែរឹងមាំ។ សន្និបាតបានបញ្ចប់ដោយការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរួមគ្នា ដើម្បីតម្រឹមកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង និងពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ដែលរួមចំណែកដល់តួនាទីបន្តរបស់ CPDD ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ និងការចូលរួមប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ននៅកម្ពុជា។

CPDD 22nd Annual Congress

Poulo Wai Hotel: On March 30, 2026, the Coalition for Partnership in Democratic Development (CPDD) held its Annual Learning and Congress 2025, bringing together around 85 participants, including CPDD member organizations and Secretariat staff.

The event provided a space for reflection, dialogue, and collective planning among members. Held in a context of evolving national priorities, decentralization reforms, and declining external funding, the gathering focused on strengthening governance, improving coordination, and enhancing the resilience of civil society organizations. Participants reviewed CPDD’s key achievements in 2025, shared lessons learned, and discussed priority directions for 2026. Discussions also explored coalition governance and accountability, while mapping members’ expertise and resources to support stronger collaboration and joint initiatives. The event concluded with a shared commitment to align efforts and reinforce cooperation, contributing to CPDD’s continued role in promoting democratic development and inclusive participation in Cambodia.

Policy Dialogue on Decentralised domestic resource mobilisation for Strengthening CRVS in Cambodia

Cambodiana Hotel: March 16th 2026, the Coalition for Partnership in Democratic Development (CPDD) organized a Policy Dialogue on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics with the participation of NASLA, ASAC, MEF, GDI, civil society organizations, and development partners.

The dialogue aims to strengthen collaboration between government institutions, development partners, and civil society in promoting sustainable financing for the implementation of the Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (CRVS) system at the sub-national level in Cambodia, focusing on reviewing progress and existing challenges, discussing policies and mechanisms to ensure financial sustainability, including the implementation of inter-ministerial circulars and the preparation of national principles related to the budget, as well as setting practical plans to strengthen decentralization, mobilize local resources, and partnerships to support the effective and sustainable implementation of CRVS in the future.
