នៅថ្ងៃទី 21 ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ 2026 ក្លឹប Rotaract Club of Phnom Penh Central (RACPPC) បានរៀបចំ និងអនុវត្តគម្រោង Foodbank ក្នុងគោលបំណងបន្តស្មារតីនៃការបម្រើសហគមន៍ និងចែករំលែកក្តីស្រឡាញ់ទៅកាន់អ្នកដែលត្រូវការជំនួយ។

ក្រោមស្មារតី Service Above Self សមាជិករបស់យើងបានរួមកម្លាំងគ្នា ចាប់តាំងពីការរៀបចំ ការចម្អិនអាហារ រហូតដល់ការចែកជូន ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យគម្រោងនេះក្លាយជាសកម្មភាពដ៏មានអត្ថន័យ និងរួមចំណែកបង្កើតផលវិជ្ជមានដល់សហគមន៍។

On 21 August 2026, the Rotaract Club of Phnom Penh Central (RACPPC) successfully organized and carried out our Foodbank Project as part of our continued commitment to serving the community and sharing care and compassion with those in need.

Guided by the spirit of Service Above Self, our members worked together throughout the project—from preparation and cooking to distributing meals—to turn our shared commitment into meaningful action and create a positive impact in our community.

A heartfelt thank you to all our members and supporters who generously contributed their time, effort, and support to make our Foodbank Project a success. 💙

On Wednesday evening, 12 August 2026, P. Sovanary, CP. Mengkheng, and members of the Rotaract Club of Phnom Penh Central, together with members from other Rotary Clubs, attended the 16th Regular Meeting of the Rotary Club of Phnom Penh Daun Penh.

The meeting was honored by the presence of:

• CP. Youngsoo, President of the Rotary Club of Phnom Penh Daun Penh, led the meeting.

• H.E. LY Chantola, Secretary of State of the Office of the Council of Ministers, and Deputy Chairman and Secretary-General of the Legal Reform Committee (LRC)

• Neak Oknha Ung Lyheng, Chairman of the Rotary International Foundation in Cambodia

• AG PP. Vichet delivered a brief presentation and shared valuable insights about Rotary.

The evening provided a valuable opportunity to learn, exchange ideas, strengthen fellowship, and build closer collaboration within the Rotary family.

Rotaract Club of Phnom Penh Central Participates in the Official Meeting with RI Director Jennifer A. Scott & Andrew Best
Phnom Penh, Cambodia | 6 August 2026
The Rotaract Club of Phnom Penh Central, led by President Mrs. LY Sovannary, together with our sponsoring club, the Rotary Club of Phnom Penh Central, the Rotary Club of Phnom Penh Capital-柬埔寨金邊首都扶輪社, Rotarians, and fellow Rotaractors, was honored to participate in the official meeting with Jennifer A. Scott, Rotary International Director and Special Representative of the Rotary International President, alongside Andrew Best, Membership Growth & Experience Lead for Asia Pacific, during an official meeting held from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Star City Center.
This meaningful meeting provided valuable insights, strategic guidance, and an inspiring vision for the continued development of both Rotary and Rotaract in Cambodia, particularly on Cambodia’s long-term vision and preparations toward establishing its own Rotary District. It also served as an important opportunity to strengthen leadership, foster friendship, promote membership growth, and exchange ideas and best practices among Rotary and Rotaract leaders across the country.
On behalf of the Rotaract Club of Phnom Penh Central, we sincerely thank Jennifer A. Scott and Andrew Best for their inspiring leadership, unwavering support, and valuable guidance. នៅថ្ងៃអង្គារ ទី៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រ៉ូតថារ៉ាក់ក្លឹបភ្នំពេញសេនត្រល បានរៀបចំពិធីគោះជួងលើកទី១ ដើម្បីអបអរសាទរការចាប់ផ្តើមអាណត្តិជាប្រធានក្លឹបរបស់លោកស្រី លី សុវណ្ណារី (P. Sovanary) សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំរ៉ូតថារី ២០២៦–២០២៧ ព្រមទាំងកិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំក្លឹបលើកទី១៤២។

🔔 First Bell Ring Ceremony and 142nd Regular Meeting

On Tuesday, 4 August 2026, the Rotaract Club of Phnom Penh Central proudly held its First Bell Ring Ceremony to celebrate the beginning of P. Sovanary’s presidential term for the 2026–2027 Rotary Year, together with the club’s 142nd Regular Meeting.

The event was held in a warm and joyful atmosphere and was honoured by the presence of representatives from our parental clubs:

• Rotary Club of Phnom Penh Central
• Cambodia Rotary Club of Phnom Penh Capital 柬埔寨金邊首都扶輪社

We were also delighted to welcome representatives from fellow Rotary and Rotaract clubs, along with many distinguished guests.

The meeting began with welcoming remarks from P. Sovanary, CP. Jacky, P.Sambo P. Annie, and P. Youngsoo.

P. Sovanary then presented the club’s upcoming projects, meeting schedule, and annual action plan for the 2026–2027 Rotary Year.

To make the event even more meaningful, CP. Jacky delivered an inspiring session, sharing valuable knowledge and experiences that encouraged members to continue serving their communities. As a token of appreciation, P. Sovanary presented a souvenir to CP. Jacky for his meaningful and insightful sharing and to CP.Yuan for his professional translation to CP.Jacky.

Members also officially received their Rotaract Pins and the 2026–2027 Rotary Year Theme Pin, “Create Lasting Impact.”

The memorable evening concluded with a group photo session and dinner together.
