អង្គការលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពជីវិត (WELL) បានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំង និងការធ្វើផែនការបន្ត សម្រាប់គម្រោងផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពី ការលើកកម្ពស់ការងារសមរម្យ ប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន និងសុខុមាលភាពដល់កម្មករនិយោជិត ជាពិសេសកម្មការិនី នៅក្នុងវិស័យវាយនភណ្ឌ និងកាត់ដេរនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលរៀបចំដោយអង្គការCARE Cambodia កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែ សីហា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ នៅខេត្តកំពត។

Wellbeing Advancement Organization (WELL) participated in a reflection and planning meeting for the project on promoting decent, inclusive work and wellbeing for workers, particularly women workers, in Cambodia’s textile and garment sector. The meeting was organized by CARE Cambodia on August 19, 2026, in Kampot Province.

កម្មវិធីយុទ្ធនាការអប់រំតាមសហគមន៍ (CBE) លើកទី១!

កាលពីថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការវែលបានចូលរួមក្នុង «យុទ្ធនាការអប់រំតាមសហគមន៍ (CBE)» ដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

វាជាឱកាសដ៏ពិសេសមួយដែល អង្គការលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពជីវិត (WELL) បានចូលរួមបង្ហាញតាំងស្តង់ព័ត៌មាន ដើម្បីចែករំលែក និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយអំពីកម្មវិធីរបស់អង្គការវែល ព្រមទាំងឱកាសផ្សេងៗរបស់អង្គការ ជូនដល់បងប្អូនសហគមន៍ កម្មករ/កម្មការនី និងអ្នកចូលរួមយ៉ាងច្រើនកុះករ។

វែលសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់ ក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី (MoWA), អង្គការឃែរកម្ពុជា (CARE Cambodia), អង្គការ GIZ ព្រមទាំងដៃគូសហការទាំងអស់ សម្រាប់ការរៀបចំកម្មវិធីដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ និងបានផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យអង្គការ WELL ចូលរួមបង្ហាញតាំងស្តង់ព័ត៌មាន (Information Booth) នាឱកាសនោះ។ 🙏💝

Community-Based Education (CBE) Campaign | Phnom Penh

On Sunday, August 16, 2026, WELL participated in the Community-Based Education (CBE) Campaign held in Phnom Penh. It was a wonderful opportunity for the Wellbeing Advancement Organization (WELL) to showcase our booth, providing information and sharing our programs with community members, factory workers, and participants.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Ministry of Women's Affairs (MoWA), CARE Cambodia, GIZ, and all partner organizations for organizing this impactful campaign and providing us with an information booth to connect with the community. 🙏💝

សម្រាប់មនុស្សម្នាក់ៗ ផ្លូវបន្ទាប់អាចនឹងខុសៗគ្នា។ អ្នកខ្លះមានផែនការ អ្នកខ្លះកំពុងស្ទាក់ស្ទើរ ហើយអ្នកខ្លះទៀតកំពុងព្យាយាមរកឱកាសសម្រាប់ខ្លួនឯង។

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី ១២ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅនេះ អង្គការលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពជីវិត (WELL) បានចូលរួមក្នុង «កម្មវិធីជួបជុំ និងឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងជាមួយដៃគូអនុវត្តគម្រោងបណ្ណជំនាញ» យ៉ាងមានអត្ថន័យ នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប។

នៅក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោក គឹម ឡាន តំណាងឱ្យអង្គការ WELL បានចែករំលែកពីសមិទ្ធផល និងលទ្ធផលគួរឱ្យមោទនៈរបស់អង្គការ រួមមាន៖
ការបញ្ចប់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល៖ បានបញ្ចប់ដោយជោគជ័យនូវវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសរុបចំនួន ៦០ ថ្នាក់ (ក្នុងនោះរួមមាន៖ ថ្នាក់សហគ្រិនភាពប្រកបដោយសុខុមាលភាព ចំនួន ២០ ថ្នាក់, ថ្នាក់ជំនាញ និងសុវត្ថិភាពឌីជីថលសម្រាប់អាជីវកម្មខ្នាតមីក្រូ ចំនួន ២០ ថ្នាក់ និងថ្នាក់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសម្រាប់អាជីវកម្មខ្នាតមីក្រូ ចំនួន ២០ ថ្នាក់)។
ចំនួនសិក្ខាកាមចុះឈ្មោះសរុប៖ ២,៣០៦ នាក់។
សិក្ខាកាមបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សា៖ ២,២០៨ នាក់ (ស្មើនឹង ៩៥.៧៥% ក្នុងនោះ ៦៤.៦៧% ជាស្ត្រី)។

🙏💝 អង្គការ WELL សូមសម្តែងនូវការដឹងគុណ និងអរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះដៃគូសហការ និងគ្រូបង្គោលទាំងអស់ ដែលបានខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង និងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការអនុវត្តគម្រោងនេះឱ្យទទួលបានជោគជ័យ។

On July 12, 2026, WELL meaningfully participated in the "Gathering and Reflection Workshop with Skill Voucher Project Implementation Partners" in Siem Reap province.

On that occasion, Mr. Kim Lan, representing WELL Organization, shared the organization’s proud achievements and results, including:
Training Course Completion: Successfully completed a total of 60 classes (including 20 classes on Wellbeing Entrepreneurship, 20 classes on Digital Skills and Safety for Micro-businesses, and 20 classes on Financial Management for Micro-businesses).
Total Enrolled Trainees: 2,306 people.
Graduated Trainees: 2,208 people, equivalent to 95.75% (of which 64.67% are women).

🙏💝 WELL Organization would like to express our deepest gratitude and appreciation to all collaborating partners and master trainers for their hard work and active contribution to making this project a great success.

សកម្មភាពសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន ការស្វែងយល់ពីតម្រូវការរបស់អង្គការសមាជិក ការចែករំលែក និងធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពលើស្ថានភាពសិទ្ធិស្ត្រី និងក្មេងស្រីតាមតំបន់គោលដៅ និងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាតាមក្រុមស្តីពីផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តគៀងគរមតិសម្រាប់កិច្ចការងារតាមដានការអនុវត្តអនុសញ្ញាស៊ី-ដ ការស្នើវិសោធនកម្មច្បាប់ស្តីពីការទប់ស្កាត់អំពើហឹង្សាក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងការការពារជនរងគ្រោះ និងពិធីសារបន្ថែម។

On July 08, 2026, WELL organization team attended the "2nd Quarter Member Meeting and Training on Needs Assessment" organized by the NGO-CEDAW at the Anik Hotel in Phnom Penh.

Key activities included:
Understanding the needs of member organizations.
Sharing and updating the status of women's and girls' rights across target areas.
Group discussions on strategic advocacy plans for monitoring the implementation of the CEDAW convention, proposing amendments to the Law on the Prevention of Domestic Violence and the Protection of Victims (DV Law), and its optional protocol.

🎯 This program is held with the purpose of highlighting achievements, inspiring, and empowering women and female garment workers in the textile sector in Cambodia.

🏡 Location: At the WE House center.

Key activities include showcasing WE House's 5 years of achievements, sharing transformational stories from trainees of the WELL-Leadership Program for Women Workers (2023-2025), a panel discussion with speakers on the topic "Turning Challenges into Opportunities," talent performances, the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between WE House and new strategic partners, and mapping out the future needs and support for female garment workers.
