The journey begins—breaking ground for Prekyang School, where futures will be built. This project has been made possible through the initiatives of H.E. Lt. General Chau Phirith, former Director General of the General Department of Materials and Techniques, Ministry of National Defense, Royal Government of Cambodia. It is a project of the Sao Sary Foundation, with the main sponsorship provided by the Lions Club of Ampang, Malaysia.
