The ASEAN Youth Fellowship (AYF) returns for its 8th edition, bringing together outstanding young professionals aged 27 to 35 from across the region.

As a premier regional leadership development programme, AYF offers a unique platform for emerging leaders to deepen their perspectives, build meaningful connections, and collaborate on addressing shared challenges within ASEAN.

Participants will engage in dialogues with senior policymakers and thought leaders, take part in exclusive learning journeys, and connect with a diverse network of peers across sectors. Through these experiences, Fellows will:

✅ Gain insights through immersive, real-world learning experiences
✅ Build strong networks with youth leaders across ASEAN
✅ Explore opportunities to drive impact beyond borders

The programme will take place from 13 to 20 November 2026, beginning in Singapore and continuing in the Philippines.

Applications for Siklab’s AI for Asia Fellowship 2025: “Unlocking Asia’s Future: Learn, Lead, and Innovate with AI” are still open.

deadline for applications - October 3, 2025

This pioneering program brings together 55 outstanding youth fellows from ASEAN and Timor-Leste to build skills, knowledge, and leadership capacities in AI, digital transformation, and the future of work.

Please see the following eligibility criteria for applicants:
-Youth aged 18–30 years old
-Citizen of an ASEAN member state or Timor-Leste
-Founders/Advocates with demonstrated interest in AI, digital transformation, or innovation
-Emerging leader, innovator, or professional with potential to contribute to inclusive development
-Able to commit fully to the 6-week fellowship cycle from October 18 – November 29, 2025
