នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ទី៣០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម២រូប រស់នៅក្នុងភូមិបាក់នឹម ឃុំច្រេស ស្រុកជុំគិរី ខេត្តកំពត បានអញ្ជើញមកទស្សនកិច្ចនៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសះស្បើយសហគមន៍បាក់នឹម។ សកម្មភាពទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ គឺក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីផ្តល់ឱកាសឱ្យអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ជីវិត ដែលគាត់ធ្លាប់បានឆ្លងកាត់ក្នុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហមអំឡុឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៩ ព្រមទាំងការស្វែងយល់ស្តីពីការថែទាំសុខភាពរាងកាយនិងសុខភាពផ្លូវចិត្ត ដើម្បីជម្រុញនិងលើកកម្ពស់សុខុមាលភាពរបស់គាត់។
ក្នុងពេលទស្សនកិច្ច អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហមបានចែករំលែកនូវរឿងរ៉ាវផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដែលគាត់នៅតែចងចាំមិនភ្លេចពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហមសម្រាប់ក្រុមការងារមជ្ឈមណ្ឌល។ បន្ទាប់មក ក្រុមការងារបានជួយអាននិងពន្យល់អំពីការថែទាំសុខភាព តាមរយៈកូនសៀវភៅស្តីពីការថែទាំសុខភាពអ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម ដែលបានរៀបចំចងក្រងដោយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលឯកសារកម្ពុជាក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣។ កូនសៀវភៅនេះ បានផ្តល់នូវចំណេះដឹងបន្ថែមស្តីពីការថែទាំសុខភាពរាងកាយនិងសុខភាពផ្លូវចិត្ត ការកាត់បន្ថយភាពតានតឹងក្នុងចិត្ត ការបង្ការជំងឺរ៉ាំរ៉ៃ និងការរស់នៅប្រកបដោយសុខភាពល្អ។ ការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងការរំលឹកអំពីរឿងអតីតកាលក្នុងបរិយាកាសនេះ គឺជាជំនួយស្មារតីជូនដល់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម ឲ្យមានអារម្មណ៍បានធូស្បើយដើម្បីជួយស្តានិងពង្រឹងសុខភាពផ្លូវចិត្តរបស់គាត់ទៀតផង។
អ្នកចូលរួមទស្សនកិច្ចទាំងពីររូបមានឈ្មោះ លោកតា ង៉ែត យ៉ន អាយុ៨១ឆ្នាំ មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិតាព្រំ ឃុំមានជ័យ ស្រុកឈូក ខេត្តកំពត បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះរស់នៅភូមិបាក់នឹម ឃុំច្រេស ស្រុកជុំគិរី ខេត្តកំពត។ លោកយាយ គឹម ម៉ើ អាយុ៧៤ឆ្នាំ មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិតាព្រំ ឃុំមានជ័យ ស្រុកឈូក ខេត្តកំពត។ លោកយាយ បានមករស់នៅភូមិបាក់នឹម ឃុំច្រេស ស្រុកជុំគិរី ខេត្តកំពត នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៨៥។
គាត់ទាំងពីររូបបានឆ្លងកាត់នូវបទពិសោធន៍ជីវិតដ៏លំបាកវេទនាក្នុងអំឡុងរបបខ្មែរក្រហម(១៩៧៥–១៩៧៩) ហើយបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ គាត់កំពុងប្រឈមនឹងបញ្ហាសុខភាពដែលបានប៉ះពាល់ដល់ការរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃទៀតផង។
លោកតា ង៉ែត យ៉ន បានឱ្យដឹងថា បច្ចុប្បន្នគាត់មានជំងឺរមាស់ស្បែក ជំងឺថ្លង់ត្រចៀក ជំងឺលើសឈាម និងជំងឺសន្លាក់ដៃនិងជើង។ ចំណែកលោកយាយ គឹម ម៉ើ មានជំងឺលើសឈាម និងជំងឺសន្លាក់ដៃនិងជើង។ គាតទាំងពីររូប បានរៀបរាប់ថា៖ បញ្ហាសុខភាពរបស់គាត់ទាំងពីរ គឺបានកើតឡើងដោយសារតែវ័យចាស់ជរា។ គាត់តែងតែទៅពិនិត្យនិងទទួលការព្យាបាលជំងឺលើសឈាម ជាប្រចាំនៅមណ្ឌលសុខភាពនិងមន្ទីរពេទ្យឯកជនក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន។
ក្រោយបញ្ចប់ទស្សនកិច្ច លោកតា ង៉ែត យ៉ន និង លោកយាយ គឹម ម៉ើ បានសម្តែងការពេញចិត្តយ៉ាងក្រៃលែងចំពោះសកម្មភាពរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសះស្បើយសហគមន៍បាក់នឹម ដែលបានផ្តល់ឳកាសសម្រាប់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតបានមកជួបជុំគ្នានៅទីនេះ ដើម្បីបានចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ជីវិតក្នុងអតីតកាលរបស់ខ្លួនទៅវិញទៅមក ជាពិសេសគឺទទួលបាននូវការយល់ដឹងបន្ថែមស្តីពីការថែទាំសុខភាពសម្រាប់ការរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។ គាត់ទាំងពីររូបសង្ឃឹមថា៖ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនឹងបន្តរៀបចំសកម្មភាពបែបនេះ ជាប្រចាំដើម្បីសម្រាប់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហមក្នុងសហគមន៍ភូមិបាក់នឹម បានមកជួបជុំគ្នាក្នុងការចូលរួមចែករំលែកនូវបទរឿងរ៉ាវនិងពិសោធន៍ជីវិតក្នុងអតីតកាលជូនគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ដើម្បីជួយជម្រុញនិងលើស្ទួយការថែទាំសុខភាពសុខភាពផ្លូវកាយនិងផ្លូវចិត្តសម្រាប់អ្នករស់រានមានជីវិតពីរបបខ្មែរក្រហម៕

Khmer Rouge Survivors Visited Bak Nim Community Healing Center

On the afternoon of Thursday, July 30, 2026, two Khmer Rouge survivors who are living at Bak Nim Village, Chres Commune, Chum Kiri District, Kampot Province, visited the Bak Nim Community Healing Center. The visit impact aimed to provide former Khmer Rouge survivors with an opportunity to share their life experiences during the Khmer Rouge regime (1975–1979) and additionally learn about physical and mental health care to promote and enhance their overall well-beings in the community.
During the visit, the survivors shared unforgettable personal stories from the Khmer Rouge's time with the Center's staff. After that time, the team assisted in reading and explaining health care guidance using a booklet titled Health Care for Khmer Rouge survivors which established by the Documentation Center of Cambodia (DC-Cam) in 2023. The booklet provides additional knowledge on physical and mental health care, stress reduction, chronic disease prevention, and healthy living. Sharing experiences and recalling the past in this supportive environment serves as psychological relief for the survivors, helping to restore and strengthen their mental health.
The two survivors as below:
Grandfather Nget Yan, 81 years old, was born in Taprum Village, Meanchey Commune, Chhouk District, Kampot Province. He currently lives at Bak Nim Village, Chres Commune, Chum Kiri District, Kampot Province.
Grandmother Kim Mae, 74 years old, was born in Taprum Village, Meanchey Commune, Chhouk District, Kampot Province. She relocated to live in Bak Nim Village, Chres Commune, Chum Kiri District, Kampot Province in 1985.
Both survivors endured severe hardships during the Khmer Rouge regime (1975–1979) and currently face health challenges that affect their daily lives.
Grandfather Nget Yan shared that he presently suffers from skin rashes, hearing loss, high blood pressure, and joint pain in his hands and feet. Meanwhile, Grandmother Kim Mae suffers from high blood pressure and joint pain in her hands and feet. Both mentioned that their health issues stem from old age. They regularly have check-up and receives treatment for high blood pressure at local health centers and private clinic.
At the conclusion of the visit, Nget Yan and Kim Mae expressed their deep gratitude for the activities organized by the Bak Nim Community Healing Center. They really appreciated the opportunity for former survivors to gather, share their past life experiences, and, importantly, gain a better understanding of health care for daily life. They strongly hope that the Center will continue to organize such regular events for Khmer Rouge survivors in the Bak Nim village community to meet, share stories, and support both physical and mental health care for Khmer Rouge's survivors.
