អង្គការ COFAP បានរៀបចំពិធីអបអរសាទរ ទិវាគ្រូបង្រៀនពិភពលោកលើកទី២៩ នៅថ្ងៃទី៣ -៥ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅកម្រងអង្គឃ្លាំ កម្រងស្ពឺ និងកម្រងក្តីដូង ដើម្បីសម្តែងការគោរព និងការដឹងគុណចំពោះលោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ ដែលបានលះបង់កម្លាំងកាយចិត្ត និងចំណេះដឹងក្នុងការអប់រំ និងកសាងអនាគតរបស់កុមារ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះ COFAP បានលើកសារៈសំខាន់នៃប្រធានបទ «គ្រូបង្រៀនជាសរសរស្តម្ភនៃគរុកោសល្យទំនើប ដើម្បីកសាងធនធានមនុស្សសតវត្សទី២១» ដោយផ្តោតលើការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពគ្រូ ការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល ការអប់រំបំណិនជីវិតតាមមូលដ្ឋាន និងការផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រដល់សិស្សដែលមានការលំបាកក្នុងការរៀន។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះក៏បានអំពាវនាវឱ្យសាលារៀន អាណាព្យាបាល សហគមន៍ អាជ្ញាធរ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ បន្តសហការគ្នាដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាព និងសមធម៌នៃការអប់រំ និងធានាឱ្យកុមារគ្រប់រូបទទួលបានឱកាសរៀនសូត្រដែលមានគុណភាព។

COFAP organized celebrations for the 29th World Teachers' Day from October 3 to 5, 2026, in the AngKhlam, Speu, and Kdei Doung clusters to express respect and gratitude to teachers who have dedicated their energy and knowledge to educating children and building their futures. On this occasion, COFAP highlighted the theme "Teachers as Pillars of Modern Pedagogy for Building 21st-Century Human Resources," focusing on teacher capacity building, the use of digital technology, community-based life skills education, and support for students facing learning difficulties. The event also called upon schools, guardians, communities, authorities, and all stakeholders to continue collaborating to enhance the quality and equity of education and to ensure that every child has access to quality learning opportunities.

ថ្ងៃទី២ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការសហប្រតិបត្តិការដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្រ(កូហ្វាព) អង្គការកូដិច និងអង្គការហូម ក្រោមកម្មវិធិធីសិទ្ធិមូលដ្ឋាន និងគម្រោងជំរើសដឹកនាំដោយស្ត្រីដើម្បីបន្សុំានឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលផ្តល់មូលនិធិដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលីតាមរយៈកម្មវិធីសហប្រតិបត្តិការអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលី និងគំាទ្រដោយអង្គការអាក់សិនអេតកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំវេទិកាសាធារណៈ ពីការបែងចែក និងប្រើប្រាស់ថវិកាឃុំ/សង្កាត់ ឆ្លើយតបនឹងយេនឌ័រ សេវាសង្គម អនាម័យ បរិស្ថាន និងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្ត មន្ទីរ និងអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន គណៈកម្មាធិការកិច្ចការស្ត្រី និងកុមារ មណ្ឌលសុខភាព សាលារៀន ស្ត្រីឆ្នើម យុវជន សហគមន៍ និងអង្គការជាតិ-អន្តរជាតិ ប្រមាណ ១០០ នាក់។ វេទិកានេះមានគោលបំណងចំបងៗចំនួន៣គឺ៖

២.ចែករំលែកពីបទពិសោធន៍នៃ កាវិភាជថវិកា ការប្រើប្រាស់ថវិកាឃុំ/សង្កាត់ ដែលមានតម្លាភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាពនិងឆ្លើយតបតាមតម្រូវការដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាពិសេសជនងាយរងគ្រោះស្រ្តី ស្រ្តីមានផ្ទៃពោះ កុមារ មនុស្សចាស់ ជនមានពិការភាព និងគ្រួសារក្រីក្រ និងអ្នកនៅតាមតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាល។
៣.ផ្សព្វផ្សាយចែករំលែក ពីយន្តការរបស់ឃុំ/សង្កាត់ ក្នុងការជម្រុញអោយមាន ការផ្តល់សេវាសាធារណៈឆ្លើយតបនឹងយេនឌ័រ។
កម្មវិធីក៏មានការចែករំលែកលទ្ធផល និងអនុសាសន៍ពីការស្រាវជ្រាវស្តីពីការប្រើប្រាស់មូលនិធិឃុំ/សង្កាត់ក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបនឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ និងការចូលរួមរបស់ស្ត្រីក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការថវិកា ព្រមទាំងវេទិកាតុមូលក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សារៈសំខាន់នៃការចូលរួមរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងការរៀបចំ ពិនិត្យ និងតាមដានថវិកាឃុំ/សង្កាត់ លើសេវាសង្គម អនាម័យ បរិស្ថាន និងបរិយាបន្ន»។

Public Forum on Commune/Sangkat Budget Allocation and Response to Gender, Social Services, Sanitation, Environment, and Climate Change

On 2 October 2026, COFAP, CODEC, and HOM, under the Local Rights Program (LRP) and Women-led Alternatives to Climate Change in Cambodia (WLACC), funded by the Australian Government through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP) and supported by ActionAid Cambodia., organized a public forum on Commune/Sangkat Budget Allocation and Response to Gender, Social Services, Sanitation, Environment, and Climate Change. The event was attended by approximately 100 participants, including representatives from the provincial council, Department of Planning and Investment, local authorities, Department of Women's Affairs, Committees for Women and Children, health centers, schools, women's champion network, youth, communities, police administration, and national and international organizations. The forum had three main objectives:
1)Raise public awareness regarding the roles of sub-national authorities and their coordination concerning Commune/Sangkat funds for gender responsiveness, social services, sanitation, and the environment.
2)Sharing experiences regarding the transparent and accountable allocation and utilization of commune/sangkat budgets that respond to the needs of citizens—particularly vulnerable groups such as women, pregnant women, children, the elderly, persons with disabilities, poor families, and those living in remote areas.
3)Disseminate information regarding Commune/Sangkat mechanisms to promote the delivery of gender-responsive public services.
The event also featured the sharing of research findings and recommendations regarding the use of Commune/Sangkat funds for climate change response and women's participation in budget planning, as well as a roundtable discussion on the topic: "The Importance of Citizen Participation in the Preparation, Review, and Monitoring of Commune/Sangkat Budgets for Social Services, Sanitation, Environment, and Inclusivity."

តាមរយៈគម្រោងកសាងសុវត្ថិភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងជីវភាពដែលគាំទ្រថវិកាដោយអង្គការទស្សនពិភពលោក អង្គការកូហ្វាពបានគំាទ្រពូជបន្ថែប្រមាណ២៥មុខ ដល់កសិករចំនួន៣២គ្រួសារ នៅឃុំកំពង់ស្វាយ និងឃុំព្រៃគុយ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ ការគាំទ្រពូជបន្លែនេះក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់គឺ

• អាហារូបត្ថម្ភ: ផ្តល់បន្លែចម្រុះសម្រាប់កុមារនិងមនុស្សធំ ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយការខ្វះសារធាតុចិញ្ចឹម។
• សេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រួសារ: បង្កើនប្រាក់ចំណូលតាមរយៈការលក់បន្លែបន្ថែមក្រៅពីការប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងគ្រួសារ។
• សមធម៌ក្នុងការចែកចាយ: គ្រប់គ្រួសារទទួលបានបរិមាណស្មើគ្នា ដើម្បីធានាថាមានឱកាសស្មើគ្នាក្នុងការដាំដុះ។
• ការចូលរួមសហគមន៍: កសិករទាំងពីរឃុំចូលរួមក្នុងការអនុវត្តគម្រោង ដើម្បីបង្កើតសហគមន៍មានសុខុមាលភាពល្អ។

Through the Building Secure Livelihood (BSL) project funded by World Vision Cambodia, COFAP provided approximately 25 varieties of vegetable seeds to 32 farming families in Kampong Svay and Prey Kuy communes, Kampong Svay District, Kampong Thom Province. The aim of this support for vegetable seeds are:
• Nutrition: Provide a variety of vegetables for children and adults to reduce nutrient deficiencies.
• Economic: Increasing income by selling surplus vegetables beyond what is consumed by the household.
• Equity in distribution: Every family receives an equal amount to ensure equal opportunities for cultivation.
• Community Participation: Farmers from both communes participate in project implementation to build a community with well-being.

កិច្ចសន្ទនាសង្គមថ្នាក់ជាតិស្ដីពី «យុត្តិធម៌អាកាសធាតុ តាមរយៈការអនុវត្តកសិអេកូឡូស៊ី»ដែលរៀបចំដោយអង្គការអាក់សិនអេតកម្ពុជា និងអង្គការដៃគូទាំង១៣នៃកម្មវិធីសិទ្ធិជាមូលដ្ឋាន

Climate Justice
On September 29, 2026, Cooperation For Alleviation of Poverty organization (COFAP) facilitated the participation of commune council representatives, women champion, and farmer representatives in a national social dialogue on “Climate Justice through Agroecology Implementation.” This event was organized by ActionAid Cambodia and 13 partner organizations of the Local Rights Program (LRP). The event aimed to create a shared platform for smallholder farmers to raise concerns, challenges, and practical needs regarding food safety systems and the impacts of climate change on agriculture. By engaging with relevant ministries and development partners, the initiative sought to collaboratively identify inclusive policy solutions and concrete actions, thereby fostering sustainable progress for Cambodia.

កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨-២៩ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ អង្គការកូហ្វាពបានសហការជាមួយនឹងរដ្ឋបាលជលផល សហគមន៍នេសាទនិងអ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធក្នុងការរៀបចំយុទ្ធនាការផ្សព្វផ្សាយអប់រំសហគមន៍នេសាទក្បាលស្ទឹងនិងសហគមន៍នាងនយតាពីសាមគ្គីស្វាយអៀ។យុទ្ធនាការនេះធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើនការយល់ដឹងដល់សាធារណៈជនអំពីច្បាប់ស្តីពីជលផល ដើម្បីជំរុញការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឥរិយាបថមកអនុវត្តការនេសាទប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវព្រមទាំងបំផុសស្មារតីសហគមន៍ឱ្យចូលរួមការពារនិងថែរក្សាព្រៃលិចទឹកដែលជាជម្រកត្រីពងកូននិងទ្រទ្រង់ប្រព័ន្ធអេកូឡូស៊ីជលផលនៅក្នុងតំបន់ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព។សកម្មភាពនេះជាផ្នែកមួយនៃគម្រោងការពង្រឹងសហគមន៍អភិរក្សជលផលចំនួន២នៅតំបន់ជីវៈចម្រុះស្ទឹងជីក្រែងកំពង់ស្វាយ

On September 28–29, 2026, COFAP collaborated with the Fisheries Administration, Communities Fishery, and relevant stakeholders to organize an educational outreach campaign for the Kbal Stung and Neang Noy Ta Pi Samaki Svay Ear Community Fishery. The campaign aimed to raise public awareness regarding fisheries laws, encourage a shift toward responsible fishing practices, and foster a community spirit dedicated to protecting and preserving flooded forests—which serve as spawning grounds for fish and support the local aquatic ecosystem's sustainability.
This activity was part of the project to strengthen two Community Fisheries Conservation Areas in the Stung-Chi Kreng–Kampong Svay Key Biodiversity Area, Cambodia.

ថ្ងៃនេះ បណ្តាញស្ត្រីឆ្នើមខេត្តកំពង់ធំ បានសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលឃុំកំពង់ចិនជើង និងរដ្ឋបាលស្រុកស្ទោង បានចុះសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងផ្តល់ការលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលកំពុងរងផលប៉ះពាល់ដោយសារទឹកជំនន់ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិត្រាច និងភូមិត្នោត។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ក្រុមការងារបាននាំយកនូវគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ និងថវិកាមួយចំនួនរបស់រដ្ឋបាលឃុំ ​និងរដ្ឋបាលស្រុក ដើម្បីចែកជូនដល់គ្រួសាររងគ្រោះ ក្នុងគោលបំណងជួយសម្រាលទុក្ខលំបាក និងជីវភាពចំពោះមុខ។
យើងខ្ញុំសូមចូលរួមរំលែកទុក្ខលំបាក និងសម្តែងនូវការសោកស្តាយជាមួយបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់ ហើយបណ្តាញស្ត្រីឆ្នើមនៅតែបន្តឈរជើងយ៉ាងរឹងមាំជាមួយសហគមន៍ក្នុងគ្រប់ស្ថានភាព។

Today, the Kampong Thom Women Champion Network (WCN), in close collaboration with the Kampong Chen Cheung Commune and Stung District Administration, visited and offered encouragement to local residents affected by recent flooding in Trach and Tnoat villages. During the visit, the team distributed food and financial assistance to the affected families to help alleviate their immediate daily burdens. We stand in deep solidarity with all affected community members during this difficult time. The Women Champion Network remains firmly committed to supporting our community through every challenge! This week, Cooperation for Alleviation of Poverty Organization (COFAP), under the project "Women-Led Alternatives to Climate Change in Cambodia, Phase II", supported the Kampong Thom Women Champion Network (WCN) in conducting the quarterly meeting to reflect on key progress, discuss field challenges, defining actionable solutions, and planning upcoming project initiatives.
This meeting, organized across two venues/locations in our Head Office in Kampong Thom Town, Kampong Thom Province, and the sub- Office in Stoung District. The meetings convened 37 Women Network Members from Prolay, Msar Krang, Kampong Chen Cheung, Kdei Doung, and Srayov in attendance.
This activity is part of the Women-Led Alternatives to Climate Change in Cambodia Project-Phase II, funded by the Australian Government through the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP) and supported by ActionAid Cambodia.
