ការពិព័រណ៍ស្នាដៃសិស្សប្រចាំឆ្នាំនៅអនុវិទ្យាល័យចតុមុខ៖ បណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញឌីជីថល បង្កើតផលជះផ្ទាល់ដល់អនាគតយុវជន តាមរយៈគម្រោង IDEAL

រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅនេះ អនុវិទ្យាល័យចតុមុខ បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធី «ពិព័រណ៍ស្នាដៃសិស្សប្រចាំឆ្នាំ» ដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់មួយ ដែលពោរពេញទៅដោយបរិយាកាសរស់រវើក និងការអបអរសាទរ។ កម្មវិធីនេះលេចចេញជារូបរាងឡើងក្រោមការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងពីគម្រោងលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំឌីជីថលសម្រាប់សិស្សានុសិស្ស (IDEAL) ដែលទទួលបានជំនួយហិរញ្ញប្បទានពីអង្គការ ChorogUsan for children និងប្រតិបត្តិផ្ទាល់ដោយអង្គការ ខេប ក្នុងគោលបំណងជំរុញ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យសាលារៀនបង្កើនការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការអភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញសតវត្សរ៍ទី២១ដល់យុវជន។

ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ បានទាក់ទាញអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណ ៣៥០ នាក់ រួមមានគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងសាលា លោកគ្រូ-អ្នកគ្រូ សិស្សានុសិស្ស អាណាព្យាបាល និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន។ កម្មវិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកស្រី ជេត សោភ័ណ្ឌ អនុប្រធានការិយាល័យមធ្យមសិក្សា តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ លោកហែម ស៊ីណារ៉េត ប្រធានមន្ទីរអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡារាជធានីភ្នំពេញ លោក អ៊ុ សារិទ្ធ នាយករងអនុវិទ្យាល័យចតុមុខ លោក ហ៊ិន ស៊ីមហួន នាយករងប្រតិបត្តិអង្គការ ខេប និងលោក ស សុផាណាក់ អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលគម្រោង។

ដើម្បីជំរុញឱ្យទស្សនវិស័យនៃការអប់រំឌីជីថលនេះក្លាយជាការពិត គម្រោង IDEAL បានបំផុស និងជួយគាំទ្រឱ្យមានការបង្កើតក្លឹបសិក្សាចំនួន ១៧ នៅក្នុងសាលារៀន ដូចជាក្លឹបភាសាខ្មែរ ផែនដីវិទ្យា ជីវិទ្យា គណិតវិទ្យា រូបវិទ្យា គីមីវិទ្យា និងភូមិវិទ្យាជាដើម។ ជាលទ្ធផលនៃការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងនេះ ការពិព័រណ៍ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើង ដែលមិនត្រឹមតែជាការដាក់បង្ហាញសមិទ្ធផលផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់សិស្សានុសិស្សដែលកើតចេញពីគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិត និងការខិតខំស្រាវជ្រាវពេញមួយឆ្នាំសិក្សាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងស្តែងឱ្យឃើញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ពីផលជះជាវិជ្ជមាននៃការអប់រំឌីជីថល និងក្លឹបសិក្សាទៅលើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឥរិយាបថ និងការវិវត្តសមត្ថភាពរបស់ពួកគេ។

ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីមោទនភាពចំពោះភាពជោគជ័យនេះ លោកស្រី ជេត សោភ័ណ្ឌ អនុប្រធានការិយាល័យមធ្យមសិក្សា បានសម្តែងនូវសេចក្តីសោមនស្ស និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ថា «ក្មួយៗសិស្សានុសិស្សមិនត្រឹមតែមានចំណេះដឹងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ថែមទាំងមានចំណេះធ្វើ បំណិន ឆន្ទៈ និងការច្នៃប្រឌិត។ ពិព័រណ៍នេះនឹងជួយបង្កើនកម្លាំងបញ្ញា និងជំនាញថ្មីៗ ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើន»។ ជុំវិញសមិទ្ធផលដែលសិស្សានុសិស្សសម្រេចបាននេះដែរ លោក អ៊ុំ សារិទ្ធ នាយករងក្តាប់រួមនៃអនុវិទ្យាល័យចតុមុខ បានគូសបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមក្នុងរបាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពសាលារៀនថា «វឌ្ឍនភាព និងភាពជោគជ័យរបស់សាលារៀន កើតចេញពីកិច្ចសហការជិតស្និទ្ធរវាងគណៈគ្រប់គ្រង លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ និងជាពិសេស ការចូលរួមគាំទ្រយ៉ាងសកម្មពីសំណាក់មាតាបិតា និងអាណាព្យាបាលសិស្សទាំងអស់»។ ដើម្បីពង្រីកចក្ខុវិស័យឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយបន្ថែមទៀត លោក ហ៊ិន ស៊ីមហួន នាយករងប្រតិបត្តិអង្គការ ខេប បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់អំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការអប់រំក្នុងយុគសម័យថ្មីនេះថា «ការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល គឺការបំពាក់បំណិនឌីជីថល និង STEAM ដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សតាំងពីវ័យក្មេង។ ប្រសិនបើធនធានមនុស្សយើងខ្វះចំណេះដឹងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា នោះយើងនឹងប្រឈមមុខនឹងហានិភ័យខ្ពស់ក្នុងយុគសម័យឌីជីថលនេះ»។

ជារួម ការពិព័រណ៍ស្នាដៃសិស្សប្រចាំឆ្នាំនៅអនុវិទ្យាល័យចតុមុខ បានបិទបញ្ចប់ទៅដោយជោគជ័យ ព្រមទាំងបន្សល់ទុកនូវស្នាមញញឹម និងក្តីសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំ។ ចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍នៃការអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់ និងភាពច្នៃប្រឌិតដែលសិស្សានុសិស្សទទួលបានពីក្លឹបសិក្សា និងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ គឺជាទុនវិនិយោគអប់រំដ៏មានតម្លៃបំផុតក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរការគិត បង្កើនជំនាញឌីជីថល និងបើកទ្វារទៅកាន់ឱកាសការងារដ៏ភ្លឺស្វាងសម្រាប់ពួកគេនាពេលអនាគត។

𝐏𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐦 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐡: On July 31, 2026, Chaktomuk Secondary School hosted a significant "Annual Student Exhibition" filled with a vibrant and celebratory atmosphere. This program materialized under the full support of the Improving Digital Education for All Learners (IDEAL) project, funded by ChorogUsan for children and directly implemented by KAPE, with the aim of encouraging and motivating the school to increase its focus on developing 21st-century skills for the youth.

This meaningful event attracted a total of approximately 350 participants, including the school management committee, teachers, students, parents, and local authorities. This event was presided over by Ms. Chet Sophoan, Deputy Director of the Secondary Education Office and high representative of Mr. Hem Sinareth, Director of the Phnom Penh Municipal Office of Education, Youth and Sport; Mr. Um Sarith, Deputy Principal of Chaktomuk Secondary School; Mr. Hin Simhuon, Vice Executive Director of KAPE; and Mr. Sar Sophanak, Project Coordinator.

To drive this vision of digital education into reality, the IDEAL project has encouraged and supported the establishment of 17 study clubs within the school, such as Khmer Language, Earth Science, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Geography clubs, …etc. As a result of this endeavor, the exhibition was organized not only to showcase the students' personal achievements born out of their creativity and year-long research, but also to clearly demonstrate the positive impacts of digital education and study clubs on transforming students' attitudes and developing their competencies.

Reflecting pride in this success, Mrs. Chet Sophoan, Deputy Head of the Secondary Education Office, expressed her delight and highly evaluated that "𝑶𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒐𝒏𝒍𝒚 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒅𝒈𝒆 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒔𝒐 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘-𝒉𝒐𝒘, 𝒔𝒌𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔, 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒍𝒍, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒕𝒚. Overall, the annual student exhibition at Chaktomuk Secondary School concluded successfully, leaving behind smiles and strong hope. The knowledge, hands-on experiences, and creativity that students acquired from the study clubs and this event serve as the most valuable educational investment in shifting their mindsets, enhancing their digital skills, and unlocking doors to bright career opportunities for them in the future.

កម្មវិធីសាលារៀនជំនាន់ថ្មី វិទ្យាល័យព្រះអង្គឌួង បានកំពុងរៀបចំកម្មវិធីទិវាជួបជុំឪពុកម្តាយ និងពិព័រណ៌ស្នាដៃសិស្សប្រចាំឆ្នាំសិក្សា២០២៥-២០២៦ នៅថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ៣រោច ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹង ថ្ងៃទី១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ៧:០០នាទីព្រឹក ដល់ ម៉ោង៥:០០នាទីល្ងាច ក្នុងបរិវេណវិទ្យាល័យព្រះអង្គឌួង។ ទិវាជួបជុំឪពុកម្តាយនេះមានគោលបំណងដើម្បីតាំងបង្ហាញលទ្ធផលស្នាដៃសិស្សជូនដល់អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ រួមមាន៖

ការចាប់កំណើតក្នុងគ្រួសារកសិករនៅឯខេត្តកំពង់ចាម មិនបានរារាំងកញ្ញា ម៉េន ស្រីទីន ដែលជាកូនពៅក្នុងចំណោមបងប្អូនពីរនាក់ ក្នុងការប្រែក្លាយក្ដីស្រមៃរបស់ខ្លួនឱ្យក្លាយជាការពិតឡើយ។ ដោយមានឆន្ទៈមុតស្រួច និងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងឥតឈប់ឈរ នាងទទួលបានលទ្ធផលគួរជាទីមោទនៈដោយទទួលបាននិទ្ទេស B ក្នុងការប្រឡងសញ្ញាបត្រមធ្យមសិក្សាទុតិយភូមិក្នុងឆ្នាំសិក្សា ២០២១-២០២២។ ភាពជោគជ័យជំហានដំបូងនេះ បានត្រួសត្រាយផ្លូវឱ្យនាងទទួលបានអាហារូបករណ៍ពេញបរិបូរណ៍ ១០០% នៅដើមឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ដើម្បីបន្តការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រលើជំនាញវិស្វកម្មបច្ចេកវិទ្យាព័ត៌មាន (IT Engineering) នៅសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ (RUPP) ក្រោមការគាំទ្រហិរញ្ញប្បទានពីអង្គការមូលនិធិអាស៊ី (TAF) តាមរយៈអង្គការខេប។ ជំនួយនេះមិនត្រឹមតែបានជួយសម្រាលបន្ទុកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រួសាររបស់នាងប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងជាស្ពានចម្លងឱ្យនាងអាចចាប់យកជំនាញក្នុងក្ដីស្រមៃ ដើម្បីប្រមូលផ្ដុំចំណេះដឹងត្រឡប់ទៅជួយអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គមជាតិវិញ។ ពេលនេះ នាងទើបតែបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាដោយជោគជ័យ និងកំពុងបោះជំហានយ៉ាងរឹងមាំក្នុងអាជីពរបស់ខ្លួន។

នៅក្នុងជីវិតសិក្សា និងការរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ស្រីទីន ជានិស្សិតម្នាក់ដែលពោរពេញដោយភាពអត់ធ្មត់ តស៊ូព្យាយាម និងមានទឹកចិត្តទូលាយចូលចិត្តជួយយកអាសាអ្នកដទៃជានិច្ច។ នាងតែងតែចំណាយពេលស្រាវជ្រាវរកអ្វីដែលថ្មីៗ ចូលចិត្តការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា និងតែងតែជួយណែនាំមិត្តភក្ដិនៅពេលពួកគេជួបការលំបាកលើមុខវិជ្ជាផ្សេងៗ។ ភាពលេចធ្លោនៃការដឹកនាំរបស់នាងបានស្ដែងចេញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ នៅពេលដែលនាងត្រូវបានបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងជាប្រធាននិស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍នៅឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ជុំវិញបទពិសោធន៍នៃការដឹកនាំនេះ ស្រីទីន បានលើកឡើងយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា «ការកាន់តួនាទីជាប្រធាននិស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍ មិនត្រឹមតែជាការទទួលខុសត្រូវប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ តែវាជាសាលារៀនជីវិតដែលបានលត់ដំខ្ញុំឱ្យស្ទាត់ជំនាញទំនាក់ទំនង ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាក្រុម និងប៉ិនប្រសប់ក្នុងការសម្របសម្រួលការងារប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព»។ ក្រៅពីនេះ នាងក៏បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្តធ្វើជាប្រធានក្លឹបសរសេរកូដ (Coding Club) ដោយបានចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកបច្ចេកវិទ្យាជាមួយមិត្តភក្ដិនៅអន្តេវាសិកដ្ឋាន ព្រមទាំងបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងសកម្មភាពអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពជាច្រើន ដូចជាការរៀនភាសាអង់គ្លេសនៅសាលា ACE ការចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាបច្ចេកវិទ្យា វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលស្ដីពីការគ្រប់គ្រងពេលវេលា និងសុខភាពផ្លូវចិត្តជាដើម។

Success Story: Turning Dreams into Reality in the Tech Industry: Ms. Men Sreytin's Journey to Success

Being born into a farming family in Kampong Cham province did not stop Men Sreytin, the youngest of two siblings, from turning her dreams into reality. With a strong will and relentless effort, she achieved a commendable Grade B in her high school graduation exam during the 2021-2022 academic year. This initial milestone paved the way for her to secure a 100% scholarship in early 2023 to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering at the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP). This was made possible through the financial support of The Asia Foundation (TAF) via the Kampuchea Action to Promote Education (KAPE). This support did not only ease her family's financial burden but also served as a bridge for her to pursue her dream major, enabling her to gather knowledge to eventually give back to society. Today, she has successfully graduated and is taking firm strides in her professional career.

Throughout her academic journey and daily life, Sreytin has always been a student filled with patience, perseverance, and a generous heart, always ready to help others. She enjoys spending time researching new things, loves problem-solving, and constantly guides her friends whenever they encounter difficulties in various subjects. Her outstanding leadership qualities became highly evident when she was elected as the President of the Scholarship Students in 2025. Reflecting on this leadership experience, Sreytin confidently stated, "Holding the role of scholarship student president wasn't just a responsibility, but a school of life that forged my communication skills, perfected my group problem-solving, and made me adept at coordinating tasks efficiently." Additionally, she volunteered as the President of the Coding Club, sharing her technological expertise with her peers at the dormitory, while actively participating in numerous capacity-building activities such as English classes at ACE, technology seminars, and training courses on effective time management and mental health.

Currently, her dreams have clearly taken shape as she works as a Backend Developer at a technology solutions company in Cambodia, which focuses on driving digital transformation. Her daily responsibilities encompass developing and maintaining backend systems, system design, creating and integrating APIs, database management, implementing business requirements, and developing CRUD operations creatively. Her workplace has become an incredible training ground, allowing her to learn from real-world projects and collaborate with highly experienced senior developers. Every challenge she faces is treated as a golden opportunity to learn, adapt, and evolve into a more resilient software engineer, strengthening her analytical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

Looking ahead, she harbors a strong ambition to become an exceptional Software Developer and to continuously sharpen her skills. Recalling her roots and vision, Sreytin elaborated profoundly on her true feelings: "Getting to this point, I have gone through many hardships, but because of my dreams and perseverance, I overcame them. The scholarship from The Asia Foundation and KAPE was the light of hope that changed the destiny of this farmer's daughter, giving me the chance to step into the modern world of technology. To me, technology is not just code; it is a powerful tool that can solve social problems and change millions of lives. I am committed to using all my knowledge and experience to contribute to digital development in Cambodia, as well as being a role model and sharing my experiences to inspire the next generation to bravely pursue tech skills to create a bright future." KAPE Outreach Team Conducts Artificial Intelligence Campaign (AI Campaign) across Target Schools in Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri

Last week, the AI Ready ASEAN project team carried out an awareness-raising initiative on the Artificial Intelligence Campaign (AI Campaign) across six target schools in the northeastern and remote regions of Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri provinces. The campaign aimed to promote AI literacy among students and parents through the AI For Oceans program, while strengthening understanding of AI, data, decision-making, and ethical AI usage. Furthermore, the initiative encouraged students and parents to utilize AI ethically and empowered both students and teachers to pass on their AI knowledge to their schools and wider communities.

The campaign saw active participation from a total of 615 students and teachers, including 16 teachers. Through this participation, attendees achieved key dynamic outcomes, starting with technological understanding, as students and teachers gained a clear comprehension of basic AI lessons, data collection mechanisms, and operations through the AI For Oceans platform. In terms of practical application, the AI For Oceans interactive tool allowed students to gain hands-on experience in AI training and to understand the vital connection between technology and marine waste cleanup. Regarding ethical use, participants became aware of the negative impacts of improper AI usage and committed to using AI responsibly as a supportive learning tool. Lastly, in terms of knowledge sharing, participating teachers and students expressed strong determination to teach and share what they learned with their peers, families, and surrounding communities.

One of the participating teachers expressed enthusiasm, stating that bringing the AI campaign to remote regions provides an invaluable opportunity for educators and students to expand their digital horizons. The teacher added that understanding how AI collects and processes data, alongside practicing ethical application, serves as a solid foundation for integrating technology into teaching methodologies and extending this knowledge to the community.

Similarly, one of the participating students excitedly shared that the hands-on experience of training AI through the AI For Oceans program helped them realize that technology is not just an academic tool, but also a powerful solution for addressing environmental issues such as ocean waste. The student pledged to use AI responsibly for their studies and committed to sharing these new insights with friends and family members at home.

✅ បានពង្រីកការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងទូលំទូលាយដល់សាលាបឋមសិក្សានៅតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាលជាច្រើន ដើម្បីធានាថា កុមារក្រីក្រ និងងាយរងគ្រោះទទួលបានសិទ្ធិ និងឱកាសក្នុងការសិក្សារៀនសូត្រប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និងសមធម៌។

【៥】ការអភិវឌ្ឍបំណិនជីវិត និងការអប់រំពេញមួយជីវិត (Life Skills & Innovation)៖

ការពិព័រណ៍ស្នាដៃសិស្សប្រចាំឆ្នាំនៅវិទ្យាល័យ ហ៊ុន សែន ព្រែកស្តី៖ បណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញឌីជីថល បង្កើតផលជះផ្ទាល់ដល់អនាគតយុវជន តាមរយៈគម្រោង IDEAL

ខេត្តកណ្តាល៖ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វិទ្យាល័យ ហ៊ុន សែន ព្រែកស្ដី ស្ថិតក្នុងក្រុងសំពៅពូន បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធី «ពិព័រណ៍ស្នាដៃសិស្សប្រចាំឆ្នាំ» យ៉ាងអធិកអធម និងពេញដោយបរិយាកាសរស់រវើក ដោយមានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបប្រមាណ ១,០៥០ នាក់ រួមមានគណៈគ្រប់គ្រងសាលា លោកគ្រូ-អ្នកគ្រូ សិស្សានុសិស្ស អាណាព្យាបាល និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន។

ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏មានអត្ថន័យនេះ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់លោក ហេង ផេង អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា ខេត្តកណ្តាល លោក អេង សុវិចិត្រ អភិបាល នៃគណៈអភិបាលក្រុងសំពៅពូន លោក ឆិ អ៊ុក នាយកវិទ្យាល័យ ហ៊ុន សែន ព្រែកស្តី និងលោក ស សុផាណាក់ អ្នកសម្របសម្រួលគម្រោងពីអង្គការ ខេប។ កម្មវិធីនេះធ្វើឡើងក្រោមការគាំទ្រពីគម្រោងលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំឌីជីថលសម្រាប់សិស្សានុសិស្ស (IDEAL) ដែលទទួលបានជំនួយហិរញ្ញប្បទានពីអង្គការ ChorogUsan for children និងប្រតិបត្តិផ្ទាល់ដោយអង្គការ ខេប។

ការពិព័រណ៍នេះមិនត្រឹមតែជាការដាក់បង្ហាញសមិទ្ធផលផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់សិស្សានុសិស្ស ដែលបានកើតចេញពីគំនិតច្នៃប្រឌិត និងការខិតខំស្រាវជ្រាវពេញមួយឆ្នាំសិក្សាប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងស្តែងឱ្យឃើញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ពីផលជះជាវិជ្ជមាននៃការអប់រំឌីជីថល និងក្លឹបសិក្សាទៅលើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរឥរិយាបថ និងការវិវត្តសមត្ថភាពរបស់សិស្សានុសិស្ស។

ឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការតម្រង់ទិស និងការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពយុវជនក្នុងសម័យកាលបច្ចេកវិទ្យា លោក ហេង ផេង បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីទស្សនវិស័យអប់រំថា «ការតម្រង់ទិសការសិក្សា និងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញចាប់តាំងពីថ្នាក់ទី១០ គឺជាគ្រឹះយ៉ាងរឹងមាំក្នុងការទប់ស្កាត់ការសម្រេចចិត្តខុសនៅនាទីចុងក្រោយរបស់សិស្ស។ ក្នុងយុគសម័យបដិវត្តន៍ឧស្សាហកម្ម ៤.០ ការបំពាក់ជំនាញបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈច្បាស់លាស់ នឹងប្រែក្លាយយុវជនយើងឱ្យទៅជា 'ធនធានមនុស្សដែលមានសមត្ថភាពខ្ពស់' អាចបង្កើតប្រាក់ចំណូលមធ្យម-ខ្ពស់ និងក្លាយជាសសរទ្រូងដ៏រឹងមាំនៃសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ»។

ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងទស្សនវិស័យនេះ គម្រោង IDEAL បានជំរុញឱ្យមានការបង្កើតក្លឹបសិក្សាចំនួន ៨ នៅក្នុងសាលារៀន (រួមមាន៖ ក្លឹប ICT ក្លឹបភាសាខ្មែរ ក្លឹបគណិតវិទ្យា ក្លឹបរូបវិទ្យា ក្លឹបគីមីវិទ្យា ក្លឹបជីវៈវិទ្យា ក្លឹបផែនដីវិទ្យា និងក្លឹបគេហវិទ្យា) ដើម្បីរៀនតាមរយៈការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង។

ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជាកម្លាំងចលករនៅថ្នាក់មូលដ្ឋាននេះត្រូវបាន លោក ឆិ អ៊ុក នាយកវិទ្យាល័យ ហ៊ុន សែន ព្រែកស្តី សង្កត់ធ្ងន់អំពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្ត និងកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់សាលារៀនថា «ការវិនិយោគលើហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងការបង្កើតបណ្ណាល័យសតវត្សរ៍ទី២១ ក្រោមការគាំទ្រពីគម្រោង IDEAL មិនត្រឹមតែបង្កើនគុណភាពនៃការបង្រៀន និងរៀនប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាការឆ្លើយតបយ៉ាងចំទិសដៅទៅនឹងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការកសាងគ្រឹះសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងសង្គមឌីជីថល ព្រមទាំងរួមចំណែកកាត់បន្ថយភាពក្រីក្រតាមរយៈការលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំ»។

ភាពជោគជ័យកម្មវិធីនេះ មិនត្រឹមតែស្តែងចេញតាមរយៈការគាំទ្រពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែបានរុញច្រានឱ្យមានកិច្ចសហការយ៉ាងស្អិតរមួតរវាងសាលារៀន សហគមន៍ និងអាណាព្យាបាលសិស្ស ដែលជាគោលដៅស្នូលមួយរបស់គម្រោង IDEAL ផងដែរ។ ដោយមានវត្តមាននៅសាលារៀនតាំងពីម៉ោង ៧:០០ ព្រឹក ដើម្បីរង់ចាំផ្តល់កម្លាំងចិត្តដល់កូនស្រីដែលជាសមាជិកក្លឹបគណិតវិទ្យាថ្នាក់ទី ៩ អ្នកស្រី គុណ ចិន្តា បានសម្តែងក្តីរំភើប និងមោទនភាពទាំងទឹកមុខញញឹមថា «ឃើញកូនស្រីខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរៀបចំស្តង់ពិព័រណ៍ដោយក្តីស្រឡាញ់ និងភាពស្វាហាប់ ទោះជាមានការនឿយហត់ ឬមានរបួសស្រាលបន្តិចបន្តួចអំឡុងពេលរៀបចំក៏ដោយ ក៏នាងនៅតែសប្បាយចិត្ត។ នេះជាភស្តុតាងបង្ហាញថា ក្លឹបសិក្សានៅសាលាពិតជាបានបណ្តុះស្មារតីស្រឡាញ់ការរៀនសូត្រ បង្កើតទម្លាប់ទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ និងរៀបចំកូនៗឱ្យមានទំនុកចិត្តសម្រាប់ជោគជ័យក្នុងជីវិតទៅថ្ងៃអនាគត»។

ស្នាមញញឹម និងការគាំទ្រពីឪពុកម្តាយ បានក្លាយជាថាមពលបន្ថែមដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សក្នុងការបញ្ចេញសមត្ថភាពយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹង។ បង្ហាញពីបទពិសោធន៍ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនក្នុងការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ យុវសិស្ស សន បញ្ញា តំណាងសមាជិកក្លឹបគីមីវិទ្យា ថ្នាក់ទី១១ បានរៀបរាប់ដោយក្តីរំភើបថា «នេះជាឆ្នាំទី១ ដែលក្លឹបរបស់យើងត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើង។ ការបានធ្វើពិសោធន៍ផ្ទាល់ដៃ និងការធ្វើការងារជាក្រុម មិនត្រឹមតែជួយឱ្យពួកយើងយល់ដឹងមេរៀនគីមីវិទ្យាកាន់តែជម្រៅប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែអ្វីដែលធ្វើឱ្យយើងមានមោទនភាពបំផុតនោះ គឺការបានឃើញសិស្សប្អូនៗ និងភ្ញៀវចូលទស្សនាមានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍ ចង់រៀនសូត្រ និងសាកល្បងធ្វើពិសោធន៍ជាមួយពួកយើង»។

ពិព័រណ៍ស្នាដៃសិស្សប្រចាំឆ្នាំនៅវិទ្យាល័យ ហ៊ុន សែន ព្រែកស្តី បានបិទបញ្ចប់ទៅដោយបន្សល់ទុកនូវស្នាមញញឹម និងក្តីសង្ឃឹម។ ចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍នៃការអនុវត្តផ្ទាល់ និងភាពច្នៃប្រឌិតដែលសិស្សានុសិស្សទទួលបានពីក្លឹបសិក្សា និងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះ គឺជាទុនវិនិយោគអប់រំដ៏មានតម្លៃបំផុត ក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរការគិត បង្កើនជំនាញឌីជីថល និងបើកទ្វារទៅកាន់ឱកាសការងារដ៏ភ្លឺស្វាងសម្រាប់ពួកគេនាពេលអនាគត៕

Hun Sen Prek Sdei High School Hosts Annual Student Achievement Exhibition: Empowering Digital Skills and Creating Impactful Futures Through the IDEAL Project

Kandal Province: On July 25, 2026, Hun Sen Prek Sdei High School in Sampov Poun Municipality grandly hosted its Annual Student Achievement Exhibition. The vibrant event attracted approximately 1,050 participants, including school management, teachers, students, parents, and local authorities.

The event was presided over by Mr. Heng Pheng, Deputy Director of the Kandal Provincial Office of Education, Youth and Sport, Mr. Eng Sovichet, Governor of the Board of Governors of Sampov Poun Municipality, Mr. Chhi Ouk, Principal of Hun Sen Prek Sdey High School, and Mr. Sar Sophanak, Project Coordinator from KAPE. The exhibition was organized under the framework of the Improving Digital Education for All Learners (IDEAL) project, funded by ChorogUsan for children and implemented by the Kampuchea Action to Promote Education (KAPE).

This exhibition served as more than just a display of student creativity and academic achievements from the past school year; it highlighted the tangible, positive impact that digital education and extracurricular study clubs have on student growth, skill acquisition, and future readiness.

Emphasizing the strategic importance of early career orientation and digital readiness, Mr. Heng Pheng shared his vision for youth development that “Providing academic and career orientation starting from Grade 10 is crucial to preventing misaligned decisions at the final hour. Equipping youth with practical technical and vocational skills in the Industry 4.0 era will transform them into 'highly skilled professionals' capable of earning competitive incomes and serving as a strong backbone for the national economy.”

In response to this vision, the IDEAL project has encouraged the establishment of 8 study clubs in schools (including: ICT Club, Khmer Language Club, Mathematics Club, Physics Club, Chemistry Club, Biology Club, Earth Science Club, and Home Economics Club) to facilitate learning through hands-on practice.

Reflecting on the institutional transformation, Mr. Chhi Ouk, Principal of Hun Sen Prek Sdei High School, highlighted the school’s strategic advancement that “Investing in technological infrastructure and establishing a 21st-century library with the support of the IDEAL project directly aligns with the Royal Government’s Pentagonal Strategy. It builds a solid foundation for a digital economy and actively contributes to poverty reduction through high-quality education.”

A core objective of the IDEAL project is fostering strong collaboration among schools, development partners, parents, and local communities to uplift educational standards holistically. Arriving at school as early as 7:00 AM to cheer on her Grade 9 daughter in the Mathematics Club, Mrs. Kun Chenda shared her joy and pride that “Seeing my daughter dedicate herself so passionately to setting up the booth—despite the fatigue and minor scratches during preparation—shows how these school clubs truly instill a passion for learning and a strong sense of responsibility. I am confident this experience builds the foundation for her future success.”

This strong parental encouragement energized the students to showcase their practical knowledge with pride. Expressing his excitement, Sorn Panya, a Grade 11 student representing the Chemistry Club, shared that “This is the first year our club was established. Engaging in hands-on experiments and teamwork has not only deepened our understanding of the curriculum, but it also fills us with immense pride to see younger students and visitors so engaged and learning alongside us today.”

The Annual Student Achievement Exhibition at Hun Sen Prek Sdei High School concluded with inspiring energy and meaningful outcomes. The practical knowledge, digital proficiency, and soft skills gained through these study clubs serve as vital assets for these students—empowering them to innovate, pursue higher education, and unlock bright future opportunities in the digital era.
