Official Statement Regarding the Safe Return of Siti Aishah Siregar
We are honoured to have been given the opportunity by the Singapore Embassy in Cambodia to assist in the efforts to locate 20-year-old Aishah, who was recently reported missing and uncontactable in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
We are grateful to share that Aishah was successfully located safe and well by the Cambodian authorities and has since been reunited with her family. She subsequently returned to Singapore with her family on 31 July 2026.
At this juncture, we would like to appeal to the public to remain vigilant and to exercise caution regarding any individual or organisation claiming to have been involved in this case. We encourage everyone to verify such claims through the relevant official authorities before sharing or accepting any information.
On behalf of Manhaj Charity Organisation of Cambodia, we would like to humbly express our sincere gratitude to the Singapore Embassy in Cambodia and the relevant Cambodian Government authorities for the trust and confidence placed in us to assist during this situation.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to Aishah and her family for giving us the opportunity to render whatever assistance was needed during their time in Cambodia.
Most importantly, we are thankful that Aishah has been found safe and is now back home with her family.
Alhamdulillah. We pray for Aishah and her family’s continued safety, well-being and peace.
