ទោះបីជាការគាំទ្រផ្ទាល់របស់អង្គការទស្សនៈពិភពលោក World Vision Cambodia បានដកថយរយៈពេល ៥ ខែកន្លងមកហើយក្តី ប៉ុន្តែស្មារតីម្ចាស់ការ និងសកម្មភាពគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គមផ្នែកតម្រូវការ ខេត្តព្រៃវែង នៅតែបន្តយ៉ាងសកម្ម និងរស់រវើកជាហូរហែរ។

Even though direct support from World Vision Cambodia has phased out for 5 months now, the ownership spirit and social accountability actions on the demand side in Prey Veng Province remain highly active and vibrant.

Currently, CAF continues to maintain close contact and provide indirect technical support virtually through Telegram.

📢 A female Community Accountability Facilitator (CAF) shared:

"…The reason I continue this work is truly out of love from the bottom of my heart… I am overjoyed to see that citizens now understand their rights regarding the three key public services, and they dare to express their opinions and speak up about their needs directly to the service providers…"

We may have phased out project support, but we can never phase out the knowledge and hearts of our volunteers. We remain connected from afar, and Telegram has become a powerful digital tool, ensuring that social accountability mechanisms remain functional and sustainable!

​នៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រីមាសទី១ ស្តីពីការអនុវត្តការងារគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គម ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម នាក់ ណេរ៉ុន អភិបាលរងខេត្ត និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ប្រាក់ សោភណ្ឌ អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប។

​លទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំរួមមាន៖
-​បានធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព និងវាយតម្លៃលើលទ្ធផលនៃការអនុវត្តការងារគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គមក្នុងត្រីមាសទី១។
-​បានពិភាក្សា និងស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយរួមគ្នាលើបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា ដែលកើតមានឡើងរវាងភាគីខាងតម្រូវការ (ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ/សង្គមស៊ីវិល) និងភាគីខាងផ្គត់ផ្គង់ (រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈ/អ្នកផ្តល់សេវា)។

The 1st Quarterly Meeting on the Social Accountability, Siem Reap Province

​On June 11, 2026, the Siem Reap Provincial Administration organized the 1st Quarterly Meeting on the Social Accountability. The meeting was chaired by H.E. Neak Neron, Deputy Governor, representing H.E. Prak Sophoan, Governor of Siem Reap Province.

​Key outcomes of the meeting include:
​ -Updated and evaluated the implementation results of social accountability work during the first quarter.
​ -Discussed and jointly identified solutions for various challenges arising between the demand side (citizens/civil society) and the supply side (public administration/service providers).
​ -Outlined next steps and action plans to further promote the implementation of social accountability work, ensuring greater efficiency, transparency, and direct responsiveness to the actual needs of local citizens.

​This meeting demonstrated a high level of commitment and close cooperation among all stakeholders in strengthening good governance, transparency, and accountability in public service delivery to ensure higher quality and inclusivity for citizens.

នៅស្រុកបវេល ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង មានការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំពហុវិស័យមួយ ដើម្បីបង្កើននិងពង្រឹងផែនការសកម្មភាពរួមស្តីពីការងារគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គមកម្រិតក្រុងស្រុក។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមយ៉ាងផុសផុលពីគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធសរុប ៣៩នាក់ (ស្រី ១៥នាក់) រួមមាន ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាស្រុក ប្រធានការិយាល័យជំនាញជុំវិញស្រុក មន្រ្តីបង្គោលឃុំ តំណាងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងកម្លាំងចលករដ៏សំខាន់គឺអ្នកសម្របសម្រួលការងារគណនេយ្យភាពសហគមន៍ (CAF)។
✨ លទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ៖
អង្គប្រជុំបានសម្រេចជ្រើសរើសសកម្មភាពចំនួន ១៨ សកម្មភាព ដើម្បីដាក់បញ្ចូលទៅក្នុងផែនការសកម្មភាពរួមស្ដីពីការងារគណនេយ្យភាពសង្គម ក្នុងនោះរួមមាន៖
-សកម្មភាពដែលត្រូវការធនធានខាងក្រៅចំនួន ១២ សកម្មភាព
-សកម្មភាពដែលប្រើប្រាស់ធនធានខាងក្នុងចំនួន ៦ សកម្មភាព

រួមគ្នាដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់តម្លាភាព និងការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលដ្ឋានឱ្យកាន់តែចំតម្រូវការរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ!

A multisectoral meeting was held in Bavel District, Battambang Province, to develop and strengthen the Joint Accountabiliry Action Plan (JAAP) for Social Accountability. The event saw active participation from 39 key stakeholders (including 15 women), bringing together the district council, heads of relevant line offices, commune focal points, citizen representatives, and our dedicated Community Accountability Facilitators (CAFs).
✨ Key Outcomes:
The meeting successfully selected 18 actions to be integrated into the Joint Accountability Action Plan:
-Actions requiring external resources: 12 activities
-Actions utilizing internal resources: 6 activities

Together to ensures that the local development and transparency directly respond to the real needs of our community!
